I dont normally leave reviews, but after having consistent, intermittent network and performance issues, I called KB for IT support after 3 other firms were unable to identify the cause. I spoke with Cristina, and she was professional and empathetic to my situation. She transferred me to Bobby who was awesome! Immediately he remoted in to my computer and ran some diagnostic tools. Very quickly he was able to identify a coupe different potential problems. We scheduled for a technician to come onsite the following day. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. She identified a few problems that my previous IT firms created and / or failed to diagnose. The problems have been corrected and my network has been flawless and super fast ever since.
