We had two very large trees in pretty inconvenient places and they were able to take both of them down in just a few hours. They were so friendly and great to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again when we need other trees trimmed!

I had a large tree limb break in high winds that was still connected to the tree. I spoke with Dirk and decided to do some additional work while they were here. He arranged to put me on the schedule asap and they ended up coming over the next day. The whole crew did great work and they were very efficient in their work. I have purchased firewood from top notch many times in the past and have always been happy with the service. I would definitely recommend.

Great service. My trees look better than ever. I watched them do all the work as I find it fun. The service men were great about answering my (many) questions.Trimed the trees, cleaned up well after themselves-- yard clean, limbs gone. Price was what we agreed on. Happy camper.Had to have my Purple Robe taken down-- told it will make a great flowering bush.

Took a bit longer than expected to get a bid done, but it was a very reasonable quote and they were by the next day to complete the job. Ground the stump quickly, removed the waste, and left the area in good condition. No other company in the area would even touch it due to its location and large size. Very happy with the result and value.

I cant tell you how they work. But I will tell you I have left numerous messages and even got a Im guessing a secretary that told me dirk would call me to get a bid done. First voicemail was left a month ago. Got one call back and we were working so he left a voicemail. We called him back left a message with our hours that are good for contact. Never heard back. I talked to the secretary about a week ago. She took all my information and said Dirk would call me. A week later, still havent heard a thing. Forget it obviously you dont want a cash paying. Pretty easy job.

Called top notch tree service and had a return call within a two days. Chad came and gave us a bid that was lower than the other companies we had contacted. We had a neighbors tree that was pushing against our fence and power lines. He went with us to the neighbors to explain what was happening so we could get permission to remove the tree. When the actual appointment was scheduled they showed up on time and were incredibly friendly and made sure everything was cleaned when they were finished.

Offer great tree planting advice. My Burr oak tree is my pride and joy not. They also sell and deliver firewood. Unlike other companies there fire wood is not just pine but includes hardwoods for better fires.

My neighbor hired Top Notch to trim a tree. They had to use my yard to get the service truck in. They damaged my fence by running into it with the service truck. My shrub had several branches broke because they dropped large logs on it. They left huge branches in my yard with my gate left open. I am sure the gate was left open because the branches were 6 feet high and 12 feet long and in the way of the gate. I contacted Top Notch 3 times only to get an answering machine. first message asking if they would be coming back to get the branches out of the yard. 4 hours later same question still remaining nice. Decided to go to the neighbors who are renting the home the renter told me he had no idea all the branches had been thrown in my yard. He informed me the landlord made a deal to do the cleanup. I then decided if I want the gate shut I would need to pull the branches out. So my 66 year old mother and myself drug the branches to the side of the yard. My mom’s skin is thin so she tore her hands up. Gloves would have been nice but we had none. When done I was able to see all the damage they left in my yard... I left one more message I told them they should have put the limbs in the yard of the person that hired them and it lacked integrity to not contact me and let me know of the damage. if they made an agreement with the neighbors to not do any clean up well, they should have put the branches in the neighbor’s yard. . I get it things just happen however, an apology shows integrity. Going on day 2 and they have not called me back. I have 3 stumps and one tree that will need to come out ASAP. I WILL NOT HIRE TOP NOTCH! I also have a face book and I will share and they will share and so on and so on. Not how I would run a business. 10-31-2013

Absolutely awesome work....I had a 60 + elm tree removed two feet from a drive way, over a house and deck without a scratch. All of the employees were very courteous and polite, couldnt ask for better guys. The scheduling was a little rough, but I understand they cant pick a exact day on a month out on a schedule. Also had a 30 box elder tree dropped 10 from my house, 5 from a fence, with the same outlook. After the trees were down they cleaned up very well. I could not ask for a better job. The cost was very reasonable for what they did, they also suck to their quote.Well done TOP NOTCH. The name says it all....

They rushed through the job and hit my garden beds with the tree as it fell. The plants I have been growing for months were crushed and the trellises were busted up. They said, “Oh yeah we barely hit them.” It would have taken them an extra five minutes and some consideration to avoid this.

No showed - no call to notify. Just left us hanging. Then when they did call to reschedule their excuse was they took another bigger paying job! I thought ALL money was green! DO NOT USE! UNRELIABLE!
