My sister and I stopped in here in a whim for pedicures. Holly did my pedicure and I have to say it was probably one of the nicest neatest pedicures I have ever gotten. The only downside, it was a little expensive. I would return though.

Good work and priced on nail. They need to be a little more organized. When you go to the bathroom to wash your hands its all messy and polishes can use upgrade as to how they have them

Went for a manicure and pedicure. It was the most rushed and the worst nail salon experience ever! Expensive too. I strongly recommend going anywhere but here

DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THOSE WITH DISABILITIES!My sister in-law with cerebral palsy arrived at the the USA Nail salon with her Aide. She was very excited for her day of pampering. USA Nails turned her away because she was unable to get out of her wheelchair and into the chair to receive a pedicure, she was also denied a manicure because she is unable to straighten her fingers without assistance.

Been going to USA nails for years, Vinny does an excellent job on my nails(my latest favorite pink and white powder) I miss Mindy, she retired but Kevin did a great pedicure today.

My sister went into this salon today to get her nails done & the staff denied her service due to her being in a wheelchair. She had her aide with her who was happy to assist but they still told her no manicure or pedicure. She gets pedicures and manicures frequently at other salons and has never had this issue.

Vinny and Holly run an amazing nail salon. Everyone that works there is professional, trained, licensed and friendly. I highly recommend this salon. Ive been coming here for several years and I have ALWAYS had a good experience! Even now during COVID, the sanitation protocols and equipment makes me feel safe and secure! Wont go anywhere else for my nails!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 They get 10 stars from me!

I felt that the people here were very rude. I came in here with one of my friends who had gel polish on her toe nails and she was given 2 different prices between the guy at the door and the woman that was going to do her nails. They charge $7 to have gel polish removed She decided that she didn’t want to pay that in addition to the 23 for the pedicure so she ended up just getting her polish removed for $7 (super pricy!) When she decided against getting a pedicure it was clear they were talking about her in a negative way. I decided I still wanted to get the pedicure though. The technician doing my nails was nice enough, but the pedicure wasn’t very good. He got polish on my cuticles and skin.The main guy at this location that seemed to be managing the nail salon was so rude that I just paid and left.I wouldn’t recommend this place. For $23 there are better places to spend your money for a much better pedicure.

Very bad experience, I dont think anyone deserves to be discriminated against for any reason. Luckily we found adorable people in another salon who didnt hesitate to give my friend her nails service for being in a wheelchair.

Ive been going to USA NAILS since they opened over 10 years ago. They are clean, professional and offer a wide variety of services and polishes. The staff is friendly and courteous and most have been there along time which tells me a lot about how the store is managed. Not much turnover and having to explain what I want over and over. Im not one to request a specific technician each time and the result is consistent. I would highly recommend USA Nails

My daughters home health aide took her to get a manicure and pedicure today. They refuse to do her nails because she is in a wheelchair. As far as I’m concern that’s discrimination and they have not heard the last from me I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I got my nails done today (acrylic fill with a matte black gel polish) and not even 12 hours later they ALL got water caught underneath the top coat and it bubbles up and peeled off. This shocked me because the nail tech took his sweet time doing my nails. I go here all of the time and this was by far the worst experience and manicure I’ve gotten in a very very long time.

I have been going to USA Nails for over 10 years now! No one beats their color selection and professional service. I have my nails done, pedicures and waxing. The salon and the pedicure tubs are very clean. The hours are great and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

A few months ago I switched to this place. Walking in apprehensively I was pleasantly surprised. First and most important this place is immaculate!!! Friendly and accommodating with lots of laughter at different chairs. Vinny does my mani and Bee my pedi. I nicknamed Bee giggles because she is so sweet, friendly, & always laughing. Vinny is so funny too, I laugh the whole time in his chair! The selection of colors and services is the most I’ve ever seen. My sister recommended Vinny to me and I couldn’t be happier and would recommend USA Nails Highly ⭐️👍🏻🤙🏻💅🏻❤️

I used to love this place but last time I went there, the nail tech ripped my cuticles on multiple fingers and they charge to remove gel polish. Like seriously? You charge extra to apply and remove? I find that ridiculous.

I came here last minute needing to get a full and some nails fixed. They were able to put me in right away and set me up with i believe her name is holly. I’ve never been so happy with my nails and I’ll be coming back as a regular customer now.

Gel nails came out alright but started coming off only 4 days after I got them done. The other place I go to they last 3 weeks or more!! My moms came out very sloppy and messy and were all over her fingers. Never going there again.

I get gel manicure I find it ridiculous that u pay thirty dollars ever time when there is less materials used then fills and tips...the lady talked me into getting what I thought were pink and white gels...not aware every time it was gonna be thirty. But they are clean friendly and quick otherwise

Do not to go there. I got gel nails, and they couldn’t even last a Day with out chipping. Then after I got 3 nails fixed. 3 days later the one that got fixed chipped really bad. Waste of my money don’t go there at all. I also got a really mean guy table number 8 he cut to close you my cuticles. And when he used the automatic nail file he cute my cuticle

I have a finger infection Im not saying I got it from there Im not saying I didnt thats where I get my nails done for the past 6 months Im guessing there was a fungus under my nail nobody notice turn into a pretty bad infection finger swelled up on antibiotics had to be trained

Have not been there in along time...due to inconsistency..went last Monday for a gel manicure..tried to tell technician that they were not right brushed off with arrogance..called next day to tell them that the $25 spent and tip of 6 dollars down the drain 3 nails chipped offered to have me come in the next day to fix unable to ...due to schedule..and wanted t0 come next day and was told no ..save your $$$
