My experience was awesome, I lived here for 3 months but on fortunately I had to moved back to Maryland, from Miss Lisa the manager, staff and all the maintenance Kings at the Windsor Forest Apartment. I salute you guys for always on time. Ohh did I mention the court yard, always clean. All around 5 stars.

I lived here for about 3 years and I’ve never had to complain about anything! Location is great close to all the places I needed to be around, everytime I needed to speak with someone at the front I would always get the best customer service. All around a great experience. I only moved out because of switching job location, other than that I’d still be there!

Poor customer service from the leasing office, Victoria acts like she never wants to help anyone with any issues and does not take issues seriously. the bath tub was horribly painted and the paint peels every time i clean it and i have yet to have service on this to be fixed and it has been reported for a month. roach infested from the moment i moved in. poor flooring, always coming up. moldy, they make you sign an agreement to keep the temperature at a certain level in the apartment to maintain the mold however I am anemic, i cannot be in cold weather conditions all the time. lisa (the manager) wont terminate your lease despite the poor living conditions and you are getting sick from the mold. they don’t have compassion they just go based off the fact that you signed an agreement. nonetheless, the mold re appears regularly in different areas. they bleached my carpet when they “tried” to clean the mold but it still came back (even with the a/c low all the time) they won’t help you in the aspect of trying to just get out. fire alarm goes off often because the kitchen is enclosed. walls very thin and you hear everything upstairs and next door. security sits in his car at night and does not even patrol the complex. the pool is never opened during the day you have to ask for someone to open it.

In the office’s door it says “we are striving for 5 stars”. From Lisa, Gloria through the maintenance staff, you can really tell that’s going to become a reality. Those guys want you to feel home and comfortable, if you’re in pompano beach, Windsor forest is a place to live.

This apartment complex is by far the best place to live. Quick maintenance service, friendly customer service and most importantly clean environment.

Property Manager:Lisa is very helpful she always on top of everything to make our stay comfortable. All I have to do is send Lisa a quick email about any problem needed to be fix in my unit and she get the work order on the go. I never have to wait ...she makes my stay with my family very comfortable...also the staffs are very friendly and helpful...Thank you Lisa

The model unit looks nothing like the actual apartment I rented. Not worth the price.Maintenance staff does a great job trying to keep up with outdated appliances and fixtures. The apartment was roach infested and had a broken window in the bedroom. I was fearful of my safety for the first month living there due to the broken window. They have valet trash, a pool, fitness room and a park for the children. I love the area where you can barbecue. There would be rocks in the front of my apartment door and marijuana smells from the balcony. Also, loud music disrupted me and my baby while sleeping.The apartment have a flood zone. When it rains, it’s literally like a small lake. Once you get out of your car until you walk to your apartment. Be prepared to get wet! Once the rain stops then maintenance would come and sweep it out the way. It was very challenging because I had a infant. I broke my lease due to some issues.Lisa is very rude. She did not do the final walk through with me and wants me to pay for a laundry key I’ve never received. It’s like like pulling teeth trying to rectify the move out settlement. She is taking it personal for me wanting a copy and proof of all documents I signed.

If youre looking for a place to call home, look no further! This is one of the most quietest, well kept, and well liked communities! I absolutely love the office staff. The property manager Lisa is so helpful and truly understands what it is living in todays harsh world. This is really a great place to stay!

I am so disgusted with the property manager LISA i feel that she only cares about money and her PEOPLE . I was told she charges her people $25 late fee while she charges other tenants $184 late fee i dont feel that its right that she do that . And she also threaten tenants she will EVICT THEM SEND THEM UP in her word,as if she didnt care and did not go through the same pandemic everyone else went through because she is living rent free i just wish they whole establishment be recognized for their fakness and their heartless decisions. And they may take this down to cover her DIRT but i will continue to do a review till this situation is rectified. #GOINGTOBEHOMELESSSOON

Windsor Forest Apartments is a great place to live! I have been here12-years and love it! The managers-Lisa and Gloria are wonderful and really care about the the property and the tenants. “Thank You for all you do-I really appreciate you all. The maintenance is always prompt, courteous and do the job right. I highly recommend living here.

Windsor Forest is an amazing place to live, it is clean the lawn is well kept but you can find that almost anywhere. What makes it special is the staff Wanessa and Lisa are great they work with me to accommodate my crazy work schedule. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Wish I could give them more than five star.

This community is one of the best Ive lived in. Front office staff are very friendly and helpful. They will work with you with no pressure. All you have to do is communicate. Maintenance guys are always willing to help, are prompt and courteous. Its also quiet and well kept!

I lived at Windsor forest for 6 years, then, I had to move out because my work took me on the other side of the state. I loved it there, never had a problem, its kept clean and maintenance is quick...I really missed living there.

1. The Apartments are beautiful especially the flooring.2. The management staff will do anything they can to make sure you are comfortable.3. It is well maintained all around and the landscaping is extremely beautiful.4. I love the new valet trash option! It saves me time putting my trash in the compactor especially if I have to prepare for work in the morning.5. The laundry rooms in my building are kept clean all the time!I love this place!

