GREAT PLACE! GREAT SERVICE!Ignore people that give bad reviews here, they are people that damage equipment and have to pay the price, that is usually less than the damage they have done. This is a great family business with good equipment and great staff and deckhands that get you moving quick and give good recommendations for your day. Grab a bow rider with your family and friends, some Chick Fil A and a cooler of beverages and hit Lake Boca!

If I could give this place less than one star I would but I need a rating in order to post. I’m so upset and I definitely want to share my experience about how I’ve been robbed by this place. I came to visit and what was supposed to be a great time turned into a nightmare as soon as I got off the JetSki the place closed and didn’t allow me to get my deposit. I was told that I could come back and get it, yet I’ve been ignored several times and now apparently they’ve lost all of my paperwork including my boating license that I acquired with them, which is very convenient and seems to be the only form of proof they’ll allow you to retrieve your deposit. After telling me I could retrieve my deposit any time I revisited all of a sudden THEY need my paperwork? As a customer as long as a I have a receipt I should be able to retrieve my money and YOU losing my paperwork should not prevent that. $250 is owed to me by this company, said by my bank, and myself who still has the original copy of this receipt which apparently isn’t good enough to show that I actually was a patron at this establishment. If you visit Florida I wouldn’t give my money or my credit card information to these people, they steal. They rudely suggested that I dispute the charge with my bank and when I try to do that I was informed that there is a law preventing disputes over 50 days old. News to me and how lucky am I. The problem I have is that on the telephone call the young man I spoke to today named Jacob suggested that this is something that they do all the time. The sad part is I actually was going to rent more JetSki‘s from them today using my original deposit but apparently these people don’t think my business is good enough or my friends. Obviously I kept the receipt a while and it’s faded but I put in under a scanner and u can clearly see the amounts and my card info and the dates.

These guys were great! I couldnt have ask for a better crew helping our family have the best experience riding jet skis. Thanks again for an awesome time. I definitely recommend going to Atlantic boat & jet ski rentals. We will be back for sure!

BE AWARE!!! If I could give 0 stars that would be generous. The boat was filthy, it wouldn’t go over 10 mph. The trim did not work. When returning the boat we were met by a smug man that didn’t care about anything we had to say. They were so unprofessional!!! No safety equipment!!! If your looking to rent do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!

What I like the most about these guys is the laid back vibe and the reasonable deposit amount (unlike others up and down the coast). The other thing to keep in mind when searching for jet ski rental is whether or not your going in the ocean 🌊 or just the intercostal. These guys were willing to take us in the ocean had the weather been a little better. Either way we had a solid experience!

Overall bad experience. People who were there were nice. Boat provided was terrible. Speedometer and RPM gauge both broken. Boat had engine issue and was in protect mode. Wouldn’t go over 8 miles an hour or get onto plane. At first I though boat had governor but apparently it was just broken. Couldn’t go any of the places we intended to go which was a disappointment to our guests who were in town. Spent about 2 hours of 3 hour rental floating around the intracoastal and brought boat back a half hour early because we had just had enough. Was told to reach out to owner with any comments or complaints. He never even bothered responding.

Price and service were outstanding, the boat was nothing fancy, simple open bow, but definitely got the job done, had a great day with the family on the water!

Never have I’ve been more insulted intelligently intrusted my money with this company and when I went to go render their services not only did I find out they took my money I was not able to get on a JetSki a boat nothing very dissatisfied

To expensive for low quality. The boat had life jackets but it had no wistle no flair and the radio wasnt working. Shortly after we left the motor started having problems kept shutting off and wouldnt go full speed. We tried calling the rental multiple times and no one picked up. The fuel meter didnt work either on the boat. Dont recomend and would not use their services again!

I came to Florida with friends. Never been on a ski so I got the Uber to the place tbh like 80$ from Miami already just for some bad business.I don’t typically post but I wouldn’t give these people my money.

