I needed a repair done quickly while my family and I were stranded in Pocatello on our way home to Utah. The Honda team was understanding and made special accommodations to get our van fixed and back on the road. The charges for the fix came in under the quoted rate. The team was friendly the whole time. I am very appreciative of their quick and friendly customer service. Thank you!

I cannot rant and rave enough about the excellent experience we had purchasing a car of Teton Honda of Pocatello! We have to drive over an hour to get to Pocatello, but many people kept recommending that we make the drive because it was worth it. Was it ever! We arrived at 7pm and didn’t leave until 9:30pm when they closed at 8pm. We kept apologizing for making them stay so late, but they never once complained and gave us the best customer service ever, even though it was the end of the day. Kyle met us on the sidewalk when we drove up, and was so utterly respectful! They keep the cars on their lot in pristine condition and Kyle was apologizing that the car we were inquiring about had some dirt on the tires from the last test drive. (After test driving cars at other dealers, some dirt on the tires was the LEAST of our worries.) When we agreed to purchase the car and were working on the financing, they took the car back for another last detail and wash, which was unexpected by us, but so appreciated! You know that term “going above and beyond”? They do that!Kyle was so pleasant to work with! My husband is very skeptical of car salesmen, but he couldn’t stop talking about how kind, not pushy, and helpful Kyle was. Scott Williams and Charles Begay were also incredibly nice to us. They have us the best deal possible and didn’t scoff when we had to make adjustments to financing to get our payments where we wanted them. We left Teton Honda with a 1) nicer/newer car 2) better interest rate 3) lower monthly payment 4) better warranties than we were quoted the very same day for a very similar car at Smith Honda in Idaho Falls. We were never so thankful that we walked away from the deal at Smith Honda and drove to Teton Honda!I asked my referring person afterwards if they had worked with Kyle and Charles before, and they said they had not. So this means every person they employ at Teton Honda must be the same sort of respectful. Make the drive to buy a car from Teton Honda. I regret that we didn’t go see them sooner, but maybe all our poor experiences at other dealers made it possible to see how great this experience truly was. My in-laws, who are in the market for a new car, are coming to visit from out-of-state in a few weeks and I’m going to encourage them to stop by Teton Honda while they’re here. Thank you Scott, Kyle, and Charles! You have new faithful customers in us!

Very happy with the experience we had here. My partner and I drove nearly 3 hours to get here as we were coming for a particular van, and they made the process as smooth and fast as possible. From the sales team to the financing department, they set the van aside for us, helped us get everything we wanted and more, and have always shown great customer service anytime we had any additional follow up questions. Id recommend to anyone and am grateful we took the chance with them.

Teton Honda has made me mad enough to write my first google review.Every single repair I have had them do on my Honda Accord has failed. They replaced the distributor twice but didnt do it right either time. They were also unwilling to help me figure out the warranty and I had to do it all myself. I finally took it to another mechanic when it failed a 3rd time and the mechanic fixed it without a problem and it has been working fine ever since. Teton Honda also replaced my clutch and they used after market parts without me knowing. Only 14,000 miles later the clutch has failed again and I need to replace it. Whats the point of taking my car to a certified Honda dealership if theyre not going to use the right parts or do the appropriate repairs on my Honda Accord.Im writing this review in hopes to help someone else save money on costly car repairs. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE! You are better off taking it to any other mechanic. Every repair done at Teton Honda failed and had do be done again less than 15,000 miles later.

Sean Funke was the best salesman to buy from, it was a no pressure purchase and we are so grateful for that. He was very informative and helped us find the perfect car for our family, he made it a point to advise us of the great safety features of our car in thought of our children, THAT MEANT THE WORLD TO ME! I like the Teton dealerships. This one has only made my opinion better. The guys seem to know there stuff pretty well. Most of my experience is with service and I highly recommend them. I paid less to have my truck serviced here than I pay for my wifes car at a different place that gives me free oil. Staff is knowledgeable and will work with you to get the best for you. If you have been here before you already know, if you havent you should try it.

