Got to sit in the nice A/C and eat some popcorn and have a dr. Pepper while the pit crew got my car done. They are very helpful and accommodating. I went in to get my oil changed after a long road trip, and the team was not only very fast and professional, but they went above and beyond. They consulted me throughout and checked other aspects of my car as well. I decided to get several other things done while I was there, and the service was amazing. Would highly recommend!

I came from Oregon to Pocatello and needed an oil change to return. Ive never done that in a foreign community and I was happy with my purchase today. Having a uHaul trailer attached to my suv and being able to be serviced was a nice addition for having forgot to have change oil first before coming in. Good service and info being talked and shared with me. I did notice a new employee show up on the scene and immediately went to a station near me and jumped right in on a task. They crew seemed happy and hope theyre treated well in your business.

I have used them in the past so decided to take my new car to them . They failed to bolt the plate back under my car so when I got on the freeway it came lose going 75 miles an hour literally horrible! luckily we didn’t wreck the car had to call for assistance to get off freeway as it is was dragging under the car went back they bolted it back up and left it at we will note to check it next time and give half off 😣 so disappointed

I took 1 star off because I was charged $39.99 for a air filter and afterwards my Daughter googled prices for air filters and auto zone had them for $10.95 and 3 other places, they were all priced under $11 bucks. And I asked the technician if I could get it cheaper at Auto zone and he said No, their prices are competitive! Thats a huge mark up!!!!! The overall experience was great though, great customer service, got a referral to replace my windshield. I will go there again for oil changes, but I wont be buying any air filters.

Super cordial.Great place to go.5 days later I had to add one quart of transmission fluid. Checked everything just to double check it thats what I found one quart low on the transmission. Not a real good thing.

Girlfriend had her oil changed here, and they left an empty oil container in the engine compartment nested by the serpentine belt. The belt wore through the container. We were lucky it did not damage the belt and or start a fire.

Very nice guys working there but one of them forgot to put my front right tire back on properly. Almost didn’t make it back from a road trip safely and had to pay a responsible mechanic to put it back on. And they took way longer than they said they would.

They were polite with me as always .

Asked that tire pressures were set to 35 psi. My tire monitors and tire gauge read 30 psi. I adjusted to correct pressure. Tire rotation price ended up being $2.00 more that the price that was on the sign in the lobby. Cost of the overall service went up as well. Windshield not cleaned very good at all.Will go to my local mechanic from now on.

HORRIBLE!!!! Pulled up to Grease Monkey, gave a coupon to the young man who greeted me. The coupon said ANTIFREEZE SERVICE $20 OFF, He said oil change too, I said no. Over an hour later- time to ring up sir. Total was off, I asked did you get the coupon ? They had to find it.He said that coupon doesnt work for A/C service. Me- I CAME IN FOR ANTIFREEZE SERVICE. After a small meeting with the work group, they took my car back in for ANTIFREEZE SERVICE. Hours went by (4 HOURS TOTAL!!), left me standing at register waiting while the entire group was outside clowning around ( they could clearly see me standing there), rung up my total 3 different times ( didnt put in coupon), not able to work a stapler for my receipts. They claim if they go over on time its $1.00 per minute discount. LIARS!!!!! I got no discount!!!

Dude tried to tell me that the recommended pressure on my 1500 Silverado with 17 inch Goodyear tires was 35 psi and, because mine were so far over, asked if I wanted the tech to reduce them for me! I politely showed him the sidewall pressure maximum and the doors recommended inflation pressure sticker.Training people, training!

I switched from Jiffy lube to grease monkey years ago! Best move ever! I love grease monkey! Always take good care of me!

I appreciated the break down with everything that was over due and the honest opinion for prioritizing them. Very friendly service and it was quick.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Told them to change my oil and check transmission fluid. They started to take the transfer case plug out and stripped it so you cannot get it out. They said they can’t fix it and I need to take it somewhere else plus they were 45 mins over their time limit that they promised. Not only they were longer then promised but they started breaking stuff they couldn’t fix. I told them not to touch anything else and give me a discount they only gave me 15 dollars off when it will probably cost quite a bit to to get it fixed very unhappy and will never go there again.

