They messed up the insurance claim to start. then once that was fixed They decided not to listen to what I wanted done. a simple thing as to match the texture on the celling and walls and the did some funky design that makes it look like it was from the 70s. not impressed with they way I was treated. will not use or refer this company to anyone. I dont even want to give a one star for the way I was treated.

We had a leak in our living room and they were out to help us within hours of call. Great service and our living room looks wonderful.

They did a good job with the big areas of my basement that flooded but didnt dry the carpet at the bottom of my stairs, causing further damage. They wouldnt reconcile after the fact and I had to the pay the whole bill and repair the rest myself.

The crew from Idaho falls were very professional and took time on the couches but Im not sure if its the chemicals your company uses has made my furniture stink and Im going to have to get another company to come clean them again.

Attempted three separate times to make an appointment and never got a call back.