A FAMILY OF CON ARTISTS. THEY STOLE TWO SECURITY DEPOSITS FROM US. WE HAD RENTED 3 JET SKIS. WHEN I CALLED BEFORE COMING THEY SAID SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS 200 WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY SAID 250. WHEN RIDING ONE JET SKI WAS SUPER SLOW COMPARED TO THE OTHERS WHEN THEY ARE THEY EXACT SAME JET SKIS. THAT SAME JET SKI THEY SAID WE PUT A HOLE IN IT. A BIG LIE. THEY TOOK TWO SECURITY DEPOSITS FROM US FOR A HOLE WE DIDNT MAKE IN ONE JET SKI.

They are con artists. They claimed we made a hole on one of the jetskis and proceeded to take the security deposit for two of the jetskis. The hole itself was on top of the jetski so if a crash were to even have happened that spot wouldn’t be damaged. Robbed us of $500. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anything.

I was given a price of a $125 for 1 hour boat rental boat rental when I returned less than an hour later I was told that now the boss told them tocharge $200, My whole family was waiting outside so offered $150 they said no

Unprofessional, they had there employee go with us since we rented 4 jetskis and there employee was drinking and left us while he went to get a pack of cigarettes, then he shows up later, on the phone most of the time. We had an accident with 2 of the jetskis and one of them were scratched. They tried to take the whole deposit for all four jetskis and tried to say we scratched 3. When we showed them a video of how one of the jetskis were scratched before we rode them the boss then decided to say he wasn’t interested in that one but he was still trying to take all four deposits. The owner assumed off the top of his head that the scratch would be over 1,000$. We tried to ask why he wouldnt just take the deposit for two that we accidentally hit but he wanted all four. Just very unprofessional they won’t be seeing us again.

What a disappointment! We reserved the boat four days ahead and we were assured they had newer boats- 2017 and up. We had our family join us for a birthday celebration and we shocked when we came to pick up our boat and the docks man had given our vessel away. They tried to trick us into taking a broken down filthy boat instead, but we declined. The manager was embarrassed and sorry, but the fact is they allow the dock guy to do as he pleases and he probably took a nice tip from someone and rented the boat out from under Atlantic. Thank goodness we found a nice boat at Bahia Mar from a reputable dealer.

I went here on my Florida vacation (visiting from NY) on 6/16/15. I had a great experience. I talked to Frank before I left on my trip and he took the time to explain everything. I wanted to Jet ski on the inter coastal because it is calmer than the ocean. This turned out to be great as the scenery was magnificent. You have a 4 mile area to jet ski which is much more than other places. I was able to see the nice houses on the inter coastal. Frank was very nice and was very knowledgeable. His instructions were easy to understand and made our experience safe and fun. This is great for beginners as well. There were no hidden gas fees so the price they quote is what you pay. I will definitely go back on my next visit. It was one of the best highlights of my week long trip. I would suggest doing the full hour because you get a price break vs. the half hour price.

It was ok but a pretty shambolic office and staff dont inspire the most confidence. Website shows boats for 75 an hour, they only had for 100 and up. Boat was seaworthy, but not in super shape. Id probably look for another place next time

My boyfriend and I rented jet skis on Monday 4/3. We had a great experience. Very professional people and helpful. Its been quite a few years since we used jet skis and we got great up front instruction. The waterway was perfect...beautiful and fun to ride! We would go back there if we wanted to jet ski again in south florida. Highly recommended!

If you dont own your own vessel this is a good place to rent one many different types and fair price the staff is very knowledgeable and makes boating pleasurable they also provide annual memberships plus easy access right on the intra coastal waterways

Absolute rip off. Rented a boat last month brought it back after a couple hours because steering was broke. They charged my credit card $600 and won’t refund my money. I get being charged for some time but the whole $600? Bs. Trying to dispute it now. Don’t trust them. Used them a lot in past but never again. Complete rip off with junk boats.

I enjoyed every moment. Frank was a huge help. He made my experience fun, enjoyable, and completely easy. The location was very easy to find, and the amount of open water was fabulous. I would recommend anyone to come and try them out. You would have a blast. Plan on coming back for more. Thnks Guys

We rented a 25 foot motor boat yesterday for 2 hours. The boat worked perfectly and we had a lot of fun, cranked up the radio and danced our way up to Lake Boca. Frank was very helpful showing us the safety equipment and how to operate the boat safely. I will rent a boat here again.

