If you ever wanted to learn how to play an instrument, yoga, self defense and one of the craziest but effictive martial art, all while getting the best work out of your life, this is the man to talk to. I joined his class almost a year ago and I can do things now I never imagined Id be able to do. Great class, great friends and the best Capoeira instructor around.
