I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase jewelry or to have jewelry serviced. I have been dealing with the manager (Brenda) for over 15 years and have bought several pieces of jewelry from her and she has proven time after time that she (and the store) will go above and beyond to meet (and in most cases) exceed your expectations. I highly recommend this store and will certainly be shopping there again.

I had a custom diamond nose ring made by Alex at Jareds in Plymouth. He was amazing. The first stem wouldnt fit properly so we brought it back. Alex fixed it in a couple of hours. It fit!! I was so excited and the diamond is gorgeous! He knew exactly what to do and how I wanted it. I will continue business with this Jareds and cant wait for my next piece!!!

I love Jared, and most special occasions my hubby gets me a new piece from them. I just had my 10 year anniversary upgrade and Adam took the best care of me and my beloved engagement diamond. I live 45 mins away and he saved me a trip and had my piece done right away. He was literally the sweetest, spending as much money on pieces as we do, having someone who cares makes all the difference. Thank you Adam!

Went to get my ring resized, they were doing”by app. only” so I called to make one, and the woman I spoke with said her last app didn’t show so she got me right in! Very kind and knowledgeable staff, got me in and out quickly!

I dealt with a representative named Jill she was fantastic extremely knowledgeable and really knew Pandora. She completely exceeded my expectations and they were very high going in. She also gift-wrapped the item for me at no extra charge what a great place to go Christmas shopping.

Exceptional customer service. Employees Erin M. and Jill were both so helpful in the process of cleaning and repairing my ring and bracelet on two separate occasions. I actually didnt even know that my ring needed reparation--I was just bringing it in for cleaning, but the girls were so thorough and honest that they told me about the cracked amethyst and had it done in a day. It came out beautiful and shining.

Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Took them 3 months and many frustrating visits to determine that they couldn’t repair my engagement ring and would have to replace the entire setting. Very poor attention to detail and tremendously sloppy repair work. Replacement diamonds were ordered and actually set in place before we pointed out to them that they didn’t match the cut and color of the rest of the diamonds in the setting. They even reset the center diamond crooked with prongs unevenly spaced around the diamond. Customer service is seriously lacking in this store and was sometimes even insulting. Several times the store never called to notify us the ring was ready. Shocked that management was never pulled in nor did they ever step in to oversee or facilitate the situation. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Thankful the warranty covered it but couldn’t even imagine having to pay out of pocket for this disaster. BUYER BEWARE: Brought a ring in to be resized and have one of the diamonds tightened. I paid double what the next highest priced jeweler quoted me, but accepted paying this premium for quality work. When I received my ring back it was the incorrect size, in addition two stones were now loose, including the specific one that I paid to have tightened. When I brought this to their attention I explained I would now have this work done elsewhere, they acknowledged the issues with the work and offered me a 30% refund, only after haggling with the store manager was my refund increased to 60%, at which point I just decided not to waste any more time with these people. Brought the ring to the jeweler that quoted me half and got the piece back exactly the way it should have been.

I felt good leaving here. I got engaged a few months back and got the ring here. Customer service was pretty solid. Quality of the ring was and still is mint. We were supposed to go back to fit the ring, but we havent yet. Just havent had time. They offered a diamond 101 class that helped out a bit. As I know nothing about diamonds other than they shine and they are a girls best friend.Overall experience was great. Id go back again.

I bought a diamond ring enhancer for over $2000 and 6 weeks later requested an appraisal for my insurance. They wanted to charge me $136 for this which I find ridiculous since I bought the ring there. I went to discenzas jewelers for something else and some of the staff there were astonished regarding their practice of selling you a ring and then charging for an appraisal. It is common practice for the store you buy a piece of jewelry to give you a free appraisal. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and they have not bothered to contact me. Very poor policy and customer service. Neither I nor my family will ever again purchase anything from Jared’s in the future.

We were treated like trash by the manager. She treated us like we didnt have the money to spend in the store. Awful experience. I would choose another store to shop. I wanted to buy my wedding band here due to the in house jeweler. Not worth being treated like trash! I will go elsewhere.

Previously Ive had really great experiences at this shop. I have to go in every 6 months to have my ring inspected. This most recent trip the woman who did the inspection was very unprofessional, prioritizing her personal conversation with a coworker regarding shopping over initiating an interaction with me. She took a much longer time to complete the inspection because she continued to engage with her coworker then assured me my ring would be ready after additional servicing the next morning by 11AM. I arrived the next morning to pick it up, it was not ready and a different staff member who was assisting me was rude about it not being ready. It also took longer than she said it would to have it serviced, making me late for work. The other employees that I interacted with while waiting were pleasant. I would recommend going to another location for servicing if possible.

My husband bought me a over $3000.00 necklace unfortunately it wasnt what I wanted. So he have me the receipt and his credit card. I went in and picked something else and didnt look at the price. As I was checking out she said he bought it 32 days ago and we missed the 30 day return policy. I asked them to make an exception because he spends lots of money at this particular location. The assistant manager said no we cant do anything for you and gave me her bosses name. My husband ended up coming up to talk with them and again they couldnt do anything. The lady that originally helped him said she could make me a custom necklace and we agreed figuring we couldnt get some of the money back. So when we were done she swiped his credit card for almost another 300 in front of us which is illegal by the way. He was infuriated becasue it was suppose to be something of the same or less value. He took the original necklace and the general maangers card and we will be going back Monday. New Years day. I work in retail and exceptions can be made they just lost one of their best customers. All the woman in there are terrible and only want to make money not satisfy a great customer. Never going back stay away!

Worst customer service IN THE WORLD. My friend and I spoke with four different sales people today and EVERY SINGLE ONE was rude to us, both individually and as a pair. That takes some serious innate talent. Will never shop there, nor will we shop at their sister store Kay Jewelers.

We purchased bands after already purchasing an engagement ring. We were told we could pick them up after being resized at a specific time. We showed up to be told they had not been done. Heard the excuses we spoke with the manager was told come back in two hours they will be all set. We went back a little over two hours and upon inspection find a noticeable chip in the band of the engagement ring where it was resized. So we got a whole 50 off for our inconvenience and now have to go back to get the band fixed.... Then we have the sales person and the MOD arguing in front of us.Once we get the ring fixed we will not be returning to the Jareds in Plymouth.....FYI sales person was fine and not their fault....talk about taking the excitement away ...... Ty Jareds....

Bought my wifes wedding band and was really annoyed by the process. She had three bands fused and they used a size 7, then had her resize it to 6.75. Then, it was too small and they had to make it larger. So, they hit us for a re-sizing charge when there was likely no need to resize it and now we have a ring that is structurally weaker than need be, Staff were friendly enough and helpful, but they definitely do not live up to the advertised expectations.

I was having a hard time making a decision on some Pandora rings I wanted to purchase as a gift for my daughter. The sales woman was very impatient with me. There wasnt anybody else in the store, not that that should even matter... Lousy customer service. I left. I suggest you shop else where!

My fiancee went into this location to have her engagement ring resized they told her the appraised price of the ring without her asking . They also told her that she will need a new head and it can run you some money extremely rude and unprofessional establishment we will not be going back here.
