Ive had great results with these guys previously, but most recent event is even better. Called for appointment and explained symptoms with laptop. They said they could repair it but I probably would be better off getting a new laptop. They gave me a model recommendation based on my criteria. I was already thinking of replacing it, but they made up my mind for me. They could have repaired my laptop and I could limp along until it finally died. But their recommendation (especially on what model to get) was outstanding. These people are great!

Good honest knowledgeable guys who always get the job done and most times even more. They have fixed various things on my computer, leaving me more than happy with the service and the reasonable prices each time. They are the only people Id call to repair my computer.

My external hard drive was broken; I called some repair stores to get some ideas how much it cost. PC Medic Computer Repair - Onsite service gave me a decent price.
