I have been a customer of Lindstrom air conditioning for along time on multiple homes. They are very professional efficient and get the job done on time. My last technician John not only performed the annual maintenance but assisted in describing some other things of concern to me. Warranty repair that took approx. 25 minutes of service for $316.00 labor (nearly $600/hour?!?!) ..AC unit is 15 months old, installed by Lindstrom Air. The gentleman that arrived was very nice and knowledgeable. He did ask “who installed this?”, which certainly didn’t make me feel better about the quality of installation.

The technicians that came out were extremely wise very professional. I’m moving forward to get another estimate from a different company to compare prices. I felt their service charge just to come out and diagnose my situation was a little pricey.

I would like to recognize Glenn for his good work and professionalism during the repair of our new unit. It needed tweaking and he diligently worked to get it functioning properly. Hes a class act and came back the next day just to make sure the repair took. This is why I use Lindstrom Air.

My a/c drain was backed up causing the float switch to turn off my unit. I called Lindstrom at 4:30 PM on Saturday and they came out 8:00 AM the next morning. The technician Jermaine G. Was excellent. I felt so relieved that they sent someone courteous, competent and professional. Considering it was a weekend visit it wasn’t even that expensive. Under $200. Bottom line I have never had a bad experience with Lindstrom. I believe you get what you pay for and they are worth it!

Josh, our tech, arrived to do a simple maintenance check but found that our system needed a lot more work. It was a crazy mismatch of systems. He kept his cool (pun intended) under pressure while crawling around in our 100+ degree attic. What should have been an hour check turned into about 5 hours, with Josh needing to call in his supervisor for reinforcements. Both were courteous and professional and explained our options. The story doesnt end here. We will likely need to replace our AC unit. But for now, the house is cool and Josh was really great to work with.

Had duct work replaced per Lindstrom’s recommendation. I have condensation and mold and several techs have come out to review. NOTHING is being done to correct the issue and I can’t seem to get a call back from Travis the installation coordinator. Terrible customer service.

I was looking for a reputable company to do regular maintenance on my AC Unit… Living in South Florida there is so many companies but Lindstrom always stood out as a local favorite even seeing them in our community throughout the years…. Desire arrived and got right to work… He was friendly and answered all the questions I had for him… Introduced me to UV filters for my unit which I was hesitant but after some consideration and quick review of the product we were sold… work was done in a couple of hours and left the area clean and neat.. Hard to say with this company. I have a maintenance program with them on 4 York units that are less than 5 yrs old. They performed maintenance on these units less than 2 months ago. Since maintenance of these units 3 have broken down. So I can’t really vouch for their maintenance program or I am really unlucky. I have price check them on labor cost for the work they have performed and they are high according to their competition (for what that is worth). they are high according to my resources in the commercial construction business. I have timed them on repairs and they are at over $200/man hr. Their office staff is not much help.Positive about them their field guys are knowledgeable and they are usually 1 day response time.Above is my first review. Now I am in another leak to one of York units I think. Spent 1000 bucks for a pressure test on Friday to try and figure out where my unit is leaking. Supposed to be back today. No show. Can’t get a hold of anyone at their office. Really surprised they would scheduled a pressure test which doesn’t allow that AC unit to run until they re-hook up the hoses that are disconnected for the pressure test. I give them zero in customer service at this point to schedule a pressure test on Friday and probably won’t show up until Monday. This has been beyond frustrating dealing with them at this point. I have almost 20 years in commercial construction experience and I haven’t had an experience as bad as this before. It especially frustrating that their service people are actually very skilled but their office is really poor and their rates are pretty much about 400/hr.Their last service they replaced a blower that went bad but couldn’t provide me the amperage on it even though they were out here a little over a month ago checking amperage on it per my maintenance agreement. while they were doing it they broke my condensate line in my attic. Which ended up leaking through one of my light fixtures in my ceiling. I called them and told them this after I took the insulation off the condensate line and their office told me sorry sir you can’t prove that we did it and we have other appointments so the soonest we can get you in is 2 days. I told them that’s fine I move my Adt camera me up stairs and all damage from this we will record and you will be responsible for. I can’t Blame anyone else because no one has been up In The attic besides you. They finally called me back and was able to move me to the next day.

