My 75in tv wasn’t working for months due to a LED bulb. I was losing hope until I called and got help from Oscar! He was very professional, communicated well & friendly too! He’s the best! Would recommend to anyone.

We had the option of trying to get our TV repaired - or buying a new one. Ontech was responsive and fixed our TV for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one. Prompt and affordable. But, bring cash. Its a small business, so they cant absorb the cost of credit card or check fees.

I took my Dynex TV set with a built-in DVD player in for repair, after turning it on, hearing a pop, and observing smoke coming from the unit. It was the perfect size for the space. I was going to replace the set, but could not find a similar unit with a flat base. My son-in-law told me about them and his positive experience. I dropped the set off and received the diagnostic report within 24hrs. The repair was completed within 24 hrs of my authorizing repairs. I was provided written receipts at drop-off, and upon completion of diagnosis and repair. The associate checking us in was polite, thorough and professional. The repair cost was reasonable and the set was plugged in and working on display when I picked it up. Pay in cash to avoid a 4% premium. I would not hesitate returning there or recommending Ontech Force to family/friends.

This place will rip you off in order to collect a Service Charge fee.I had a 2 year old projector (that is sparingly used) that was very dimly lit. I was going to simply replace the bulb ($50 bucks), but decided to give ONTECH a call, since they were the only place in the area that services my projector.The technician that I spoke to from ONTECH assured me that since the projector was only 2 years old (with very little use), that it was DEFINITELY NOT the bulb; since it was not close to its end of life. They said the issue was most likely the voltage regulator. So they asked me to bring the unit in so they could inspect the voltage regulator; and told me that the $100 Service Fee would be applied to the cost of the total repair.Turns out, it was NOT the voltage regulator. It was the bulb. Anyways, they charged me $100 for the Service Charge fee, when I could have just replaced the bulb for $50 bucks like I had intended to do.

We had our 4 yr old TLC tv repaired about 3 months ago. Ontech Forced repaired it in a timely fashion and with quality work. They saved us 100’s of dollars in buying a new tv. Don’t buy the warranty just trust in OnTech Force.

Website fees were misleading. After conversing with an employee to confirm prices, I drove 40 minutes to the location to find there were additional fees not mentioned over the phone. Bad experience.

I have a 23 year old treadmill. a spirit. apparently they are top notch. but last year it stopped working, was shorting out my circuit breaker no matter what. I called a very good fitness machien company that deals with treadmills, although they dont see many this old. they did defintely help me identify that it was a circuit board problem after ruling everything else out, but they do not work on circuit borads. and they had trouble finding a current replacemnt. Oscar came and tested the 2 circuit boards. one was the control in the upper part but that was good. however he discovered a a short on the motor/controller board, figured out the part that needs to be repalced, and did work on this. came by today and the thing is running, no short circuits. But also, oscar and his team have helped me with computers at least 6 or 7 tiims since 1999 and every time he got things working great.

Our Vizio smart TV went out after two years. I was able to bring the TV into on tech force and they diagnosed and fixed my problem reasonably and quickly. The sound and picture quality is better than when the TV was new. I highly recommend on tech force!

We dropped off 2 tvs to be repaired in may 2020 they sent us a quote to fix it $199 +tax so we called & gave the go ahead to repairThe other tv they said was not worth fixing so offered to sell us one they had there for cheap. We waited to hear from them then we called & nobody answered so we just called again. He told us they no longer had our tvs that it had been too long. Now they are saying they couldnt get the parts because they havent been available in years???? So where are my tvs????

I recently took my Samsung 55 inch smart tv to be repaired. As stated in another review, they did charge me $55 for the initial check, but that was applied to the total when they identified the cause. They had the tv repaired and ready for my pickup the same day I approved the repair. They did excellent work and assisted me with moving the tv from/to my vehicle. Make sure you take cash when you pay, you will save the charge card percent that is added. I strongly recommend this company and will use them again if I have any issues with any of my other tvs.

If I could award zero stars, I would. Tried calling numerous times leaving messages, then texting them, still no response.I like doing business locally especially in which the city I live. I wont try them again

First, I brought in my TV and for diagnosis they charged me by the size of the screen so if your tv is size 32 thats how much you pay but for 75 you pay more than twice (wired way to price because the process is pretty much the same)they told me they will quote me in a few days by email or phone call, but they never did, I called every week for 4 weeks and they would only tell me they will get back to me today or tomorrow for full infoover a month later, after I insisted to get an answer over the phone they said it MIGHT be main board which is pretty expansive so I could buy it and they replace it but it may not work and charge me $150 for labor, but either way theyll keep the diagnosis cost anyway. so basically something I could do at home by opening and closing a few screws.

Very satisfied with the service and the price for the repair of our tv. We had to pay for pickup and delivery of the tv but we felt it was worth it as the tv is quite large and we were hesitant to carry and transport it ourselves. Hi,I like to consider myself very handy around my home, but when my Samsung plasma tv stoped working, I knew I was going to need a professional and so I went online and found ONTECH FORCE. After looking at these 5 star reviews I gave a call and spoke with owner of the shop named Oscar. Either these 5 star reviews are fake, paid or done by family friends because that was definitely not my experience.First I called them up and told them I had a TV that needs repair. Right away I was told to bring it in without even asking what the problem was. I told them I lived 20 miles away and needed an estimate over the phone before I make the effort to drive over to their shop. I was told can you hold for a minute .... was put on hold for 5 mins with no one ever coming back. So I hung up and tried calling again with no one picking up the phone. This suggest right there that they are short on manpower.Anyways, when I finally got hold of Oscar again he said No we dont give estimates over the phone thats company policy. I was like what?! Thats the exact same thing someone said in an earlier review and they replied no we do give estimates over the phone. I mean wow!Then he said ok tell me the model number and the problem which I did. He then said we get 10-20 TVs to fix a week and it will cost me anywhere from $100 - $225 to fix. Really that big a range? If you bring the TV and have them look at it there is a $45 cost right off the bat. I told them with this kind of pricing I can get a similar brand new TV for $275 from amazon or best buy. He pretty much said good luck my friend.Nope, not doing business with you.

