I have never had an easier, stress free, and helpful experience than having my sprinkler system replaced and serviced by Changing Seasons. They kept me updated, cleaned all equipment up, and moved dirt back to how it was before! I love my new system and I wouldn’t have known what to get if it weren’t for their consideration and care about my property. There isn’t enough words to explain my satisfaction.

They have purple ghost pepper plants! I wish I would of stopped and shopped here sooner. Very polite employees with a great work ethic.

I’ve called this past for the lady 3 years to have them come landscape my yard. I call in may when it starts becoming nice and I always get the message that they aren’t doing quotes or landscaping at this time but will take my information and phone number. I’ve never had anyone call me and it’s been 3 years. I’ve known the owner and he good man but horrible about returning calls. You don’t want my money and want to landscape a yard and make money. I’ll never do business here as I can even get someone to come quote me to landscape my yard!!

I bought my mother a maple tree from these guys with warranty. The tree died 2 years later. I could not find my paperwork anywhere. I called and ask if they had copies. They said their computer had crashed and lost all the information. I thought well thats that.But they put me on hold, the boss came on and we talked and he said we will get you a new tree no charge. What a great company. They have my business for life.

Robert Pittman, a Master Gardner, helped me pick out the perfect peach tree for my garden. Then he explained about planting & correct ed by misconception about pruning. Im excited to get started. It is a great Becaus4 it is so big, you can walk all over & jut breathe in spring & beauty

I just had Seasons do a complete overhaul on my yard. I originally was going to have three different companies do my yard. When I found out at seasons they could do everything under one roof I was excited. That was a big selling point for me where I did not have to coordinate three different companies. They were able to do sprinklers, landscaping and have a full nursery to choose from. Their pricing is very competitive with the other bids I received. The quality of service and work was extremely impressive. These guys are true professionals and I would highly recommend them. Preston walked us through our design and helped us pick out plants that would look good and perform well with our yard. It was a great educational experience where everyone at seasons was very knowledgeable. They were super quick as well with the time frame.

I called four different places for a bid to clean up my horrible back yard landscape. Two showed up in a timely fashion. I decided to go with Bio Logic / Changing Seasons. I guess the Gods were watching over me because it was the BEST decision I have made in a long time. Came out in the morning for bid happened to have some free time that same day and completed my yard it a little under two hours. HOLY MOLY!!!!! I am never ever using another yard service again. They are doing my lawn service (fertilization/weed control) now as well.

Three weeks ago I called to set up a time to get an estimate on a total front and back yard redo. They told me they would call me to schedule a time and never did. I called back a week later and got them to come out. The guy said he would have me an estimate ready by the end of that week. That week came and went and I never heard from them. I called every day the following week and got a bunch of excuses. The owner then told me he would personally come out today at 5:30 to get me an estimate and on the schedule. No call, no show. I am extremely disappointed. I cant understand how a business can drop the ball so many times on a customer ready to spend thousands of dollars with them. I wouldnt recommend even wasting time trying to get them to give an estimate. You could have the work done by someone else before they even call you back.

Changing Seasons is the best green house you will find. It has the best plants and trees plus the workers are awesome.

Planted a globe willow on their recommendation, but it died. Im super grateful they are warrantying it, but Id rather not have had to redig it.

Every summer I purchase my hanging baskets from Changing Season. They are a beautiful addition to my deck and I get compliments all season. I love that they are a local company and they buy product grown in Idaho!

Everyone was very cheerful and willing to help fun place to meet friends and to see beautiful things and give us ideas for adding things to beautify our home. And the pool employees at changing seasons have also been very helpful in the past When selecting trees bushes and flowers at our new home.

Expect them to show up unannounced and a week late. If you cant keep to your own schedule, at least call 15 minutes beforehand just to ask “Hey, we’ll be around soon to do xyz. Will you be home?” If an appointment is made, then I expect that time and date to be upheld. If I’m told I’ll get a call back, then give me a call back. Its common courtesy! Hell, even after they showed up at one point, I was told that they forgot a part at their last house and would be back in an hour. And so I ended up waiting another week and dealing with the same thing! In trying to talk about the issues Id been having with them, they at least tried to be respectful, but it was obvious they work at their own convenience, not the customers. But hey, they know a thing or two about how to repair a sprinkler system, so theyve got that going for them.I normally would not be bothered to write a review about anything, however my experience with Changing Seasons has compelled me to go the extra mile. Theres plenty more Id like to say about the company, but I wont waste your time like they will yours.

If you read through the reviews you will see that the 5 star reviews are people that went to the nursery. They have a nice nursery but if you want anything done or even try to get a quote, good luck. I needed a retaining wall put in. First they scheduled an appointment and never showed or called. They did finally show up but I never heard back with a quote. I called at least 4 different times and was told they were out of the office and would call back. They never did and I have given up trying to call them.

They have the best hanging baskets in town. A huge selection of flowers so I can always find something I love. They have great customer service and loaded everything in my car for me. I will be going back!!

I came to Changing Seasons looking for something special for this Mothers Day. They have some of the best customer service Ive expirienced, everyone is so friendly and quick to greet you. They really listened to what I was saying, and did their absolute best to find me exactly what I wanted. Their selection of flowers is outstanding, and theyve also come up with a unique arrangement sort of like a mini garden in a pot. VERY COOL for those that dont have the space for a garden! I will definitley be coming back here for any sort of home gardening I ever need! :)

Cant say anything about their work, but if you are looking to get work done in a timely manner, do not use changing seasons. We had them come quote us work at the end of April, we agreed to their quote and they told us that they would begin work June 8th. Well they never showed. So we called them and they said they had gotten busy and that they would be there in 1 week. Well that week came and went, never showed. I called them on July 5th and was told that they had to many commercial projects to worry about and that they would not be able to start our job until the first week of August. They are not organized or professional enough to stay on task. I would not recommend them.

Theyre landscaping service is a joke.