They do an admirable job of checking fluids, tire pressure, vacuuming the interior, and changing the engine oil. It is disturbing, however, how much their prices have risen. Almost cost prohibitive. And for some inexplicable reason, they always seem to spill some oil on the exhaust manifold which results in a burning oil smell for days after the service was completed.

These guys were so professional and friendly. Did a great job and made me feel comfortable during the service.

My only place I go & trust ...Fast & Friendly and I get reminders as well as coupons which is a plus.

Went in for a some much needed maintenance. They were fast and on point. After the service I asked about my trunk light that had been on due to the trunk not being able to latch closed. I had already paid and was about to leave, they gave me a referral for someone who might be able to help but before I left they took a quick look. A minute turned into ten but they went above and beyond and I’m walking away with more than what I paid for. Very happy customer.

My son is high functuon autistic! They asked if he wanted lots of extra stuff done. I told the guy we just wanted oul change and transmission fluid checked. Not to take advantage. He just got tires from les schwab 3 weeks previous. I called abd asked them to reimburse that part he was rude. Never again

Typically have a good experience with Grease Monkey, but my most recent trip didnt go great. Lot of activity and not a lot of listening. Did a full synthetic when requesting a conventional oil change. Caught it at the bill. They did fix it. Then noticed they only adjusted the air pressure on one side of the truck in the tires and lost one of my custom stem valve covers. Seemed a little sloppy this go round.

My wife had her oil changed on May 11 at the Pocatello, ID location and was told she was in dire need of changing her rear differential fluid on her brand new Escalade that has less than 13,000 miles on it. He told her the fluids had chunks of metal in it and needed to be clear and made it sound like it was extremely important in order to manipulate her and pressure her into spending money she didn’t need to spend. All of it was a lie! Although she felt she was being lied to and taken advantage of, because she doesn’t know anything about cars, and the guy made it sound like it was something that absolutely needed to be done, she trusted him. Come to find out her gut feelings were spot on and he did just rip her off and banked on her ignorance. To change a fluid like that It is especially messy and takes a good amount of time to do. According to the mechanic I spoke to about it, it takes at least 30-45 minutes. She was there for less than 20 minutes and also had an oil change and apparent tire rotation. I highly doubt the fluid was even changed out, and the $76+ was just pocketed. On top of that, The differential fluid doesn’t need to be changed until 30,000-60,000 miles, especially on a new vehicle with very low mileage! They also charged her $30 for a “heavy” tire rotation which she never saw them do, and charged her $33 for an extra quart of oil they claimed was needed. I have a very hard time believing they did all of those things in under 20 minutes and I strongly feel they took full advantage of her, and it’s not the first time! The guy also kept asking her personal questions about her car, asking her what it cost and making comments like, “you guys much be rollin in dough.” She felt extremely uncomfortable and left feeling stressed and cheated. We will not ever be using grease monkeys services again!

Upon the purchase of my first car I did some research on the best place in town to have it serviced regularly which is how I started to come to Grease Monkey. I make frequent trips to both Twin Falls and Boise with my daughter who is a toddler, so it’s important that my car is checked thoroughly every time. I was impressed with the quality and thoroughness the first few times I took my car in. The last time I came to this location for an oil change back in November they wrote on my sheet my tires were good. Well they weren’t. I went to twin falls the next day to pick up my daughter and my tire blew out from low tread. I even had to pay for a hotel in Twin and miss work the next day because I was too far away to drive on a doughnut and everything was closed on a Sunday night. The manager texted me to review the services they provided and I told them everything that happened and no response or offer to make things right. I said I would never come to that location again and tried the one on Quinn yesterday. Even worse experience there. I had my tires rotated and when I started on my trip to Twin today my tires are now completely out of balance and I couldn’t drive faster than 60 safely. Had to turn around and cancel my plans due to their incompetency. I will never give Grease Monkey my money again.

