My vehicle stalled on a busy highway and Plymouth Towing picked up my car quickly. They also repaired my car and the price was very reasonable as I was expecting to pay much more. The mechanic was honest and kind. It was a relief using their services.

I can say enough how impressed I am with these guys. They are so honest. I have to insist on giving them something sometimes, as they continually do things for completely free.

Granted I was 5 minutes away from their shop however they still dispatched a driver and got to me and towed within 10 minutes. Driver was very nice and respectful. Was able to drop the car in a parking spot perfectly. Would definitely use these guys again!

When using there services, I had items out of my vehicle go missing... unwilling to investigate the matter at all. Super unprofessional and rude.

Said they closed at 17:00, got there at 16:50 and turned me away and said to come back tomorrow! The woman working the front desk was rude and abrasive!

Have been going here forever! They have always taken exceptional care of my families vehicles growing up and now my family vehicles.I have taken my vehicles to the dealership for recall-work to be performed and left overwhelmed, with long expensive lists of things that supposedly needed to be repaired immediately.I brought them immediately to Plymouth Village Automotive & was told nothing needed to be done immediately. I love that there is a mechanic shop that is honest, and not out to steal your money. Seriously, so thankful for this shop.

By far the worst company to deal with, unprofessional in every sense. They claim there open 24 hours, but when you call, they have certain hours there open, but there website claims open 24 hr 7 days a week. But they fail to mention on there website that only dispatch is open 24 hr, and office hours are certain times. They open short hours on purpose so that they can charge car owners storage fees. They don’t like to listen to your concerns, there extremely rude.Check out there website your self, and you will see what I am talking about.

Had one of my plow trucks go down with transmission issues. After waiting for 2 hours for another company I called Plymouth Towing and they were there in under 30 min. Rode with the driver to my mechanics. Driver was very kind and personable. Definitely recommend!

Fast friendly and very professional! they had another vehicle to go pick up that was going to the same repair shop as mines but once they found out that I was from out of state and that I needed to return home he didnt even go pick up the other vehicle he sent another tow truck to get it into get mines into the shop first I really appreciate them!

My brakes locked up on 169 and they were there in less than 10 minutes (seriously). The driver was friendly, professional and accommodating. I had already been waiting over an hour for both my insurance company and Verizon roadside assistance to find a tow truck. Next time they’ll be my first call. Thanks for the help guys!

The owner is a rude pyscho. We had a group of 3 people getting my totaled out car. My son and me and the person who was going to buy my totaled car. After we had paid CASH and got the vehicle he locked the gate and refused to let us leave. Peppering the kid who wanted to buy my car with questions like who do you work for, you cant take that car. Etc. he even went so far as to call the Plymouth police. of course the police didn’t do anything. There was nothing for them to do. He finally unlocked the gate. Why has this person had the towing contract for the Plymouth/Wayzata for 20+ years? Doesn’t anyone else want this business?

Easily requested an appt online. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Adam took a look at my car and was able to give me options and reasonable quotes without charging me anything. I really appreciated his honesty and advice and would trust them with any repairs needed in the future.UPDATE: ended up needing a part replaced on my car and was able to get in very quickly. Paid less than I was quoted which was already less than other auto shops! Was very pleased with the customer service and overall experience here!

I just used Plymouth Automotive today and am extremely happy with them. I did not have friendly experiences from most of the other places I called and were told by the other places I couldnt get my car towed today, one place said it would be 72 hours, but from the start everyone I talked to at Plymouth Automotive was so friendly which was very welcomed since its already stressful to have your car in a state to have to be towed in the first place. Got my car towed in a very timely fashion and extremely reasonably rates.

Drove all the way from Boston to paddle the Boundary Waters and paid a visit to a family friend in Plymouth on the way north. I had bad stroke of luck and blew a wheel bearing in my truck just as I was rolling into town. It was Friday afternoon and I figured our trip was over.Gave PVA a call and my truck was up on the lift at 3:30pm. They confirmed it was a blown bearing and I was bummed thinking it wouldnt get fixed until Monday. The mechanics went above and beyond and they had me back on the road before 5pm. I couldnt believe it. Thanks a bunch guys.

Very glad I brought my car in for a second opinion here! I was told elsewhere that both control arms needed to be replaced, among other things. Scott advised me here that only one was torn and nothing else was wrong with my car at the time. He was very good at explaining all the details. I definitely appreciate the honesty and the saved money! The service here is very quick and affordable.

