We went to rent a car transport to tow a disabled vehicle of ours. Didnt realize the truck we borrowed had a faulty wire connection. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly helpful and did his best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it was not something he could repair, but he certainly gave his best to do so. Id come to them again if the need arose!

Came here to buy boxes for moving, on the box it advertised they would buy back whatever you didnt use. Unfortunately I got home & realized there were no handles on these as were on the display box. Went to return them for the right ones- they dont have them & dont do returns... the gal at the desk was pleasant and trying to be helpful, but no resolution.

I am a traveling surgical tech that came to Pocatello for three months and needed Uhaul services once our stay was done. Kyle was so informative and helpful with accommodating my next move that I will continue to use them for my future moves across the country! Thank you for your help and advice!!

Excellent service

Long wait for an associate to unhook our u-haul trailer, parking lot is kinda small and awkward. Otherwise a very nice place.