First off, Teton Honda has a good internet rating which makes us feel good about visiting to research Honda. Meeting the friendly, non pushy, knowledgable sales folks, you quickly make friends. It helps to know something about your competion and a healthy knowledge of your product which I determined was above average at this dealership. Sales and the managers take all questions and concerns/comments seriously and they act upon them and help you get a better deal. You work with them they work with you. If time isnt right or you want to do more research/looking, they are good with that - this played well with us coming back. Also management played a large part in finding us the car we wanted and research what is available in models like hatchbacks vs sedans color availability. That was critical for us, we all learned something. Cars are way more complicated than just a few years ago and sales did a great job in configuring the car for us.

After being quoted $1766 for a 60,000 mile service from Middlekauf Honda in Twin Falls, I checked with Teton Honda of Pocatello. For the same service plus tire rotation, alignment correction & rental car it came to $539. Plus the service people were all very pleasant & courteous, not at all like the 2 sullen service employees that tried NOT to help me at Middlekauf. Thank God for Teton Honda and the employees who didnt gouge me.Plus, the station was clean & they offered hot cocoa to the customers as well as coffee.

Over the weekend we purchased two new vehicles and feel like we got a great deal and know that we got great cars! Eric, Jake, Jason, Jesse, and Kelly worked with us on picking out the right cars, working out the price, and taking care of all of the paperwork. Every one was friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We use their service department for our vehicles as well and they have an amazing service team. We never felt pressured by the sales team, and they answered all of our questions honestly to make sure we got cars that were right for us. Went in to purchase a car that day, the salesman and finance manager were very shady. told them the price we wanted to pay they said no problem. then the price started much higher and then kept changing. then they wanted to have us sign a paper that we would buy the car before they would give us the price. we left and went down the street and purchased from a dealer that was was honest. Would not recommend going here.

My first car buying experience was amazing. Second car was horrible. Found a nice car, made the deal, signed the papers, had it a week when they called me back and they said that they needed 1500 more down with a much higher interest rate. I told them absolutely not! They said that I would have to take my car back. So I did. I dont understand how they can have you sign the papers, let you drive it a week then tell you it they need more down at double the interest rate. Seems illegal

I am sorry I own a Honda because this means that on occasion, I might have to deal with this dealership again. My next car will most likely be a Toyota, simply in an attempt to avoid that fate.What would cause such frustration and anger? Their lies. Their attempts to repair items on my car that were not broken, simply to make more money.They promised to send me pictures of a supposed leak that needed to be fixed. The pictures were never sent - we gave them a cell phone number AND an email address to send them to, to make it as easy as possible for them to send the pictures. They never came.They promised to keep the alternator so we could look at it and see the spots on it showing the leaks that were supposedly causing the problem. When we got there, the alternator had been thrown away.Why? Because there were no leaks.They were simply trying to get me to pay for extra items because the replacement of the alternator was done under a warranty. They hated to have us walk out the door having paid absolutely nothing at all, so other parts mysteriously needed to be fixed. When I got my car back home, my mechanic popped my hood and stood with me, showing me exactly what they were telling me was happening and how it literally was impossible.There is no nice way of saying this: They were lying to me, plain and simple.Oh, and when I got my car back with the warrantied alternator in it, my AC was unplugged. I had to drive it 30 miles back home on a HOT August day with no AC so my mechanic could plug it back in. Again, he popped the hood, showed me where the plug was hanging down (yup, there it was) and then he crawled underneath and plugged it back in for me. Why would the Honda mechanics unplug my AC? No idea but taking a bath in my own sweat for 30 minutes was not my idea of fun.Lastly, they had my alternator unhooked from the car for so long, the codes in the system were erased and I have to call Honda (the main company, NOT the Pocatello store) to find out what the code is for my car. In the meanwhile, I have no clock and no stereo system.So yes, they replaced the alternator for free but in return, they tried to scam me out of money to replace parts that are perfectly fine, unplugged my AC, and made my stereo and clock unusable.Like I said, my next car will be a Toyota. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!!

