Wilson Tire in plymouth, NH those guys are the best!! I blew a tire on my concession trailer I called them took the tire over they replaced it put a new stem in it. I was there 20 minutes and back on the road. Thank you Wilson Tire guys!!

Very nice staff, very friendly, very efficient. I needed a new tire for my camper and they turned around my tire in 15 minutes. I was there at 7:30, got into the front office, the desk person got me scheduled, said to pull my truck around and drop the tire by the service door in the rear. Before I could park the truck a service person came out and took my tire and 15 minutes later I was on my way. Thank you folks at Wilson tire!

I preface this review by saying we did not ultimately engage in business today .. That said, the gentleman I spoke with knew his business inside and out, as a salesman and a technical expert and in a short time he convinced me that his shop is where I (and anyone who appreciates quality service and upfront sales) should spend their hard-earned cash! I will be visiting this location in about twelve(ish) weeks for a number of services and I look forward to it!

Im very happy with my purchase of four new tires. The people working there were very knowledgeable and helped me understand why I was having transmission problems.

Great staff and service. They dont do appointments, so go early in the day, or you might be waiting awhile. I had to wait an hour, but once they started, it was quick. Very friendly service guy. Payment lady seemed grumpy, but thats everywhere. Will definitely be back for future service, plus cant beat the location.

This place i have not had good luck with ordered tires go there to put them on then they only had 3 then instead of giving me a discount tried to sell me winter tires no i dont want winter tires then another time i call and say i need work done on my car said i can drop off at night and pick up the next day she said they may not get to it is said well with no appointments its first come first service with only 10 envelopes its not guaranteed that they wont get to it then after 10 mins of talking she asked what needs to get done with it so then she says oh wait we are only doing tires now REALLY LADY ITS AN AUTO PLACE WHY ON EARTH WOULDNT YOU HELP A CUSTOMER WELL YOU LOST A SALE THIS PLACE IS .......

Generally quick and simple to work with. Its run without scheduling appointments, which certainly has its benefits when you just want something done, but when they get busy (i.e. first snow of season creating instant snow tires demand) it makes it more difficult to get work done.

Don’t ever go here. I got a wheel bearing replaced here in February and now I have to get it replaced again because they used a cheap part and did it wrong. They will overcharge and do a horrible job. They are scammers and they will take advantage of you especially if you’re a woman. I hate this place.

Had a great experience working with Wilson Tire Co, and Matt today. Due to an emergency flat tire in Thornton, and already sporting a worn out spare tire, I needed a solution tonight.I called at 4:15 PM to discuss the possibility of getting a tire on the rim tonight. Having only the higher end tires in stock costing more than I could spend on four, let alone one, Matt offered to order a tire for the morning.My car stranded in the dirt on the side of the road was incapable of moving on the flat. With no way to get the rim to them, or the car tomorrow morning, I was offered a solution that solved my problem.Wilson TIre Co clearly cares about their customers and maintain the highest level of customer service and care in their daily work culture. Each of the employees I met were courteous, friendly, and quickly worked to mount my new tire on the rim.Matt explained why the tire had failed and options to avoid the same in the future. This was my second flat in two weeks, both of which I changed solo (mostly) - and though challenging, I was fortunate to call Wilson Tire Co and receive their genuine customer centric hospitality, I would highly recommend them.

I loathe getting car work done, but being able to go to Wilson makes it easier to handle. I have found the staff to be incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. They are always willing to explain a problem to me and offer affordable solutions.

Never going back to this establishment again. Sold me one tire which lost air then popped. Went back and they sold me another one, which began losing air the same day. (after I asked for a double check on all possible leak points.)Went to walmart (skeptically) where they took the tire off to find that no filament had been placed between the rubber and rim and that the valve stem was leaking air. (Duh)Walmart charged me 10$ and I have had no problems since then (its been months).Furthermore, whoever was working on my tire at your shop felt that it was necessary to write my last name in the rim with white paint. Thought it would come off but it hasnt, and I dont want to try anything abrasive at risk of removing the finish from my rims. Really bummed about that, (they are Audi RS5 rims, not cheap) will never spend money at your shop again, which sucks because I like supporting local businesses, but you have left me disappointed and in debt.Do better.