Been going to Grease Monkey for a very long time, they always do great with my truck, I would like to say that when one of the crew member approached me to tell me the conditions of my truck he was wearing a red bandana as a face mask I didn’t really like that due to all the gang problems in the world I found it very unprofessional. I went here and the people who helped were really nice and they were super quick. The only thing is now my fan makes a weird humming noise that wasnt there before. That freaks me out because all they were supposed to do was change my oil.

I went in for an oil change and to make sure my car was ready for travel I ended up walking out with a $215 bill and sat there for an hour and a half. They said they topped off my windshield wiper fluid and charged me for it but it is empty still. I’m pretty frustrated because I was told it should take at max 30 minutes because I had class I ended up having to miss class which is very annoying. They were overall pretty nice and did a good job I’mjust frustrated that it took so long and was super expensive.

I highly recommend not goin here.They’re overpriced and the quality of work is poor. I left the shop and a week later my oil filter was loose and leaking as well as my drain plug.

I am currently sitting at the Grease Monkey on Yellowstone. I arrived at 5:50 which is before the time that they close and they turned me down saying they close in ten minutes. I am currently headed to California and work until 5:30 everyday and on top of it I live out of town so I don’t get a large window of time to get this done. I am appalled that they were allowed to turn my down before they even closed. I hope this gets remedied quickly.

I was beyond impressed with these guys. I decided to get the minimum high mileage oil change with a coupon for around 50$. I was met at the front and they got my jeep right in. This included them checking all major fluids and even more! They vacuumed out the vehicle and one of the techs even talked to me personally about what else we could do upon their inspection. This was all done in less than 15 min. They even time the promised service of 17 min or less. Every need they promised was met above and beyond. Great job EVERYONE. Well I went in for a full service oil change, they told me my air and fuel filter needed replaced, after spending just shy of $100 I drove down to Ogden and while on the highway my car just died, I barely made it to the shoulder before my car completely stopped. I hadnt had any issues with the car before. The mechanic it got towed to told me my car was pretty much done for. They could try to fix the issue, for a little over $900, but theres no guarantee. So now I have no car and Im out $100.. yay.

I normally go to the dealership to change my oil, but I have been putting a lot of miles on my vehicle so it snuck up on me. My oil light came on, so I had to act quickly. I pulled up and they came out to meet me immediately. I was in and out less than 15 mins. I was also happy because I found out it was ladies day so I received $10 off, a free car wash and a flower. Cant get better than that. Thank you.

I called before going in to Grease Monkey to explain that the hood of my car wasn’t popping and I didn’t know how to get it to release, but I desperately needed my oil change. Jared said he could try his best to get it open, so I was hopeful. Not only did he and his crew figure out a way to get it open and change my oil, but he changed out my headlight and showed me how to open the hood for future, too. I’m very happy with their service and I won’t be going anywhere else for future oil changes!

The staff was very friendly and nice. But I waited forever and they also marked my mileage for the next oil change at 3000 miles Instead of 5000 for my diesel pick up. And It was also the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had.

Price was fair given it was lady’s day. They didn’t vacuum car but I didn’t have time to wait for them to take the car back in and do it.

My husband and I were needing to go out of town and wanted to get our cars brakes done, so we called around and we talked to an employee on the phone and gave him all the information of our vehicle and what we needed to get done. He said yeah no problem come on down and we will get the work done for you. We drove out 45min and when we got there they told us that they could not get our vehicle serviced and that they couldnt help us, even though they said they would over the phone. The employee that had to break the new was really nice and we did ask to speak to the manager yet the manager would not take the time to come over and explain what had happened. We then drove back home astonished at the fact that 1. they said they would work on our car, yet they didnt and 2. The manager wouldnt even come out to talk to us, the experience we had with this company was not good.

Glad they were honest and didn’t try to add services that were not necessary.