On a vacation to Fort Lauderdale and had an awesome experience at Atlantic Jet Ski Rental. Our guide, Brian, was very knowledgeable and easy going. He helped us with everything we needed to know and was waiting at the dock as soon as we pulled in asking how our experience was. The experience was very straight forward, no lines, no wait time, and helpful staff. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

Hello I will give you a couple of reasons why your company is awful. To start off your employee let us cheat on the test . He let minors on the jet skis and didnt ID any of us . Thats against the law . When we felt the jet ski was acting weird we brought it back and your employee checked it out and said there was nothing wrong that it overheated and that it is working just fine . 10 minutes later we went back in the office and he once again agreed that everything was fine with the jet ski and we wont have to pay for anything because nothing is wrong . 6 hours later we got charged .. No phone call or atleast a heads up . The jet ski was working perfectly fine and we have it recorded on the go pro . Upon arriving later this afternoon he showed us what was the damage that he claimed was from us but never was us . He said with the size of this hole the jet ski would sink in two minutes . Well if thats the case we spent 10 minutes trying to get the jet ski on the dock and didnt sink . it is a fraud transaction because she didnt sign a single paper and yet was charged . Either your employee is not the smartest person or he is on drugs because if he spent 10 minutes checking out our jet ski and missed that hole he is on a strong drug . Your employee tags are expired also .

We spent four hours on a boat for Fathers day and had an amazing time. Staff went over all the features on the boat, safety rules and gave us a map book to use, in addition to making recommendations for stops along our route.The boat without a doubt looked like it has weathered a few storms, but the motor was perfect and the FM radio worked perfectly. Without a doubt we will be back next time.The only negative for me is that even though I asked for an e-mailed confirmation of our reservation, and I was told this was no problem, nobody sent me the e-mail. The upside is that the rest of our experience made up for this.

Not sure what the other guy is talking about but i went there yesterday and rented two jet skis....me and my girlfriend had a blast!! frank was so nice and did nothing but make our experience fun and easy....the other guys that worked there where kind and helpful...they genuinely cared if we where being helped....they did move locations but it was super easy to find...all and all Id go back every time i came to Florida.... just wish i had more time on the water....i suggest renting for 2 hours b.c. one goes by quick...best prices around thanks for a blast frank!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!. Make sure you are fit enough to run a 10k challenge because if you are to tired to make it back they will charge you (and not tell you at time of rental) that the cost is $65, even if it starts storming! My fiance and I love the water but this was NOT the place to go in Pompano......but Pompano is really beautiful.

Purchased a deal on Groupon for 4 hrs of Kayaking. The place was easy to find. The process was fast and simple. The service...well the guy was a bit of a douche but I dont think it was malicious, I just think that is his personality. My only complaint is I could have used a 1 minute crash course. It was my husband and Is first time kayaking. HINT: Dont go kayaking for the first time on the inter-coastal against jet skis and yachts. Perhaps a nice calm lake is a good 1 time choice.I asked if he had any instructions and was told There are no buttons, nothing to steer, no motor, just paddle. Well we made it exactly 1 hour and I was done! I got motion sickness and was exhausted from paddling against the current to get back to the dock and going nowhere. I think I would try it again, just not at this location.

SCAMMERS - BEWARE!!! Arrived at the location which was on their website at 5pm, turns out that address was wrong and is 10 miles south of their location, they forgot to update it. Then drove up in the weekend traffic for 30 minutes late to get an old a beaten boat which hardly moved at all. Paid $200 + tax for 2 hours but only used 1 hour and 10 minutes. When we left the dock, one of the guys ran after us to let us know we need to pay for the gas for the boat, which they never mentioned when we signed the agreement in the office. Fine, we went back to pay for the gas, the bill came up to $55!!!! I was like WHAT??? Are you guys serious???... went back to the manager to ask how come the bill is so high? we hardly used the boat, going for 1 hour on minimum wake speed?? He said its probably a mistake since the other people who rented the boat earlier didnt fuel it.. so we ended up with the whole charge?! He agreed to discount us to $25 which was still a much higher amount than the actual gas we spend but WHATEVER!!! Im never going back there again, these people do not know how to conduct an honest business and they DO NO DESERVE MINE. STAY AWAY!!!

