This is a fairly nice PF facility. My only complaint about it would be that its one of the smaller clubs Ive been to in the chain, which means that its lacking a lot of the equipment that a 5-star PF would have, but I guess for the size of this town its probably appropriate. One of the main reasons I gave this a good 4-star review is because they have excellent air-conditioning, which is a huge benefit in the middle of summer.

Nice facility but as a black card member I didnt see much of the perks that were to come with that. Wasnt a lot in the way of help, but It wasnt very busy. I needed help cause I was referred by a friend and signed up but didnt know what to do after that. I was told they would straighten it out at the desk, but only handed me a flyer. Issue still not resolved.

I go in every morning, people are friendly and never have a problem using any equipment I want

Great staff ready to help. Regular cleaning of machines and usually there are very few people around you.

Had a great workout with my hubby. Not too many people so a lot of stations were free to take!

This is typical of the south. It gets a little bit cold, bad weather in the forecast and you shut everything down. I cant stand Planet Fitness in the first place because of your promotion for mediocrity but on the unfortunate days Im forced to buy a day pass and you pull something like this, it furthers my disgust for this disease of the fitness world. It is 30 degrees out and no precipitation. I have now seen 2 other vehicles pull up and disappointedly walk away. To those of us that are disciplined in our goals, a little bit of weather is no means to shut down the gym. Unbelievable.

It is a great beginner gym. It is great to get in get your sweat on and get out. The fact that it is always open is great and convenient. The staff is very polite and helpful and I always would try to encourage anyone that is wanting to make a change and step foot in a gym.

That its always open when I get the urge to work out, especially since Im a night owl. Love the fact that its always clean, and the staff dont mind answering my questions. I can go in there for me time, and just enjoy working out ^_^

I quit going and they continued taking payment fine, but for them to renew my membership without asking and randomly taking double payments and they think Im going to let it continue no way in hell and they equipment isnt that good, go to ponca rec way better they dont tell you you cant work out hard and there is more activities

Went to cancel my membership. All equipment, facilities etc. are fine. I was very much misled at signup. I was wanting some group exercise classes which I was told they had. Nope. A personal trainer (who is stretched too thin) option is available.

Here in Ponca City Oklahoma, the employees are very respectful and helpful. The gentleman that helped me named Jarad was very polite and professional. He works, I think, from 0800 to 1600 hrs. I would recommend PF here in Ponca City, to anyone and or everyone I know, to join.Thanks,Keith.

I joined to continue Physical Therapy and to keep a degenerating lower back limbered up. The staff and facility are really nice. The temps are cool, theres always a breeze, the facility is clean and the machines are very nice and effective.

Clean environment, no hidden fees, straight to the point. They have a month to month program. Equipment is brand new compared to most places Ive been too and affordable. Last but not least, its convenient for me because I work nights and theyre 24 hours.

I signed up, 3 weeks later I was confined to a wheelchair for life. I was told they would cancel the membership due to the circumstances. It never happened still being charged. And they say they care about the people. This proves the opposite!Nothing like finding out you cant walk anymore to be reminded every month that you cant use any of the stuff.

The actual facility looks okay but the things they advertised on their website were not true. I was looking for a PT to help me set up a workout program not just someone in the gym. And you the owner should reach out to your club manager and see what is going on first.

Like planet fitness I been going for 4 months

Planet Fitness is by far the best gym around. The staff are friendly, helpful and the equipment is always clean.
