My wife went into trade in her car during a divorce! We were offered $25,000 cash for the car by three or four different car lots.. she got hustled by one of the salesman at Heather Cannon! The car only had $25,000 on it so we could have paid it off with cash.. the salesman made it sound like she was getting such a good deal she took it well when she got the paperwork and looked over she only got 22,000 trade in.. funny that she told it the salesman she had $25,000 offers in cash and she would just go sell it and bring back cash if it would help.. he swindled her into going ahead and making the deal.. then when brought to their attention a couple days later was told its just too late LOL! Jay the sales manager is a joke! He wants to talk big on the phone but he doesnt want to do anything to back up his business.. I would not suggest going to this company for anything!!

Every time I took my car to the previous service center in the city, I would get a call within 15 minutes with a list of things they found that needed immediate attention! Drove 2 hours one way AFTER an appointment was scheduled to be told that the vehicle we came to look at was in the shop and unavailable. Sales rep and Mgr said to give them 45 minutes and it would ready for us to look at. Left and returned and the vehicle still was not ready as promissed. Very disappointing and a waist of 5 hours of our time. The saleswomen did offer to compensate us for the money we spent on gas but the bigger issue was the loss of our valuable personal time that the sales rep seemed oblivious too.

They dont care about the customer, only the money. Went in and bought a new 21civic ex hatchback, got home and noticed that the tops of both driver side doors had been painted. (New car 10 miles) Should have been told this from the start. Took the car back, showed the gm the problem with the car, he said oh yeah this might have been the one that got keyed, we can do 1of 2 things, fix this one right or get a new car. I left it up to my son, it was his first new car purchase. I asked gregg, the gm who painted the doors? He told me a local shop did, and I said Ive known him since he, well stop by his house on the way home and ask him if this work came out of his shop (I knew it didnt) gregg said hes on vacation hes probably not home. We stopped by said shop owners house anyway, he was on vacation the previous week, asked him if this car came through his shop, he said no. So with that we took the car back, said they would have a new one in 10 days, didnt show up, then it was 4 more days, then 3 more and final was itll be here July 15 because the girl that looks that up was doing it wrong. Nothing but a LIE from the start of the process. Will NEVER go back there. Sorry that was so long. We did however get him a new civic sport from 6th avenue Honda in Stillwater, would recommend them over heath cannon Honda any day.

Josh J. was my salesman. I purchased a 2017 Ford Focus ST from him. Prior to purchasing this car he presented detailed photographs on FB marketplace and accurate information about the car. He responded in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. The main thing that separates Josh from most car salesman is he is actually knowledgeable about cars as opposed to the typical window sticker reader. Because of this and the detail provided I actually purchased the car sight unseen. At theend of the day we negotiated a great price and still went home to eat dinner. My situation as an active duty member whom resides in multiple states presented some challenges and their team was flexible.

Got a great car, but was told the price could be brought down to $19,100 and that they wouldn’t lose a sale over $500, only to find it was going to be $19,500 the following morning with absolutely zero haggling. They couldn’t even include a $90 sun visor to fix the one that had peeling stickers. We got a nice car out of the deal, but i wouldn’t have came back had I known they couldn’t do the price that was said the day prior. Love the car, but this would make me think twice next time about coming back. I tried to make this as much of a hassle free, give me the price you said yesterday kind of deal for them, but ended up walking away with the car for more than I wanted to give just because it was what we had been looking for and they knew that. If another dealer had this car, that’s where we would have gone. I didn’t plan on leaving a review, but since they texted me asking for it, here it is.