I have been about everywhere in Pocatello to find a car. Every place I went to we’re super shady and all employees acted like I was a burden....that was until Teton Honda welcomed me in their door with a smile on their face. I used to hate getting my car serviced because dealerships were so mean and short with my cars problems and it was extremely difficult to schedule. Honda was amazing and quick! I was taken back right away, given a promised time for pick up, amazing snacks available and awesome customer service! Took my vehicle in for what I figure are dealer-only parts: the plastic shield that protects the undercarriage and the myriad of pins that secure it. I have used plastic ties to hold it together since summer and have been putting off a real repair for fear of cost. Was surprised when the prices were reasonable, and shocked when they told me that they recommend AGAINST replacing the shield. When was the last time a shop told you they didnt think the work you asked for was necessary?They put it back on the lift for me and showed me around, indicating where they replaced a couple of clips. Even complimented my job with the zip ties. They assured me theyd be happy to do the work theyd quoted if I wanted them to, but that there was no immediate need.Oh, and they washed the car too.

I will start by saying I will never go to this dealership again for anything. Not when looking for a new Honda or to get a car serviced... I went in to see about getting the key replaced for my Pilot that had just broken (it is the only key we have for the car). I pulled up to the service bays and nothing happens, so I jump out to see if I can talk to someone. Well when I walked in the front door I saw multiple employees but no one talked to me or offered to help. They were all busy with what seemed like they were preparing for a party of some sort. When I got in the service area I finally was approached by a salesman who informed me that they had closed at noon that day. I explained the situation and he then found a service person to help out. The service person informed me that everything was shut down but he would still call parts and see if they even had one in stock for the next day. The conversation service had with parts had a tone of disgust that they even called to see if anything was in stock. The whole time I was there I felt that I was a nuisance for even stepping in the dealership. The salesperson I talked to seemed very put out. The service guy and the parts guy and their conversation seemed to be disgusted with me asking questions. There were no signs anywhere on the doors or at the front gate that would have told me as a potential customer that there closed early that day. I went in about 3:30 which is not late. I also had a pretty big issue since Honda keys need to be programmed properly and had a key that was broken in half. As stated earlier, when my family is ready for a new Pilot, we will not be going to Teton Honda of Pocatello. Since they made me feel as if I was unwanted and disgusted I would stop on a day that I had no idea was one they closed early, I will just stay away.

Took my car in to get a recall fixed (airbag) and they did that, but my car which has had no problems in the past started over heating that night and on my way to another shop, ended up blowing the head gasket, and a chain reaction, and would cost more to fix it then the car cost. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but, it’s too much of a coincidence for me.

I had a valve adjustment on my Honda Element done at this delearship, they let me know that my cam lines were worn and recommended I pay 3200$ to replace the cams and timing belt. I declined and when I picked up my vehicle I noticed the ticking was much louder after the adjustment. I called to ask why and they told me because of the worn lobes. Which I understand but if the lobs were worn with the valves why not give me the option to leave it where it was? I asked if they could take it back in and adjust it slightly to quiet the noise. They declined saying it would damage the engine. Which is just corporate b.s. so I paid a couple hundred dollars for them to make my engine sound worse, leave my vehicle dirty with leaves they tracked in, and tell me the only way to fix it is to pay them $3200... I won’t be going back to this dealer for any Honda repairs and I will not recommend it to anyone I know.

I stopped by yesterday to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change. They didnt have a time that day that worked for me, but they got me an appointment for today. I had my 1- and 3-year-olds with me, so I was worried about how difficult it might be to wait with them. I was pleased to find a nice area for parents and a fun play room for kids. There is a glass wall between the two rooms so you can see what your kids are doing. (Unfortunately, the tv in the kids room wasnt on and no one knew how to turn it on or change the channel in the adult room from the sports cast that was playing.)About 20 minutes in, both of my kids had poopy diapers at the same time! I had left everything in the car, which was now jacked up above head level. I told Craig my problem. Completely unruffled, he stood on a chair and dug around in my traveling trash can to find not only the diapers and wipes but my toddlers pull-ups as well. I was so impressed! They have clean bathrooms and --HALLELUIAH--a diaper changing station in the womens restroom. I had been having visions of laying children down on dirty bathroom floors but that was not the case. The only way they could improve things would be to get a separate trash can for the stall with the changing station so poopy diapers dont end up in the place where everyone is throwing away their paper towels.The oil was changed in less than 45 minutes. The charge was around $35. They told me a few maintenance things that they would recommend getting done in the next little while but I never felt pressured to do them. They washed my car and attempted to vacuum it (but hey, theres only so much they can do when my floors are covered in kid toys and clothes.)I only buy used cars so I probably wont ever buy a car here but I will be coming here every time I need an oil change.