Lost AC on labor day weekend. Service tech and than the sales rep came out Saturday. Set up installation of a new system for Tuesday morning after Labor Day. Crew was very professional. They cleaned up any area they worked in. Also the price was excellent.

We had our HVAC system replaced a couple of years back. Called Lindstrom, was offered a great deal on a Trane condensing unit and air handler. We were quite pleased with the installation and all, and we have been servicing the unit periodically also with Lindstrom.When we needed our unit replaced, they were able to obtain and install the unit in a timely manner. They pulled the permit and all. Very painless process for the homeowner, even interest free financing was available.We maintain our unit regularly and when calling, they are always pleasant and convenient appointments are always available. Technicians are professional and personable. Highly recommended.

Technician was friendly and performed work flawlessly. Great Work. Not a very complicated job mind you but Pricing was crazy expensive. I felt that Lindstrom overcharged me. $571 to install a thermostat that I provided and connect a C wire already in place is excessive.

Our A.C. unit stopped blowing cold air on Tuesday night (last night). I called Lindstrom this morning (Wednesday 7:30 am) and had a technician out by 10 am. The technician listened to what I thought the problem was, did his check and found the issue: a blown capacitor in the condenser. He suggested that we get a surge protector as next time, it could be the entire condenser that goes.He replaced the capacitor and installed the surge protector and we had cold air in less than an hour.Now, Lindstrom is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. I have had bargain A.C. companies come out and take 12 hours to get the A.C. working only to have it konk out again a few days later. Try that in South Florida in July or August...Anyway, Lindstrom is very professional and their technicians are highly skilled. If you want it done right, call Lindstrom. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

I had a clog in my drip line from my AC unit. I had Lindstom come out to repair it and asked what the cost would be to clean my coils. The tech said it was dirty, and should he done. I was happy to do it, but they wanted to charge me $1200 to clean the coils.I laughed and he did too. He knew that was a ridiculous quote. I could replace the entire unit for 2 grand. I made a few calls. I have someone doing it for $350 dollars. That wasnt the cheapest quote, but the reviews were good.

John knew what he was doing. He checked out the a/c system and unclogged the condensate drain line. He answered all my questions and explained what I need to do every 3 months to maintain the system. He gave me tips on what might indicate problems. He was friendly and courteous as well as professional. I would be happy to have him come back for future maintenance.

Anthony was on time. I had a 8:00am to 9:00am window and he showed up at 8:01am. This is very important to me because I’m a very busy man and time is money for me. Anthony was also very knowledgeable and courteous. He did an awesome job on replacing my old garbage disposal.

The repairman came to check and why the house is not cooling. He finds that there is a clog preventing the coils from working as they should. Said the only fix is the new coil hook up for 2000+ dollars or a whole new AC system. Our situation will have to Remain the same for now. A polite man came to look.

I had Lindstrom appointment on 5/20/2021 for my semi-annual inspection/maintenance policy. Kyle S. showed up right on time. Kyle was friendly and very customer focused. He explained everything he was doing. After finishing, he told me what hed recommend doing and why. I trusted him completely, and I hope to get to use him again. My AC did not start. I called Lindstrom Air Conditioning as they are my first choice. They came and said that the compressor need to be replaced. So better replace the AC.I called another AC company for a second review. they said that the wires were burnt and replaced with a cost of 220 USD.A similar issue happened an year back. Called Lindstrom. They said a cost of 2400.Called another AC company. Fixed it with a cost of less than 1000.Hence will not call Lindstrom again.

Great service but prices are extremely high. Wanted to get disposal installed also but was over $500 for that. Went with replacement of faucet that I bought, but still over $200 to install.

My service technician was very good. Provided professional courteous service. Did the Maintence of the ac unit inside and out. He noticed the condensation pump for the A/c was on its last leg and made me aware of it. Replaced old one with new one on the spot. Also got Maintence contract discount and additional coupon discount. Very pleased with service and highly recommend Lindstrum A/C. They installed my energy efficient Carrier and very pleased with the product and their excellent service. Being a long time customer is worth it!👍

This was the first time using this company and we were skeptical as we have been burned twice before. It was a Sunday, and I was not going to hold my breath. Along comes Darren.Darren came in and spent some quality time looking for a leak and checking over the entire unit. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for. I loved that he was so personal. He was also honest with the bad possibilities and a few what ifs if needed. When he left, our A/C was pumping cold air again and we had the reassurance that his work was guaranteed if he had to come back out. All and all, it looks like we have found our new company. I had contact this service and had Lee tuffley come after hours and I had felt so bad this man was here for so long, but he did an awesome job. He was very polite to myself and my daughter. If it seems to high then most likely it is to high. The technician when leaving told me his own company was to high and apologized for them.