After calling it only took them about 15 minutes to come out and meet me! I was warmly welcomed by Adam, one of their staff memebers who was on call at the time. My car broke down and suddenly wouldnt start. I used their tow service to have it towed to their shop. They diagnosed and fixed the problem the next day. The description of the problem was straight forward. The service was efficient and done in a few hours. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. I plan to come back, and I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Honest and Accurate. I have given my 02 Durango in no start state and i was in little urgency as i have only one vehicle. These guys understood my urgency and delivered it before promised time. Rates also reasonable and didnt try to sell unnecessary stuff, They even tried to reduce the cost wherever possible as mine is old vehicle and not worth if repair(timing chain broke) cost is high. I completely recommend this shop.

Got a flat tire, called the shop was told to come at once. It took 7 - 10 min to fix the tire. I spent $15 (Sears wanted $19 and to set up an appointment). Ill see how the fix will work in time and follow up if itll go wrong. Otherwise Im satisfied very much.

I called to get a quote on muffler repair. After sending them a picture of the damage, they gave me a quote of $1000. Reason is theyd have to replace the whole unit. The mechanic I spoke with flat out told me, do not come here. Go to a muffler shop because they can do things with mufflers that they cannot and they can do it for much cheaper. Talk about honesty! Next time I have a repair not muffler related, I will go here for that reason alone and other reviews say prices are very reasonable.

The worse sevrice that we never use!!! We paid $500 just to get car back. They just dont care if your insurance cover or not just want to make money. We only wanted them to park car at home after car accident but they were push us to park at their place becaus they can make more money. After that, I was trying to call them and complain But they made a story that never happen to let me shot up. Also Their manager Chuck said they only wants money and have done this a lot that i recorded already. Overroll this company is very bad company. We had car accident and also need to deal with this kind of company make us the worst month. I would recommend people walk away from this company and No more people get hurt from them !

They say that first impressions count but not I this case however. My dads car was towed to this shop due to a flat tire and I didnt have a jack to change it myself. I called my dad and he called his insurance company. The insurance company called Bobby and Steves to come and tow his car. The guy was extremely rude to the tow truck driver in person and was also extremely rude to my dad on the phone all because their tow company didnt get the call to come and tow his car which was not my dads decision it was the insurance companys decision so because of all this the guy refused to work on my dads car. Needless to say we will never take his car or any other car to this place ever again and if my car or his car breaks down and they come with their tow company I will tell them not to touch my car or his car and that they can leave.

So greatful, they got to me within twenty minutes to take care of my flat tire on the side of the road! The driver was very kind and considerate! Will definately call them again if I ever need assistance.

I got my car towed here, because it wouldnt start. I called them to tell them the story and have them check it out. I was waiting for a call to hear the outcome and get an estimate and their suggestions. The one and only call I received from them was to tell me I owe them $140. They performed an oil change and replaced spark plugs without any autorization from me. Spark plugs are $5 each and an oil change, done by myself, is $20. Clearly I would have chosen to pay the lesser amount and done it myself, but didnt have the choice to do so. I was bummed, because I was hoping to find a nice local shop to call my home shop.

What can I say about a cash-only business where you have to pay whatever number they write down.I was quoted one price over the phone and another when I got there, sending me back to the bank for more cash.

Very good service. When you call the dispatcher is pleasant to talk to and makes the setup for a tow easy. I unfortunantley had to use them twice because my vehicle couldnt be repaired at the shop. Called in on short notice and these guys got a vehicle towed for me with no hassle. Adam called before the pick and gave me an time they were prompt and arrived right on time. He was very professional and handled the tow of an awkward 3 wheeled vehicle with no questions asked. He took care when loading and strapping the unit down and made sure nothing was damaged or scratched. I cant say enough about how nice was to deal with a real honest and professional group of people. Not only did they do a stand up job... they were substantially cheaper than any quote I had gotten locally. I hope to not need a tow again but if it do they will be my first call!

Adam and his son Dylan came and picked me up when my Subaru left me stranded on the side of 169! Very professional, very clean and did a great job getting me to a shop that could get me back on the road fast, since I was out of town!

Poor customer service, high prices. Of the three places I checked with, they were the highest on a price comparison and they seemed like they couldnt be bothered to answer a question.
