If i could give 0 stars i would. Heres how my experience with the company went:I called and talked to an employee, i gave him all the information he needed and asked him if hes available this evening because im at work in ANOKA and the vehicle is in WAYZATA. He insisted that the only time he has available is if i leave work right that second and meet him at the vehicle, so i did. I left work abruptly to go meet this man, hes a no show. On top of not showing, he shut his phone off so i cant even contact him. Dont use this company unless wasting time is on your to-do list.

Fair price, got paid and picked up the car in about an hour. You guys rock

Process was easy and I got the most for my car. We agreed on a price over the phone. Same day pick up. The driver showed up on time and hauled the car away.

Very rude! If I could rate the customer service less than 1 star I would. The gentleman on the phone was quite rude and really impatient. He gave me a low ball quote before I could even finish my sentence of describing my vehicle! Pretty ridiculous. Im actually shocked on how this company has a 4 star rating. Terrible.
