Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A bit of a small selection of jewelry but definitely a little bit of everything. Plus they can get merchandise from other stores as well as ordering it.

The Kay Jewelers in Plymouth is fantastic. Everyone was so attentive, positive, and helpful. They were honest about the repair of my ring and were efficient throughout the process. I highly recommend this Kay store!!

I had put a ring on layaway and planned on picking it up when they had a big sale. With everything going on, I was afraid that they were going to be closed the weekend of the sale so I called and expressed my concern. They told me that if I could make it down that day that they would sell me the ring for what I’d get it for during the sale.They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have been shopping Kays for decades! I always go back to the ladies in the Plymouth, MA store. Vickie, Wendy, Kathy and Ann. They are always very helpful and very welcoming! I stop in just to see whats new or what I can trade up of my diamonds. The ladies always work out a great deal for me! Jewlrey is my passion and Kays in Plymouth, MA is my favorite store! : )

My ring was sent out to be fixed July 8th. I began calling September 9th because I had not received and update. Yesterday I was told by the store manager Vicky that she spoke with the service center and my ring would be sent out by the end of the week. Today I received a call that this was actually a lie. The ring was sent back to the store and signed for by an employee on August 25th and has since gone missing. That leads me to believe a store employee now has my ring since they are kept under lock and key. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else with a competent manager and employees who won’t steal your jewelry.

The ladies here are amazing!!! We came in on whim to look for my wedding band after a terrible experience at another store in the same plaza. We live on Cape Cod and will drive to this store for any of our needs!
