Dr. Mac is kind, straight forward and an expert at her craft. I had May as a hygienist and she was probably the best I’ve ever had. The office is clean, professional and they have really nice equipment. Highly recommend!

I had an infected tooth suddenly flare up and my previous dentist didn’t have anyone covering for him while he was on vacation. Dr. Mac squeezed me into her day and made sure everything went smoothly and painlessly, from our first meeting that morning, to making sure I got scheduled that afternoon to begin an emergency root canal with an Endodontics provider, through the installation of the final crown. All went with warm hearted care and oversight of my health and well being. I have only good thanks to say about Dr. Mac and her staff.

Ive been looking for a new dentist for a couple years since my previous dentist moved to the north shore. Scheduling appointments anywhere has been difficult the last 18 months due to COVID, but I was able to call Dr. McDonalds office on a Monday, got an appointment for the next day, and I was able to complete all the new patient forms with their app before my appointment. Communications from Dr. MacDonald and her staff was very clear, and COVID safety protocols were strictly followed, which was great.

Sandra MacDonald is very kind and has a wonderful staff. I feel very comfortable following her recommendations because she is so very knowledgeable. She is also a perfectionist who makes sure that she and her staff have done the best job possible.

At this office you are always greeted courteously and are guaranteed to experience a friendly atmosphere at all times. The front office staff is clearly familiar with the clientele and is very aware of the nicetiesinvolving each customer. Meanwhile, when it comes to time spent in the chair, the staff is dedicated to ensuring that you are put at ease, and all questions related to dental hygiene and maintenance are answered thoroughly and clearly. This office has definitely established a formula for operating on a successful routine.
