I got my 16’ JKU Lifted with some suspension work, brakes and just today got an amazing deal in wheels and tires. Brandon test drives your ride and personally sees to it that the work is superb. Just moved from Philadelphia and needed brake and rotor work on my JK Rubicon. Hendricks and Brandon were very professional, gave me a tour of the shop and explained in detail all the work in which would be done.. they test drive the jeep with you prior and after to make sure you feel comfortable with the work! First class all the way and highly recommend them! Going back soon for a lift! Go there ASAP!!

Brandon went from being trust worthy to the exact opposite!. Brandon charged excessive hours for work not performed for a insurance claim through state farm. I was not warned of his charges until it was completed and he basically held my jeep for ransom.He was paid for the job and knew I was taken advantage of. A couple weeks later the grill started chipping so I returned it to him,I was told by brandon that I damaged the grill and he charged me & used my card when I wasnt even at his shop. I called his paint shop and spoke to them and they said THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE REPAINT!!!. Brandon you got caught .Brandon you have become a shady business man and your greed has wrecked our 10 years. I will never use you again or refer anyone to your crooked shop!!!! I wish there was more space to tell more of what brandon does at his shop! There is a reason this place is super busy all the time! This was our second trip to Brandons. Each time the owner treated us as if we were the only customer of the day. Super professional, very nice, took his time, answered all our questions, great experience! A true Jeep enthusiast himself, with many years of experience! If there is a University of Jeep Wrangler, Brandon is THE professor. Took my Wrangler in for a some light rewiring and some other very complicated issues with ignition and he was able to figure it out along with other problems that needed addressing. I went ahead had him do brakes, oil, transmission, steering stabilizer, speakers, tires and got back a brand new Jeep. I am thrilled with their work seeing as Im a DIY to get it right type. I highly recommend this crew for maintenance or custom jobs!They also work with Matt at Fortec to get your Wrangler just the way you want it. If you just want more than just bolt-ons these guys know exactly what theyre doing!

Brandon does it right. If you take your Jeep somewhere else, you will end up at Brandons to fix it. Brandon will not let you leave unhappy and that is worth a few extra dollars.

Poor customer service and lack of common courtesy!!!Called on a Monday to schedule fixing an oil leak on my 1990 Wrangler. Was told they were busy but to drop it off that Thursday, which I did when they opened at 8am. No call Thurs or Fri so I had to call Mon afternoon for an update. Was told again how busy they were and they havent had a chance to look at it but theyd do there best to get to it Tuesday. No call from them Tues or Wed and when I called Thurs (a week after dropping it off)....they still hadnt even looked at it.I asked for the owner, Brandon, to give me a call...and to no surprise that never happened.Unless you are doing a complete mod on a newer Jeep, highly suggest finding a mechanic that will value your time and appreciate your business!!!

I had a Teraflex suspension with a 3 lift and new wheels and tires installed on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited by Brandons. I liked the fact that I got a personal tour of the garage by the owner himself and he and Richard spent time with me to explain possible options. They were friendly and Morris 4x4 said they knew their stuff and Id have to agree.I ran into a small problem with a bad valve stem on one of the tires and Richard apologized and told me to bring it in and theyd take care of it.Great work, great customer service in an automotive garage in South Florida? Yes. Im sure I will be back for all my Jeep needs.

I had a really bad experience from another dealer who shall remain nameless. Nonetheless, Brandon and his team stepped up and fixed everything so that I was safe in my new used Jeep. My 2006 TJ had a intermittent stalling problem that FOUR different dealerships couldnt fix. Brandons fixed it for an extremely reasonable price. Never taking the jeep anywhere else even though I live 38 miles away.

I brought my 1977 JEEP CJ 5 to Brandons for a frame off restoration and here is what happened :Time to restore over one yearMoney paid to brandon in labor over $ 52,000, parts $ 30,000after he released the car to me and i paid the final bill those are the problems i had :1) steering not straight ( steering wheel not aligned properly )2) BRAKES locking since were calibrated too tight causing to overheat, lock the tires, ruining the new discs and brake pads . I almost had a crash since the car did not stop at all due to overheat .2) Brake light stays on ( drove 4 times to get it fixed, still not working )3) 4 wheel drive did not engage4) Shift knob came off in my hand while driving on 95 .5) back seat for children was mounted without 2 back bolts causing to swing forward when braking . Hazardous for back passengers, i asked 3 times to get it fixed and he delivered the car with this major hazard for my children.6) radiator was scratched and dented and he made me buy 2 charging me for it .7) All knobs for air vent not working and disconnected8) wind shield wiper wash container installed new and not connected .9) Dash board dented and whole car that has to be repainted, the new seats were stained when i asked him to leave the plastic on till work was finished.10 ) I asked him to put PLUGS on the car body before installing carpet, he told me was done but he did not do it .11) Parking brake handle fell off in my hand .12 ) HOOD not aligned13) the clutch pedal had no stopper and was interfering with other wires and steering parts in the engine compartment .I had to beg him to get this installed .I was charged twice for a job already done and paid ( frame painting ) he toke it of my $ 17,000 bill of that week . He was rude, disrespectful, cocky, always blaming other people jobs ..........Dont do the mistake i did, his Rottweiler knows more about jeeps then Brandon and he is probably more honest . Will probably give my case to my attorney now ........September 28 2018 ...Car has been braking regularly and every single part was installed new by Brandon, I just found out the wrong sending unit was mounted ( he installed 2 fuel tanks, probably the sending unit he installed was from the first 20 gallons tank ) .The car was never showing a full tank and finally broke down and was signing 0 gasoline at all times . I did total only 2,000 miles because after one year Im still chasing what he did wrong and the car is unreliable ..... Im just glad i dont have to see his face anymore .

Recently, I purchased 4 tires for my VW Passat. Richard went over several choices with me, discussing the pros & cons of each. My dealership offered only two choices. Both dealer options came with a far higher price tag. The job was done, expertly & on time, the following day. Tried to get a quote for replacing the body mounts on my truck. Called and talked them about it and they told me to swing by and someone would look at it. Went on my lunch break and talked to Brandon. No one looked at my truck while i was there. He did call for part pricing and said he would get back with me on the installation. No return call....

I had a transmission and clutch put in. It started making noise a week later. I took it back. He had it a week. Week later the noise started again. I went somewhere else and had to have the clutch replaced. The new place said the parts were junk and told me i paid twice what i should have
