Neighborhood is decent. I make it home. Neighbors are nice . Will like to stay here for a long time.

The maintenance does not fix anything. Several maintenance requests have been submitted to the office and none are fulfilled on time. Oh the air unit has not been working for several days and the property manager stated she would put in the request when the maintenance guy came he turned on the air left and never came back. PARKING IS HORRIBLE, refurbished spray painted washers and dryer the list goes on…

The layout of the apt are big. Good price

Very nasty apartments the management is very poor they do not care about their residents at all you go up there multiple times they do not fix anything they swear they have pest control coming every Friday if you call only on Thursdays to come spray and this is a very big issue and it has been going on for years I even received a new refrigerator And the same problem as having with the refrigerator I’ve tried my own pest control to come out here there’s nothing that they could do to calm down the pest. Erica is always saying that she has to make a determination if any of these problems that I keep bringing to her at attention is worth fixing.

Parking is minimum for guest and located throughout the complex. Apartment layout and rooms are decent in size.

I visited a family member and it was disgusting hallways filthy and trash everywhere. She doesnt have a car but a car space and when visiting you cant utilize the space stupid rule!!!! The place is just nasty and dirty

I drove by and its nothing what the review mentioned, its actually nice and the rent is cheap. No apts tho.

Big apt. Not expensive.

The staff refuses to tell you what number you are on the waiting list and keeps telling you to call back in 1 or 2 months because your apartment is coming up in 2 months, but when you do call back to follow up the finish line moves further away again; 2 more months away. The staff is not clear and concise on their waiting list and application process. Their process seems to be unfair and biased and allows wiggle room for others to skip you on the waiting list!

Has the lowest price in town.

Sew a 3 bedroom last week, very big and nice. Them nice apartments.

The worst place to stay. They take forever to fix stuff. Example... leaking roof... it took them over 6 months to get someone to fix it. They said to put it in writing if you want stuff done here... Manager Erica own words. They have a lot of pest control issues. I used my pest control products and bomb the place over 3 times, and they show up after a couple of days like nothing happen. They say they have there own pest control that comes out... but no one showed the time they said they came. Then they make many excuses. They paint there tubs and other stuff to make it look new. After a couple weeks, you start to notice the tub peeling.... Use any products to clean the tub and nothing works. And now that I move out... they are rude as ever. I asked to be present when the inspection is being done. But when my husband arrived to the place. Erica stated if he steps in the apartment... she will have to charge us another day. What type of mess is that? Whats the purpose of giving the option to be there and we cant go in to see what you are writing down? When I call in and asked for my deposit... Erica said they keep half or 500 of the deposit for administration fee and the other half will be determine on the condition of the apartment. However the assistant tells me that it takes 30 to 60 days to get my deposit back!

I have been living in this complex and am satisfied with the residing here

Management is horrible, the manager Erica is extremely unprofessional is rude and does not know how to carry a conversation in a professional way. They do not pay their bills on time, poor maintenance on the property. The owner should be aware and make changes.

Found this place online. Inside pix look nice and great rent for 3 bdrms. We drove over there to check it out and were disappointed by the neighborhood and the pile of garbage outside a dumpster. By reading some of the recent reviews, I wouldnt even apply to live here.

Rat roaches raccoon is in the wall infested mildew mold outside and inside the apartment flooding inside apartment from roof when raining kitchen appliances dont work stove dont work refrigerator dont work hidding rust with painting switching one bad appliances from another apartment management unprofessional maintenance sucks security sucks towing cars for profit with management cash in there coming in apartment with out notice

These townhomes was nice and clean... well not anymore ..when they let housing n section 8 tenants move in they went down n thats sad cause the homes are in an good area...They becoming the old Sunland Park

The people seem friendly, got to be carful at night because of the surrounding area. After that pretty cool gated community

Staff friendly and understanding. So far so good moved in couple of months ago.

Apartment is full of rat,Mic and roach management never do anything about it, I lived there for about 2years worst place ever please stay away the apartments are full of molds and when it time for your lease they dont want to gave your your deposit they lie on your application

I wld give it a 5 star, but due to the area, & the apartments being highly roach infested, & also bed bug infested from im sure of previous tenants, a 3 or lower is what I wld rate it... if the infestation problem is taken care of, Id be more then happy to rate 5 stars... but sad to say, Ive moved b/c of the above problems, I cldnt take it any longer... but hopefully those problems are taken care of... blessings...

I stayed there for 2 years just moved June 1st management is trash the old lady attitude is stink since I moved in the back burner on my stove never work I put in a work order almost every week and they never showed up to fixed it. I cleaned everything before I moved out they took all my direct deposit me personally I think theyre some scammers Im not saying all this just to be spiteful but if you are looking for a place that is the wrong apartment to look at.

Nice place to live in. Feels like home, Alot of families. Lived in atlantic palms for 2 yrs brought a house last month thats why i moved The Leasing staffs are very nice NOT comparing them with the old staff. The maintenance staff complete work orders ontime. IF YOU LIKE PEOPLE THIS IS A PLACE TO MOVE IN. Other then that i seen alot of improvements.
