86 degrees outside, wanting it to be 75-76 but this is the 2nd thermostat that has a mind of its own by going up to 80. Waiting for a call back and resolution. Maintenance just performed 3weeks ago and a service call about a week ago. Service has changed. 🤦🏿‍♂️⭐⭐*Updated to ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars they came out and technician replaced parts compressor (on a brand new unit and blower) - now i can cool down on the reviews.*Walked in today to another dank 79 (now 80) degrees not a good mood right now. And they just hung up on me.⭐⭐*10/26/20 updated to 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ no issues so far and my house is being cooled properly after tech came back out and flushed the drainage, added coolant, changed the thermostat. Hopefully all stays good from this point.

I want to thank Randy and his wonderful staff at Mercury Masters for excellent service. I had a new unit installed by Brian and Bruce (technicians) they were extremely thorough, very professional, neat and clean. I highly recommend Mercury Masters!!! This was truly a wonderful experience!!!

Finally, a reliable/professional A/C company! We have been through no less than a dozen HVAC companies (big & small) before discovering Mercury Masters. They answer their phone, show up when promised and fix the problem.
