I called to have a radiator installed my radiator blew around dinner time I work everyday and I need my vehicle for work for spotless pressure washing LLC I picked up the parts because a block away from me is a part store and brought them to Hanks radiators put my radiator in did my front shocks all my spark plugs and of course one Fords you have a coil pack on each spark plug changed all them he did a phenomenal job very quick. Probably a total of 2 hours to two and a half hours everything was complete and he even let me his BMW to drive on some errands. I cant say enough about the work that was performed the service the knowledge and the professionalism that was extended. I finally have found my mechanic in South Florida after 18 years. I will come to him for everything and any need for any one of my vehicles without hesitation. Thank you very much you are the best

Had him work on my Car recently and didn’t complete the job left bolts out and forced bolts where they didn’t belong .. Shady service has cause damage to the frame as well I went to tire kingdom and they took pics to show where he never completed doing my lower control arms as well as my motor mounts

This is by far the best shop I’ve ever took a car too. Reasonable prices. Great communication. Great work. And didn’t take long. Very fast. I would recommend Tom and his shop to anyone that’s looking for a great mechanic that actually LOVES what he does. Customer Service is beyond the roof, 5 Stars isn’t enough for this. He needs unlimited stars cause I know for a fact I will never meet anyone who works on cars the way he did mine. And he also puts in extra work just to make sure everything is okay.! He made me feel comfortable enough to leave my car with him.

Thomas is an absolute mechanic wizard!! He was able to finally pin-point and actually fix the ongoing electrical problems that I had been having with my car for several months (which the dealership & 2 other mechanics had not been able to resolve). Plus he took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that I could actually understand...Also, I have to admit that I was all prepared to haggle him down on price but the amount he quoted was so fair, it just wouldnt have felt right to haggle...

He is a very excellent worker. He is understanding and he works with you. His prices are very reasonable I would recommend anyone to go to him.

I took my Ranger Truck to Hanks with a leaky radiator and Tom diagnosed it as a cracked radiator and said it needed to be replaced. I asked him when it could be done and he said right now. He drove me home and 90 minutes later he called me and told me it was done. When I picked up the truck I asked him about installing an after market speed control, we agreed on a price and he took the job. He worked very hard on it and it works perfectly. I will for sure be using Tom at Hanks Radiator again. Nice guy!

Tommy did a great job on my dodge ram 3500. Wasnt an easy fix but the man stayed late past dark and got me up and running the same day. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

He told me that I needed a water pump and for parts and labor itll cost me $300. I said okay but I need proof of purchase of the water pump and I want to old water pump. After a while he called me back and said it wasnt the water pump its a hose and thatll cost only $28, but I still have to pay $300 for labor. He said it took him over 4 hours to put in the hose. Im a paraplegic so I cant physically stand up and see whats going on but 4 hours to put in a hose is a bit too much. I dont think Ill be going back to him again.

Took my truck to Hank’s Radiator to find out why my radiator had a lot of rusty water. Not only did Tom assist me with my radiator replacement and flush, he went above and beyond and didn’t charge me one extra time.