They can try and repair a wide range of electronics, not just tvs, if you just call and ask. I brought in a pair of gaming headphones with a broken jack plug, they took a look at it and told me what they could do to repair it right then and there. I got it back a few days later good as new. Great place.Entrance is a bit tricky to find. Its further into the lot, second building to the right. Entrance is in the center of the tan building.

I brought them a 60 LG television that would not turn on, and was practically brand new when my father passed away. It seemed very wasteful and sad to just throw the tv away. I was given no help from the warranty company through Sams Club, or LG, or the place LG referred me to in Taylor. So I did a google search and found this company. I brought them the TV, they helped me carry it in, they diagnosed it and fixed it, and I could track the progress on their website. The final repair cost was fair and the time to fix was about a week or so. Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful. I will return for future electronic repairs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So happy I found these guys, Ive had my 63 Samsung Plasma since nov. 2008 at the time it cost over 3k and always provided a beautiful picture and reliability . That was up until three months ago occasionally half the screen would go black . I called Geek Squad they like most said to toss it and replace it, I wasnt ready to give up on it and dont care for the picture quality on led or lcd TVs .Then I found out about Ontech . I read the reviews and made the call, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable they assured me they could repair it at a price hundreds lower than what I could buy a tv at that size . I have never taken the time to write an online review before, but because of how happy I was with Oscar and his OnTech team, I felt compelled to share my enthusiasm with others.I myself am a tech nerd, and am known as the guy who can fix anything from my friends and family. So, when I ran into an issue of my own with a Pioneer receiver that had me stumped, I nearly gave up and lost all hope. I feared that I was doomed with an expensive unit that might never work again.But then I found this company simply by doing a search on Google, and I called and talked with the first person who picked up the phone, a kind man named Oscar. He is quiet and reserved, and not your typical sales person who talks and talks and talks or tries to force you to use their services. Instead, he is very relaxed and does not push you to do anything you dont want to do. At the same time, he is not fearful of a challenge, he just nods his head and quietly says, we will fix it.He had my unit fixed and ready for pickup within just a few days. Even better, when I went to pick it up, he had it waiting for me in the lobby, turned on and hooked up to a display and cable box to prove to me that it was now working perfectly. I couldnt have been happier. He took my $1600 receiver that had been through a power surge and brought it back from the dead for under $300.I was sorry to see a very unfair and unreasonable review in which some unhappy person made a childish negative review based on two absurd arguments. First, the person complained about being on hold. Unless you are the President of the United States, you are going to be on brief holds every once in a while - the world doesnt stop in an instant for you just because you want it to. Obviously, you were put on hold because they were also helping other people, who also had problems, and were there before you. Second, the person complained that the cost of the repair would be close to the cost of a new TV. This has nothing to do with OnTech, and everything to do with basic math. When any rational thinking human being breaks something, they weigh the costs of different options: is it financially smarter to fix this or replace this? It isnt OnTechs job to walk you through the fundamentals of adulthood, they just give you prices to fix what you ask them to fix. If you dont like them, you have the complete freedom to say no. Sometimes the costs of replacement parts and labor are more expensive than buying new, but this isnt something controlled by the repair company nor is it an argument for them to work for free just to make you happy.

So, I call ontech to ask some questions about my broken tv. Person who answers phone is very short and insists they offer good prices, but refuses to give me a range on what the final repairs may cost. At that point, im finished, but WAIT THERES MORE. Later that evening I recieve a phone call from ontech repair accusing me of leaving defamatory review about their business, (which never happened). I then recieved several harrassing texts stating that they will have to follow me and pursue legal action. I have no idea if these people are good at fixing electronics or not, but they certainly do not know how to run a business or be respectful to potential customers.

Had looked up the Samsung problem on the web and knew it to be bad capacitors (clicking and not turning on), but didnt want to change them myself! I also replaced the controller there, since I had worn theo old original one out. They were quick, friendly and affordable. Great service.

Why is there a telephone if somebody cannot provide any information over a call and have to bring the product to the store. Especially when the person talking over the phone claims we have a solution to most of the brands. Give me the estimate over the phone then I will decide whether or not to drive 10miles to the store.

Customer service is a joke. Wrote two emails asking about the status of my order and got no response. If you dont have the part in stock and you know it at least update the page to reflect its out of stock. Was never told that it was out of stock just got a refund through Paypal. On top of all this, put in the order on Thursday and they waited until Monday to refund my money. Wasted all that time when I couldve ordered it from some where else.

Excellent service. 5-2-17I have a Mitsubishi DLP 65 Tv I bought backIn 2008 dont think they make these anymore. The bulb went I had a spare that was bought from the internet. That bulb was no good it would shut off about 20 minutes later. I called Ontech and explained my problem to the Technician. He suggested a new bulb.I brought in the new bulb purchased from the internet. The tech had a new old bulb. I Held the to together and I could really see the difference. The bulb from Otech force was much clearer the one from the internet had a yellowish tint to it. Bought the new bulb from Onteh (very reasonable price) took it home put it in and back in action. They fix more than just Tvs. If you cant bring it in theyll send a tech out to you. If you or your the business you work for has a electronic problem your First call should be Ontech force.