Simply put, amazing!!! Price was great, guide was great. Daughter and I had a blast, definitely recommend at least an hour. Intercoastal was much better for us, than the beach, water was calm, again we had a blast!!!

The have ok equipment, and ok pricing. But I found the staff to be rude. I will not rent from them ever again.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BEWARE - NOT A PLACE TO GO TO:I reserved a boat and gave them my credit card for a deposit in the amount of $540.00. When I arrived, they did NOT have a boat available for me. (This is the 2nd time it happened, no boat that I reserved available). But worst then that, they promised to credit my account for the $540.00 deposit. IT IS OVER A MONTH AND NO CREDIT ON MY CHARGE STATEMENT. I have called dozens of time and either do not get a call back or been told it has been taken care of. Based on my experience I have no trust in these people at all. No reservation honored and not able to get my deposit back. Not a place that I would recommend doing business with.

Mean people with horrible attitudes. First they let everyone on the boaters test cheap and use there phones and they didnt even check them. Second they let minors go jet skiing without a consent form. And third they charged our friend $500 dollars for damages that were there before we used them. When we went to talk to someone about this we were talked to so rudely and unprofessional. I would never go back there or recommend it to my worst enemy

Im an experienced boater and these guys were very rude! ... The jetski is trash and the employees are even worse trash. One of the guys told us that we can go as far as Oakland but then we got yelled at for going passed commercial Blvd! My brother and I would be at a fairly safe distance from each other yet they continued to badger us rudely and yell for no reason. They kept screaming and one of them called me a dingdong Im never coming here again and I dont recommend anyone spending money here either. A bunch of unprofessional jerks with horrible equipment.

Guess they changed their name to Atlantic Boat & Jet Ski Rental.Be wary - they pulled the old bait & switch on us! Through a Concierge, we booked and paid for a 22 deck boat that was a brand new 2013. Got there & they gave us a 2011 19 that had torn seats, cracked panels & rusted fixtures. Horn & bilge pump didnt work and it ran less than 20 mph! Very disappointed but the guys there kept lying & defending.They ultimately promised a $ 100 refund but that was 2 days ago.Just be honest guys

The boats are junk and not well maintained that all. Nothing worked on it including the fuel gauge so we had no way to know if the boat had fuel in it when we left and when I questioned it all I got was an attitude. Clearly its a company that doesnt care who they rent to or what theyre renting as long as they get paid. The boat we rent it was equipped with a 150 Yamaha outboard couldnt even get up on plane.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!! We drove half an hour after calling to make sure they would still be open, when we arrived the owner said they wanted to leave and were closing!!! He was very rude and drunk.

Came here to jet-ski, on vacation from NY. The only thing I liked about this place was their route which was on the intercoastal waterway. Their jet skiis were in horrible condition, Im surprised they still ran. I went with a group of friends and all of us had issues with our jet skis. We even checked the intake to see if it was clogged but our jet skiis wouldnt pass 6mph most of the time. One jet ski kept shutting off too. The fastest you could go was 25 on their route which sucked for those that want to go fast. This place was $110 ($100 for the jet ski and $10 for the FL boating license which is required for those born after June 1988). This was my first time jet skiing, next time Ill go else where like Miami which is a few dollars more and their jet skiis are 1-3 years old.

The price was great for half day . The boat was not that new.

It was on July 8/18 we took the boat with captain for 1: 30 hrs of tour through Intracoastal 6 pers, the service very good and friendlyGasoline is paid separately from the cost of the hourA highly recommended walk along the canal can stop and have lunch or dinner in the many delicious restaurants on the side and side of the canal.
