We have been using Metro Inflatables for years now. Amazing customer service, always willing to work with you and make sure you are satisfied. We will never have another reason to rent from anyone else. This waterslide is one of our favorites, we have rented this one numerous times. Everyone has a blast on it.

Reese was spectacular to work with! Clear communication throughout the entire process. Our 15’x15’ bounce house looked to be brand new and worked great for the 10 kids from 3-12 years old.I’m definitely using Metro Inflatables in the future.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and clean units. Their webite is very user friendly and when I called to ask questions regarding my rental the office staff were considerate and willing to work with my demands. Their delivery drivers were on time, set up per my request and were very friendly. We will rent from Metro Inflatables over any other company in the cities!!

Wow! After being left in the lurch by All Pumped Up Inflatables 2 hours before my National Night Out, I called Metro Inflatables desperately looking for a bounce house! Even though they dont set up in the street, the owner Reece spoke with me over the phone and looked at our neighborhood on Google Maps, noting whether he thought a bounce house could fit. He concluded that we had room for a larger unit, but would bring a smaller unit just in case. He was clearly invested in helping me as a customer, and ensured that we had a positive experience with the bounce house! He personally came out to set up and then pick up the unit, not something I think all business owners would do. I whole-heartedly recommend this company!!
