Our company moved from our own warehouse facility to APS around 6 months ago. Although I was a bit nervous working with a 3rd party, it turns out the level of service and commitment to working with us has been nothing short of stellar. Shipping speed and accuracy on both B2C and B2B orders has been great! Highly recommended.

Ive been working with APS fulfillment for my e-commerce brand for the past 3 months or so and the experience has been nothing but great. With the pricing of a bigger company and the service of a smaller one, APS has been a great fit. Our customers praise us for the promptness of package deliveries and how quickly tracking information is sent out, but I owe all the credit to APS. Big thank you to Ralph, Jack, and Jessica for all the help, its been great working with you guys so far and I look forward to continuing to do so. Thanks.

I joined APS for my few e-commerce orders, Another fulfillment center handled B2B and international orders. APS assured me APS was totally knowledgeable to handle both and were doing it for others. I thought I would give them a chance with our smaller B2B orders.APS was OK for e-commerce, but any fulfillment center that sends a B2B order internationally, without the proper customs documents that were sent to them, does not have the proper training necessary.Instead of using Our docs and customs invoice, APS made up their own invoice, it want over like a packing list with no pricing, and even worse used their info as the shipper, and with their former address for returns. Our shipment to Poland was never delivered due to incorrect documents. We always get contacted by the shipping company if there is a problem. Because APS used their contact information as the shipper, and our company info was no where to be found, the order sat in customs, in Poland. They reached out to APS, left messages, no one returned their call.It was not known to us until our customer reached out and told us he had not received his prepaid order. That was almost 2 months after the order shipped via air. It took us over 3 weeks to find the order.Since FedEx was unable to deliver the shipment because APS was no longer there, FedEx sent it to a warehouse in the mid-west. Once we were notified by the customer, It took us weeks, at my expense, to get info on the lost order. APS never stepped in to help, saying they did everything right.Our FedEx account was billed for all of the unnecessary shipping. To Poland, back to the USA, then back to APS, and back to Poland. APS refused to compensate us for over any shipping costs, again, saying they did everything right.When I asked upper management if they trained their employees how to send international orders, he prevaricated and I never got an answer. Then I asked directly, Do you ever check the documentation to see if it is right? His answer, Thats not my job. I said, I can prove the mistakes that were made. Your shipping manger is the one who sent the order to Poland with incorrect documents. APS responded, He did his best. Hard to believe. .I was stuck for all of the shipping to and from Poland, back to the USA and then sending the order with the correct documents to my customer.

Been with APS for about a year now and no complaints! They do an excellent job of shipping my orders out in a timely manner and managing my inventory. Before APS, fulfillment used to be one of my biggest headaches. Now I dont think about fulfillment at all, I know theyve got it handled.

APS is a great company thats very easy to do business with! Accuracy, speed of shipping and overall responsiveness of their staff and management -all 5 stars! They have tremendous expertise in shipping, especially with USPS and FedEx, which gives me a huge advantage and makes me look like a hero as an online vendor. I feel confident that I can grow my business with them and they can handle anything and everything I throw at them. Also, Ive shopped around and found that they are very competitively-priced ... I could have rented my own space and hired employees, but their service is far more affordable and reliable --and the best part is that I dont have to be in the warehouse/shipping business -they do it all and they do it right! Very happy client!

We have over 25 different products in varying order quantities that need to be shipped to our customers daily. Plus, the products have to be kept in a secure climate-controlled environment. Add to the fact we need printed material such as marketing and renewal letters placed in the orders, fulfilling our products can be challenging. APS has risen to the challenge and more. Orders are being sent out accurately and on time. Returns are being processed correctly and, most importantly, our customers are happy. APS has been a truly great fulfillment solution!

Run! Don’t walk, run! Most incompetent and unprofessional company ever. CFO flat out told me they don’t want their employees to think too much when I asked if they could please ship cheapest way and compare. Sent me an invoice that wasn’t itemized and i stated we would pay when we received the itemized one. While we waited for the itemized bill which they should have sent in the first place, my shipments were put on hold and held hostage. Then we paid and nothing was shipped for 2 days. If you want to over pay for your shipping and have completely incompetent people who don’t understand communication, these are your people. 1 person was fine and actually wanting to do his best. Unfortunately when you have people running the place who have no business doing so, it makes no difference. They also charged me for shipments that weren’t mine and for packing slips that were never put in. All I have to say is good luck if you go here. Your business will suffer for sure.

APS has handled my warehousing and shipping for 1-12 years now. I am very happy with their service. Their rates are very fair, and the service is excellent. It is easy to communicate with them, and I have not had any problems with their performance. They go out of their way to help me with any special requests. I recommend them highly.

Ive been working for this company for 3 years and can say a lot of positive things regarding the integrity of the company as a whole.They have made huge strides to grow and improve throughout my time with them. The order fulfillment is timely and accurate. Clients visit often and seem overall very happy to be with us.I wouldnt be surprised if the company was twice its size next year.

We hired the services of this company at the beginning of 2014, we hired them to perform the fulfillment services for our sales channels in Amazon and eBay, it was working well with the Chuck Aultman administration, small errors but in general very good. Even I put a comment on their website for the good service. In mid-2017 the administration was changed and from there it was a complete nightmare. The incompetence of the new administration was evident from the first moment, every day with errors in the shipments, the costs of the services were increased brutally, they do not have an adequate record of the SKUs, merchandise that was lost without any reason, etc, etc, etc,. I am not a person who writes a bad opinion about a company, however this company deserves an opinion, and I do it not to offend or anything like that but encourage to improve their service, thats what this is about. I hope that APS can receive this opinion to make them reflect and improve their service. Customers come first, but this administrations deal with customers is appalling. I will already receive a comment here from APS in a defensive way and justifying their bad actions as they always do, please do not do it, I will not give names, but to the administration a tip :reflect and improve. First give a good service before raising the prices of the services, this advice especially to the main administration in Canada, which is very, very deficient in treatment and customer service.And one more thing to APS, remove my feedback from your website, that feedback was years ago with the previous administration, now APS is a complete nightmare, fortunately we found a professional fulfillment company to continue our business in a good way.
