Went in to patch a tire ended up costing me to replace a whole tire. He damaged my whole tire trying to remove it. Tire has a big gnash on the sidewall of it that was never there. Now costing me 200$ for a New tire. Still charged me to pay for the patch up that wasn’t even necessary anymore. I do not recommend

Most wonder person to attend to your every car need. Ask for Alec, she rocks. Brought in my girlfriends car to get new tires. She was fast about finding the perfect tires for my budget and car. They were fast putting them on and making sure my brakes and rotors were cool too. A couple months later, we blew a tire with a metal spike on the FWY and Alec being the rock star she is, gave us a nice discount on the replacement to help us out. Then a few months later after that, we kept hearing a weird noise coming from the wheel that was replaced. Me thinking that it might of been the placement of the tire service, I called and they said bring it in ASAP. They check it out and found that it was the wheel bearing was damaged from wear and tear, most likely manufacturer defect. She said to take it the Ford dealership where we bought it and that it would be covered by the warranty. She never even charged us a diagnosis fee or anything. And guess what, it was the wheel bearing and covered by the warranty. I absolutely love Alec and Pomona Tire Center. They are good priced, honest, fast, reliable, very knowledgeable, customer friendly and did mention they were honest!

Fake reviews. This place would steal from you! They have robbed me for the last time! Do yourself a big huge favor, you need tires go to Americas Tires, if you need a mechanic, go anywhere else. Save your money and headache!

Last June my daughter had engine overheating. 10/14 it was taken in for overheating. Again two weeks later same trouble. Total cost over $900. December her car quit. Mechanic told her problem was hose. Cost $500. I called my nephew and he checked the motor. He found sand in the motors spark plugs. Sabotage.Alejandra is sweet but mechanics are untrustworthy.

Took my car in for a timing belt job and it cost me about 390. About a week later I check my car and spark plug wells are full of oil and power steering hose isnt even tightened down. The oil in the spark plugs also soaked into the rubber in the wire set and it couldnt fit properly. Took the car back on my dads advice and after demanding a bit they chose to replace the valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and the wire set. Got it back today and found the power steering still leaking and a nut missing on my alternator. Mechanics dont seem to focus and keep missing small things that can cause big problems. I will from now on be doing my own work and will never return nor recommend it to anyone.

Outside of the dealer for our newer warranted vehicle, we use alejandra and her dad here at pomona tire center for our other vehicles, their timing is great, never feel as though they are trying to make extra and you just know they arebeing honest when they give u thereport of whats going on with yourcar, they drop off and pick upcustomers when necessary, theirwork is professional and prices arereasonable ...my huny has trustedthem for over ten yrs and wewouldnt go anywhere else..Thanks Pomona Tire Center for all your hard work.
