They are kind, on time, gentle, and very attentive. I am so pleased with how my gel pedicure and manicure came out and truly enjoyed my time here. Terrible customer service. Had a gel pedi done and the person didn’t even know that it was gel. Tried to use polish remover.My toe nails were still tacky after 2 daysCalled to let them know and they said to come inI did the owner said they weren’t tacky. But had gloves on so how could he tellI will not go back there.Very poor job done

THE WORST MANI PEDI IVE EVER HAD!! And they charged me $75.00 and I did not get gel on toes . The kid that started my pedi cut my toe to short and hurt me, his massage was so lame my child could have done better. The color application was so poorly done it’s pealing on second day ! The nails were so bad, the manicure was all uneven .I did not see them clean or wipe anything down!!!I will never go back!!!!

What a great place! Went in yesterday after a few friends told me how great it is. They were right. Tam is amazing and did such a great job on my nails. They have a ton of great color choices too with polishes by OPI and Essie. Very clean, very friendly, very pleased. Will definitely be going back.

This was my 1st time and insta nails and I was absolutely thrilled. Tony did a great job not only on my nails, but massaging the feet and calves. He was personable and professional. I will definitely be back.

I tend to get regular polish when I get my nails done. Walking into the shop I picked out a color and when they applied it it was bubbling while it was drying, which means they use acetone to water down the polish. With in 3 days my nails started to crack and peal. On average nail polish will last me at least 2 weeks from a decent nail salon because I take good care of my nails. Don’t waste your money on this salon, the service is good, but it’s not worth what you get for your money.You’d think a nail salon would just get more nail polish instead of diluting it. Waste of money and time.

First time here today with my daughter, on her friends recommendation. I got a gel polish (not a full gel polish manicure -in a rush today) and she got a gel polish change (again not a full gel polish manicure)...some salons dont offer this, so kudos to InstaNails!...Very clean, friendly staff, very reasonable prices and open 7 days a week!!....Found our new go to nail salon. EXCELLENT JOB