Moved in January 2019, its well maintained from the grounds through out the hallways. No regrets moving here. Staff very friendly and do all they can to answer and assist with what you need.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly, the maintenance people are prompt and fast, and my neighbors are absolutely awesome!They go to great lengths to maintain and take care of this property and are in the process of upgrading all the apartments and have already given the outside of the apartments a fresh coat of paint and brand new roofs.Youll find no complaints from this guy.

I was a nervous wreck trying to find a new place to move within a week and after checking the reviews for this neighborhood, I already began to breathe easier. Everyone spoke so highly of the office staff that I just HAD to meet them and see for myself. The reviews DONT LIE. Lisa and Gloria are wonderful women who are down to earth, so helpful, and welcoming. I have lived in many places over the years in south Florida and Broward alone and can say that I FEEL the most at PEACE living here. The scenery is gorgeous, everyone is friendly, and its close to everything you can possibly need (I teach in Pompano). Definitely a neighborhood worth checking out.

I have been living there for over 7 years and I love it. Easy access to I95, trirail and buses. The property is very well maintained. And the management cares very much about the tenants and their needs. I have never had any issues with them. The manager rocks!

I love this community for the obvious: The grounds are always well manicured, we have all the typical, comforting and elaborate luxury amenities and its location is prime; easy highway access, super close/convenient grocery shopping, etc, etc. However, nowadays, these comforts are not that difficult to find if you take the time to do a little research before your next move.HOWEVER, what this place has, that VERY few places have the luxury of affording their tenants, is an amazing staff. Im actually the type of person who has very high expectations; a person who wants to make sure that they get what they’ve paid for. If I have to fight with my lock, dont like my water pressure, have to flush my toilet twice or wait too long for hot water, maintenance is knowing about it.NOT ONCE have i dealt with condescension or indifference by maintenance or the office staff. Quite the contrary, each time they come, they are friendlier and seem better acquainted.I worked in property management in my youth and understand the culture. The office knows and characterizes its tenants. In my experience, Im generally a difficult one, yet the ladies here in the office have been nothing but amiable and attentive; real expert problem solvers that either come up with quick, acceptable solutions or, at the minimum, understand how to properly and effectively communicate association requirements and expectations.My running joke is that I found out the two main ladies that work the office are Aries. The fire in them is real... Woman of real action and positive change.This is one of the best maintained, controlled and managed communities Ive ever lived in... As a traveling nurse, Ive actually looked into making my current situation more permanent only so I can try and to stay here, where i am dealing with professionals that get things done. I need the immediate action and attention that seems to be of paramount importance here; the foundation of action that separates this from other luxury living communities.You literally just have to walk in here to immediately notice the energy shift from other luxury apartment living options. Highly, highly recommended.

In the two years I lived here theres no regrets. Lisa treated us great and always worked with us. She truly is one reason we signed another lease with them. If something went wrong she always fixed it and if she couldnt personally she made it a priority with maintenance. Go in, ask for Lisa. She will be sure to treat you with the utmost respect and find you an amazingly cozy apartment with them. Plus the reassurance knowing that she will handle anything is so comforting .Thank you Windsor forest, but an espcial thank you to Lisa for making mine and my fiances first place together one that we will look back on and smile about 💗

If I could write an essay I would, because the ladies in this office are nothing but FANTASTIC, UNDERSTANDING,CARING and PROFESSIONAL, I moved here and it was welcoming and I loved how everyone was so open armed and Omg Mrs.Gloria and Lisa are The best, they are always on top of everything and anything, and the apartments are sooooo clean, never will you see a roach or anything, never any issues unless you caused it yourself, and the maintenance and cleaning crew is FABULOUS, the apartments are full of space and huge, and the walk-in closet you can legit live in it💕💕, I’m happy I moved here it’s been nothing but WONDERFUL, LOVING MEMORIES, the apartment complex is CLEAN,SAFE,QUITE, and the ladies in the office RESPECTFUL, Never had no issues with leasing office and the price you pay for is well Respected because These apartments are kept so clean, and looks like they was just build.

Ive been living here for 2 years. I like the location, its very convenient and close to the I-95. I like the property manager Lisa, she is always very helpful and she is always making sure the property is clean and the residents are happy.

Overpriced for the area. The grounds are not well kept. Congested parking lot. When its time to move out they dont allow you tondo the walk around with them, so they make up stuff to get more money from you at the end of your lease. I moved to coral and the same 1bd and 1 bath i pay less then I was at Windsor Forest apartments. There a coner a few steps away were people are on the coner selling drugs and so forth. This apartment complex is not worth the price. If you are looking for a place take your time before coming to Windsor Forest apartments . Completely not worth the price.

Beautiful place to live! The community is very clean and the staff is very nice and they are always trying to help. The services requests are taken care very quick. I love my one bedroom apartment is very cozy. Quem eh Brasileiro, esse condominio eh super bem localizado perto do Seabra e do Feijao com Arroz. Tambem tem quem fale portugues la.
