Taylor Co Automotive Service truly goes above and beyond. Because of the pandemic, I did not take my car in for almost 2 years. I was long overdue for an oil change and my a/c wasnt working. I knew that I could not neglect it much longer. With all the safety precautions that they take, I felt comfortable finally getting my car serviced. The people there are helpful, friendly, and professional. They do great work. The prices are competitive (fairly in line with repair pals estimates). And, the dashboard that they use is awesome (it includes repair notes, an inspection report, estimates, etc.). I could not be more pleased and thankful.

I was driving to class and I tried braking and heard a weird sound. I quickly pulled over and called the nearest mechanic I found on Google . Taylor co happened to be the number I called and they told me to come in. They offered me a discount on my car diagnosis. While I was waiting they made me feel comfortable and called me a free Lyft back home and to pick up my car the next day . Great service, would recommend.

Taylor Co Automotive has excellent service which is always my primary concern. I don’t enjoy paying for car maintenance the same as anyone else but when I do, I like to have the peace of mind that I’m working with an honest crew that doesn’t try to sell me on things I don’t need. The staff at Taylor Co. are very transparent, use technology to reinforce that transparency by showing me via a text or email what is happening with my vehicle and even includes a short video that explains why certain services are required. I’ve never seen this level of transparency married with convenience at a mechanic shop before. They really are First Class. Premises are always clean, comfortable and people are friendly. They all seem to have strong communication skills and Mike and Laura who helped me today really solidified why I come back to them because BMW maintenance is not cheap so at the very least I want to know I’m spending my money with people of integrity, high standard of quality and are willing to go the extra mile to provide superior customer service. They always take good care of me and my vehicle. They are just a First Class operation that has earned their positive reviews. Keep up the excellent work guys!

The front desk is really nice. They remember everyone who comes in and answer all the questions I have. They know their stuff. They return your car in a good amount of time, most likely within a day. There is a free car wash and they give good service from the start to the end.

Taylor Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs. Very trustworthy and not trying to push you into other services, that dont need to be done. Its hard to find a good place to take your car, they either try to price gouge you or tell you need repairs that you really dont need. I love this place! I will always take my vehicles here and tell friends and family too! Keep up the great work!

My family and I were just beginning a long cross-country move when our car hit a shredded semi truck tire on the highway. It nearly tore off a large plastic piece under the car and was barely hanging on. We drove to nearby Taylor Co Automotive in Pomona and told Jeff the situation. He was awesome! He immediately got his crew on the job and we were back on the road in no time! Id recommend this business to anyone. Very friendly, honest and professional. Give them a try!

I brought my vehicle to Taylors so they could do some warranty work on the front end work they did previously and they honored the warranty and fixed the problem, and I do thank them. They were polite and they used quality parts.

Taylor Co Automotive is extremely professional and efficient. Mike, behind the counter, was informative as to what was wrong with my car. He explained what I needed to get fixed immediately versus what could wait. I could tell that Mike is very experienced with BMWs and was honest about his diagnosis. I got a new alternator, new battery, oil change and full diagnostic test on my 3 series. I now know everything thats wrong with my car should I choose to fix it, but more importantly I am 100% confident in the work that these guys did. My babys back on the road and shes driving good as ever...thanks guys

With my previous mechanics, I would always tell them to look for more things that needed fixing but they never did. Here at Taylor, they do a complete checkup of your car and give you a nice report showing everything they checked and which things should be fixed immediately (and their cost) and which things can be postponed (and their cost). On top of that, they have free loaner cars which is great if you are the only driver.

They run a few different shops on site, oil change, then a couple of service areas for different makes. I went to the oil change side of the business - very clean, prompt, did a very good job/good price. Spotted an issue (all digital with photos and detail). went to the the service side of the company a few days later. were honest, no fee -said the maintenance was not urgent and should wait until the next oil change. Another shop said it had to be done sooner, appreciate the honesty and value. I will bring my vehicle back next time around

They make it easy to get service done because it seems like they always have loaner cars available. Didn’t charge for the diagnostics although I would have gladly paid and always friendly service.

I brought in a problem and they were really READY to help me. I use them for oil changes all the time. Great people and a small dog is friendly.

I have never experienced this level of transparency in this industry before I came to Taylor Co. Held off until this past week to get the car looked at for some loud noise. Taylor Co offered to see me the day I was looking around to schedule an appointment and fixed the issues extremely fast (took about 3 business days, I was in no rush). Throughout the process I was given pictures of the damaged parts per request, timeline on what parts were getting ordered and a full breakdown of how much each repair would cost before approval. No ballparks and had ample time to check what the repairs should generally cost.There’s not even the slightest hum to the car now. Thank you Jeff, Miguel and others for your exceptional work I look forward to bringing my vehicle in again, hopefully next time for just some general maintenance.

I was having trouble getting my 97 Chevy S10 to pass a smog test, it was due to some electrical/diagnostic problems. My father took my vehicle in, as I was unable to due to my work schedule. Jeff (manager) was very direct and professional with him to have the problem solved. Steve (mechanic) did a fantastic job, my truck is free of all problems and runs smoother.

Had an issue with the trunk not latching. Called them at 8 as soon as they opened and was told to bring the car in that day. By the time I got home there was a text with an estimate for the repair. By noon the trunk was fixed with a new latching mechanism installed. Great service!

Awesome service, being that they were busy, I let Mike the manager know a car wash was not necessary, that I was content with the service tech using a duster. Being a business owner myself, I appreciated when Mike insisted I receive a complimentary car wash following the completition of my service!

Amazing experience overall, I went in for an oil change at the sister company castrol oil, and they advised to get my transmission pan and gasket replaced because mine was damaged and was leaking. Made an appointment and they took care of me, my car was in the shop for 1 night, will definitely be coming again.

My 2010 Volkswagen GTIs engine light was going on and off all weekend long. I brought it in to this place and Mike found out what was going on with it within a couple hours. He told me that the intake manifold needed to be replaced and he also went ahead and called the local Volkswagen service center to see if I was still under warranty. Turns out I was and they would be able to fix it for me for free. Keep in mind Taylor Co didnt need to do that and Im sure there are many repair shops that would charge for the repair without checking if still under the warranty. Taylor co saved me a ton of money through their honesty. I totally recommend them! Theyre very professional and honest.
