Excellent service! I usually change my own watch batteries, but purchased a watch online I had trouble opening. Took it to Jensen’s and they had it up and running in moments. Highly recommend.

I LOVED my experience at Jensen’s! It was the first place my partner and I looked at rings and the service left me speechless! I was nervous going into it, being part of the LGBTQ+ community, but Sean made us feel welcomed and heard. I felt comfortable through our entirety experience! Highly disappointed in Jensens. My husband and I went in to the Pocatello store on Wednesday to simply see about getting a priceless ring of mine cleaned. Man did they see me coming. They gladly cleaned my ring along with three others but told me two out of the four needed some pretty substantial repairs and it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I recently got a second opinion from a credible jewler and found out this wasnt the case. I feel Jensens saw an opportunity to take advantage of someone who wants to keep their priceless jewlery in top shape.

I do not recommend. The sales people lie and are terrible at their jobs. Nothing goes smoothly. Go somewhere locally owned and save yourself the headache. They’ve now had my wedding set for over two months. Two months of lies and me begging to have it back. It’s supposed to be returned next week. I’m not counting on it. I will never, NEVER spend a single penny at this store again. Their loss. Just hoping I actually have my rings returned.

Staff is very friendly,store is clean and nicely arranged. Got s new battery for my watch and my husbands moms watch sent off for repair.they have a beautiful selection . Going to go back for a ring repair and sizing for a couple others.

Went to get some batteries and a watch looked at, Darin and Shaun were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the watches. I will gladly return in the future.

A pin holding my wifes favorite watch band broke and Jensens staff was able to fix it even though we didnt buy it there. Not only did they fix it free, they cleaned the watch too - WOW! I know where we are going for a diamond anniversary band.

Per their policy, customers can only return merchandise within 30 days of purchase however, they may upgrade merchandise at any time. I went into the store to inquire about an upgrade of product in July and was authorized an upgrade. Unfortunately, as I was traveling in from out of state, I was unable to get back in prior to my departure to complete the upgrade. I returned in August (manager verified no statue of limitations on upgrades) and was advised that the upgrade in July had only been valid 48 hours. What?? Apparently, the Sales Associate assisting in July had authorized an invalid upgrade (diamond and gem stone earrings for gem stone earrings). Transaction invalid because it wasnt diamonds for diamonds despite the additional $250 the store could have made. The Manager on duty that day, called the Sales Associate to the back of the store for a discussion, had the Sales Associate (not himself as he was hiding in the back) come state that the July transaction had only been valid for 48 hours. They offered to do nothing else as far as an upgrade. To add insult to injury, I was told that in the event I didnt want to keep the product, it would always make a nice gift for someone else. Up to this point, my family has been long time customers. No longer the case.

I had an interview here and they called me today to let me know they are gonna choose someone more qualified or something. Its nice of them to do that.I remember one of the questions he asked me in my interview was What are you passionate about? I made something up, but upon reflection I realize Im passionate about nothing.Maybe thats why Ive been depressed my entire adult life and wish I was dead every now and then. Ive been chronically ill for 5 years. I have no purpose in life. Its even worse having no job.A man needs a purpose and a meaning to his life. If I find something I can be passionate about then maybe I can feel some happiness again. I just want to thank Jensen Jewelers for helping me realize this.

I definitely would not recommend going here, and instead take your money elsewhere! My husband and I got our wedding rings from here and things seemed to be going fine for a quite awhile until now. I went in to make our monthly payment a few weeks ago and the guy that was taking my payment, Steven, started to try to sell some jewelry. He told me that my monthly payments would not change as we were just adding to my current balance with what new jewelry I picked out so I thought what the heck for Christmas. He even said we still had credit for more if we wanted, and did NOT tell me that my payments would be changing. We signed paperwork and left and then I got a bill in the mail today saying my monthly payments were now $294 instead of the $70 I was paying before. My husband went back to the store and Steven claimed that he told us multiple times that our payment would not be the same if we went over our credit limit, which I definitely did not remember him saying that even once, PLUS we still had available credit. I would have remembered if they told me my payment would change to that much! They wouldnt take my husbands watch back since he already wore it, but the rings my husband got for me were still in the store since we hadnt picked them up yet and so they did take those back. However, they still raised our monthly payment to $85 and said they cant give us back our original payment. My husband told them once we pay off our balance, we are not doing business with them again!

Went in to find a wedding ring, found a couple that my girlfriend thought were ok... The salesman was all about having my girlfriend make an emotional connection with the ring, regardless of the price, which we said we were on a tight budget... He continued to pull out loose diamonds, that we werent interested in. We found one that we sorta liked and told the salesman we would think about it, he took our information down to have on file. Turns out he ran my credit, and signed me up for a jewelers credit card. And he wasnt very considerate with our time, we mentioned that we had somewhere to be and he kept dragging it out talking about big carat diamonds that were WAY out of our budget. They were very focused on making the sale and not finding the ring my girlfriend would love. Also they kept texting us during the week about rings and diamonds we werent interested in.. wouldnt recommend too geared towards selling not helping.

We buy most of our jewelery here, even though weve checked out the selection many other places. Their style and quality are beautiful and I love having my ring on warranty. Its been re-dipped in the white gold, the main diamond replaced, and numerous stones tightened to ensure my ring stays shiny and sparkly. The do the work fast, getting my ring right back to me, and always follow up to ensure Im satisfied with the fix. They have a wide selection in a variety of prices, I would highly recommend checking them out on your jewelery hunt.

I loved going to jensens. I got my engagement ring here and it was absolutely perfect all there jewelry is so pretty and there prices are amazing. There employees are the sweetest people Dawn is the employee that helped me and she did everything she could with my budget. She really jumped through a lot of hoops to help me get the perfect ring!!! I highly recomend going here for any of your jewelry needs!!! I would definetly come here again!

The diamond on my ring fell out twice in less than 6 months. The first time it fell out after I had only had the ring for just a month. They didn’t seem to care much and insisted there was nothing wrong with it. Super disappointed in the quality and service. I would not buy your ring here.

Got my ring here was told that ALL the diamonds were real. My husband had it tested and yeah only 1 was real all the rest were cz. I dont recommend them at all now.
