Orange 🍊 Pest Control is the best. Have been a customer since 1998. Cathryn is a wonderful service agent. She ensures that my quarterly service is performed on schedule and with my preferred exterminator. My exterminator Ahmed is outstanding. He carefully listens to the issues in order to best treat all areas and apply even closer attention to problem target areas. It’s been a very wet and rainy season in south Florida so need to be a bit more patient than the norm in allowing more time for insect treatment to finally kick in until you see no more. Products are organic and I having been a cancer patient out of remission cannot recommend any other pest control than Orange Pest Control. There are no heavy fumes or smells. I’m a highly hypo-allergic individual especially since having had my cancer and I’ve never reacted to Orange Pest Control treatments. It’s a seriously professional company that know exactly what they’re doing- they’re top notch and I highly recommend their services. Their entire staff from point A to point Z are courteous, highly professional and cater to your specific needs and requirements. They offer a wide range of services at affordable prices.

Rafael was wonderful. Very thorough and informative. I am hoping that this treatment will be as effective as the more toxic treatments for termites. If it works, it is far better then getting the whole house tented . The dogs and I stayed in the house while Rafael treated everything. Thank you all!

We have used Orange Pest Control for at least 15 years or more. They are extremely professional. Show up when they say. Do their job well and whenever we have special needs they respond quickly and are always ready to help. It’s not easy to find responsive and responsible companies in Florida and Orange is both.

Orange Pest Control has provided great service to my Commercial Property. It is a great option to be able to just email a work order and not need to call or enter in a complicated system. Response time is always within a few hours and invoices arrive on time and always accurate. Our technician that services our property is always pleasant and professional.

Quite responsive (Cathy in particular) but uneven quality of the technicians. We called for an awful smell in the bathroom and the technician left saying that he couldnt find anything i.e. no decomposing dead animal. Actually he didnt climb into the attic so I do not see how he could have found anything... Not a bad company but some poorly qualified technicians.

I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.They never showed up at my property at the time scheduled.They claimed they had an emergency but didnt even bother themselves to give a phone call to the phone number they had as point of contact.After complaining how bad their service was they apologize for the inconvenient and suggested another time the same day. I really needed that done asap and agreed.Once I agreed, Ive sent 3 emails asking for confirmation but they NEVER responded.Not committed, extremely unprofessional, not efficient customer service to honor what was previously scheduled or offered.Its a shame we cannot give companies 0 star because I would for Orange Pest Control.Go somewhere else if you want your pest control done.

After repeated attempts and service calls, this company has failed to relieve us of drywood termites. And now refuses to return for 2 weeks. While termites eat our house and tenants report live termites, wings, debris daily. Unacceptable level of service, although they emailed they pride themselves on providing excellent customer service.
