I had a package that requires a signature. The first attempted delivery, the driver knocked once on the door and left. Not giving us time to answer. A note was left stating that they would retry the next day. The next day, we sat and waited by the door. I went to take my dogs to the bathroom and found a note on the door saying I missed them. They never even knocked. I tried to call customer support and spent 5 minutes trying to navigate the auto prompter. While on hold I found on the website where I could request for the package to be held at their location. I selected this option, and was charged a fee for changing the delivery. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I will pick my package up from the UPS store and I will be informing the seller I am working with I am forced to longer purchase their merchandise as their shipper is not easy to work with.

UPS hasnt been ringing the doorbell or even knocking; making it so packages can get stolen literally just need a knock so we can grab our things.. then today they left my packages on the grass leaning on the trailer walk the 10 freakin feet and put it on my porch. You guys need to train your people how to deliver packages this is getting ridiculous

Horrible! the delivery guy didn’t even bring it to my front door, he left it in my driveway up against my trash can. The box is ripped up and dented to hell. This is twice now they don’t delivery my stuff to my front door!! I hate UPS and I can’t even reach a live person to make the complaint!!

I have nothing good to say about UPS. The corporation, employees and the service they provide are lacking in all respects. They only occasionally deliver a package to me that isnt damaged in some way. Like today for instance. The package contained a bottle of liquid which proceeded to empty unto my floor as I brought it in the house. It had to have opened in the truck on the way to my house, otherwise it would have been empty upon arrival. If you need to ship use the US Postal Service.

Shipping was easy and good customer service.

Always been great for me! Usually pick my packages up here instead of having them delivered to me. Hours have changed though so I uploaded a picture to show how the current hours are.

Oops do they call that customer service ?Half a star for them is generous.Too generous.They miserably fail in any single category, from rude, unnatentive and ignorant drivers cutting you off,blocking driveways etc.(tried reporting their driving skillsbut each time was expected to wait half an hr, transfer multiple times so if your time has any value youll give up sooner or later.)No delivery confirmations,just dropping off your expensive stuff and speeding away...Classy...If I want to reschedule delivery,-sol...Have to call some odd call center located in Guatemala(yep Guatemala)where half of their reps wont understand good old English.Seriously ?No wonder I prefer FedEx.

The people cleaning the trucks never finish the job my man had to quit because these people would give him trouble for finishing his job when they wanted to be lazy every night, those people dont deserve to work making the company look lazy

They are always very quick on helping with shipping,etc. I am usually in and out of there within a couple minutes!

Is that was really helpful in returning a box that was not meant for my address and gave me advice they just come and bring back the Box

Consistantly fail to deliver packages on time. The most recent incident I paid for next day air delivery.Package shows it scanned on the truck to be delivered by end of day at 10:00 am. I wait all day and end up recieving an email around 10:00 pm stating that my package wont be delivered until the next day.If thats what I wanted do you think I would pay all that money for overnight shipping? That package sat on that truck for 12 hours with priority paid shipping and never got delivered. I watched several trucks drive by through out the day!Remember what I wrote at the beginning of this. This CONSISTANTLY happens! Get it together!!!

Customer service is good but if you want your packages early on or the same day even than use FedEx. I have had multiple packages that are on the truck for delivery when I check in the morning, but it takes 10 hours to get here and I dont see them till 7 pm or so. If at all that day.

They left my package in the snow two feet away from my mail box and the package would have fit in the mail box just fine. This is the result of a worker who is lazy and disrespectful.

Would be nice if phone was answered locally to answer local questions about deliveries instead of call centers in India. If I was tracking a shipment in transit that would be one thing but, if its sitting in the local facility thats another problem all together.

Lady was brusque and dismissive. Non-handicapped customer in line in front of me parked in handicapped spot.

You cant rely on these brown POS to deliver anything. They will deliver some of your packages and then say the others needed a signature three hours later. This is because they have lazy crybaby Union drivers that cannot find packages when at your door and randomly code them. Demand shippers use other delivery services if the shipper cant ship the way you want shop somewhere else.

No direct number for this location. Half of the time they say my address is fake and packages are undeliverable and the other half they deliver packages just fine. They sit right outside my house and still say my address is incorrect. Cant stand UPSs terrible service.

Quick and efficient drop off for sending packages.

Spent extra money to have package delivered overnight. They delivered my package while I was at work. I drove all the way into town just to have them tell me that Id have to wait until Monday to have it delivered. Thats the whole reason I paid extra, was so Id have my stuff today. If I wanted it Monday I would have just had it sent thru regular mail. Overnight shipping is not cheap either. Geez us, always have trouble with UPS!!

They dont update hours on google or websites. They are the worst customer service guys Ive ever dealt with and offer zero help.

They aren’t open on weekends like the ups people said they would be and now I will not get my package and it will be sent back!!! They don’t listen when I told them I’m the downstairs apartment and I’ve not received 5 packages

They are CLOSED and didnt bother to update that fact anywhere else!

Why do they not leave a note on my door. All I know is that it was delivered here 5 days ago. I have it set up with the store to receive a text when it is delivered to my address. Now it will sit there 2 more days over the weekend. I have been waiting for this for a long time. The order shipped 11 days ago!

Nice people and they always are working hard. The place has a very small customer center and no amenities.

I watched the driver go across the street with my package. He then marked my address was incorrect instead of looking on the other side of the street. I needed my package tonight.I called and they guaranteed me I would have a call with in an hour so I could pick up my package tonight. Thats not going to happen be used the Pocatello Center closed at 6.

Limited hours at this location they have drop off outside of that at side door .

Not made to be used by working men, if u cant sign for your package you will have to wait weeks to get it