I had several issues with my air-conditioning unit upstairs and this company has great maintenance personnel on staff who have all been more than willing to help and answer questions. I would highly recommend them if you are experiencing issues with your system.I did have a terrible experience with sometime named Steve who answered their phone line after business hours. If he answers just call back another time, its not even worth talking to him.

The two plumbers that came to my house was Bond and Sean. They both were very professional informative and fix my problem immediately had advised me that I may need to buy a new faucet due to less pressure on the hot water, which I appreciated them telling me, but at least Bond was able to fix the problem so I am able to wash dishes. I will at a later date consider purchasing a new faucet and having installation done. Again they both should be recognized for their professionalism and how they took care of the problem very quickly and both were very professional

I hired this company to assess my loud vibrating ac unit. Their website asks you to send a video of the issue so they can have a good idea of what’s happening before they arrive.The tech came and assessed my problem, told me that they don’t work with compressors and collected my $45.Here’s a review Lindstom: let’s start with listing what parts of the ac unit you don’t work on. Surprised to see someone respond so quickly especially on a holiday Sunday. He explained the troubling issues we had ahead

I wasnt going to leave a review after talking with the Manager, however, the more I think about this, I think the manager should have made this right. 1/11/20, I called Lindstrom and they replaced my Voltage Regulator and charged me $348. So within a week, I called them again because my ac stopped blowing cold air. They came back out and replaced the Voltage Regulator, because they first installed a defective one. SO now 20 months later, on 8/23/21, They came back out, because again, my ac stopped blowing cold air and the Voltage Regulator had to be replaced again and the wiring replaced. This cost me $399. I was upset, because a Voltage Regulator should last longer than 20 months. When I called the Manager, he said that if I had a maintenance agreement, it would have been covered as the Part only had a Year Warranty. So now I have spent $747 on two Voltage Regulators in 20 months. The manager told me that it could be the wiring or the weather that could break the Voltage Regulator. So, when the Tech came out on 8/23/21, he replaced the wiring, when he replaced the Voltage Regulator, so now I am wondering if the Tech replaced the wiring on 1/11/20. He didnt say he did. Needless to say, I feel like I got RIPPED OFF, by Lindstrom Air. So I will not be calling them again.

Had a new AC unit installed yesterday. Techs showed up on time, explained everything they were doing, and finished on time. Great experience!

The technician Ernest was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my unit and AC maintenance! He was so nice and knew that my line was clogged immediately. He unclogged it and added the drain port in my line. I highly recommend him and Lindstrom!

Lindstroms front office was very responsive to my request for service on a Saturday and kept me in the loop and arranged for an earlier appointment. Parker McCubbin arrived as promised and was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. He even gave me additional information to relay to the water company as some of the problem may need to be addressed by them. I have used Lindstrom in the past and highly recommend them should you need a plumbing or air conditional resource.

I attempted a home repair and crated a major problem which left us without water. Called several services and Lindstrom was the cheapest, available the soonest and was happy to help. Kris, the plumber, arrived early, happy and easy to work with, I explained what I buggered up and he made me feel a little better about myself, provided a very reasonable estimate for an emergency, Sunday afternoon repair, and immediately went to fixing the issue. 30 min or less later, the issue was fixed, we had water and all for a reasonable price. Very happy, I would recommend Kris without reservation.

I have been a Lindstrom customer for the past ten years and have only good things to say about every aspect of this business. They have the secret sauce. They do what’s right and they stand behind their work. Recently Mike and Robert replaced BOTH compressors. Unreal job. These cats are heart surgeons. Angel was the service technician and he performed the most thorough cleaning of both AC systems we have. He was great, kept area cleaned and cleaned up after. I appreciated his patience to answer all my questions and take the time to show me what was needed not just tell me.
