We dont get to pick our LTL deliverys but if we could I would pick XPO. They are friendly and always willing to help.

Give me a date for 2nd delivery. Before the date and on the date, no communication of shipment being delayed.

I bought a washer & dryer from Costco & they were delivered and installed very professionally on April 13th. The problem came when the driver refused to haul away the old ones, saying there wasnt room on the truck. He said to call the office and they would send another truck to pick them up. I did that and after several days of being given the run around was finally told the company was not doing haul-aways until after May 4th. The reasoning was to protect their delivery employees from possibly getting the virus. It was okay for their employees to come into my home to install the washer & dryer but not to pick up the old ones from the driveway. I hate being lied to!

One of the better XPO Ive been too! Employees were nice and helpful! Wish all XPO were like this!

Great people...great lay out!!

Make sure you check directions before arriving GPS had me stop at another place 1 .3 miles south of location. Had to dock at this facility which is different from the others. Big benefit is they let you know what empty is available as well as location in the yard
