Horrible communication amongst staff and given false IMPORTANT information over the phone that is Life damaging information. So when showed up to the urgent appointment, everything that was told to us over the phone was not even correct.

I would give it a 5 for how amazing they are with kids! But as an adult, I ALWAYS called a minimum of 36 hours ahead, ( I admit one day I only gave an hour notice because I was up all night and that morning with my 10 month old because we were both sick) to let them know and to PLEASE give my therapist a message to call me so I could let them know personally why I had to miss our appointments, that way they could give another person that appointment. The messages I assume, were never passed on as I never got a phone call back, just texts reminding me of my childs appointment.(Again, not for mine). The person who checks you in and answers the phone would say, oh okay, its fine because youre already in the system for the same day and time every week. Then hang up. The downfall was that I wasnt getting better, my 10 month old was, but unfortunately I was fighting a horrible virus for 5+ weeks and barely was able to talk as my throat and chest hurt and my throat was so sore from coughing and my chest and back hurt from torn muscles from coughing so much, which made my voice come and go constantly.There was a couple of times I picked up my child from school so we could go to our appointments and when we were checking in the teen at the desk said someone called and cancelled our appointments, that was very frustrating as I know I didnt call to reschedule any appointments until 2 months later when I first caught the nasty virus that was going around and my car broke down.Im satisfied with the child services and a availability they offer, but for me it was a big stress mess unfortunately. But Im trying again hoping we can get the lack of communication and understanding figured out.
