Very easy to work with, good communication. Everything came in great shape. When requesting chaffing dishes or glass pitchers, if you want them all the same size, you may want to note that. I did not and got three different size/style water pitchers for the tables and two chaffing that were the same size and one that was taller which looked funny but again, I didnt request them all to be the same, I had just assumed. Reliable delivery and pick up.