Theyve always been very helpful, and quick to take care of what I needed done. Very honest and stand-up staff which sadly isnt easy to find in the auto service industry. Reccommend my friends to bring their cars here when they need work done.

The new manager is a piece of work, last three times I went in they didnt have time so I found someone who did. Now they have mistreated my daughter and she nor I will ever go back. After going there for decades I am shocked they would hire anyone with such a disrespectful, cant help you, misogynistic attitude.

Failed my vehicle inspection due to low brake pad linings, so I took it to my mechanic. He found the brakes to be within specifications, so I took it back to Wilson Tire and explained. They measured them again, and yes, they were fine. Rudely told me I shouldnt be so uppity. Refused to discount me for my wasted time and efforts. I am a female by the way.

Took them 5 hours to change out my regular tires with snow tires. I am not joking, 5 HOURS! And they had the tires in stock when I got there so I cant even begin to comprehend why it took them so long.They are nice and friendly people at first but they are stretched way to thin and are clearly quite incompatent seeing as how I could have replaced all four tires in 10-20 minutes with a jack and a wrench on the side of the road. And as the cherry on the top of a big steaming pile of B.S. when I finally was ready to go at 5, after being in there since 12 and being told it would take 30 minutes tops, they never apologized or offered even the slightest compensation nor did they even acknowledge their mistake. Would give negative stars if possible! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR YOURSELF OR YOUR TIME AS THEY DO NOT!

LIARS AND THIEVES! They take advantage of women and the elderly. Do not take your car here. I brought my car here twice to get a tune up. Both times they ended up finding issues and gave me a quote both times of $1500. Second time around, I didnt buy it. I brought my car to TWO other mechanics in town.. BOTH said that there was NO issues with my car when Wilson said there was. I will not be returning, and I will warn every one to steer clear of Wilson Tire & Repair.

Man this place was incredible! Needed tire work and brake work on top of an inspection and these folks took my vehicle in last minute without any notice and not only fixed all of the issues but did it in an amazingly fast time!. I just wanna give a huge shoutout and thank you to Matt!. The guy walked me through all the reasons why certains areas of my car had failed and gave me multiple options on how to fix each part. Hes geniune and intelligent and is a pro at his craft!. And what a deal on tires! Obviously no one wants to have to return to any mechanic or garage, but any problem with my vehicles down the road this place will absolutely be my pick for future work!. Thank you to everyone here.. $895.75 for a rear brake replacement on a 2011 Buick Enclave. I was told around $500. I waited for the vehicle it was in the shop for 56 minutes and I was charged $276 for labor @$92 an hour thats $92 not 276???????

Not great service, waited over an HR twice to just get paperwork set up for enterprise, picked up tire a few days later had to wait another half hour as they forgot to put in the sensor for the tire monitor system very friendly thought!

After having my snow tires swapped on, noticed a wobble at low speeds. I discovered a week or so later that 3 tires were at 26 psi, while my right front was at 35 psi. Also, one of my quality BMW valve stem caps had been lost and replaced by a cheap plastic one. I contacted the manager and he said the 3 tires probably had a slow leak. Really?!!! Will be heading to Lebanon next time I need tire work.

This location is horrible. I have given them about 5 chances now, and have always let me down. They dont take appointments, what auto care place doesnt take appointments? There are always about 5 or 10 people waiting in the lobby looking bored out of there mind. The last time I was in there was no music playing, it was so awkward.The last time I went there was about last week. Wanted a conventional oIL change on my infiniti because I dont believe in synthetics (it does the same thing). When I finally got my oil changed 2.5 hours later they said $39.99 and I instantly knew they put synthetic in. I just payed it and was on my way. The thing I noticed the other day is that they had put a hole in my exaust where there was some rust. I now have an exaust leak because someone had hit the rust spot with a hammer. So I will never come back here and I recommend no one else does either. They ARE liars and theifs and need to hire quality employees. I will let everyone know how horrible of a shop this is.

Took Toyota in for tire rotation, balance, alignment, oil change.got the bill, i thought $200 wan an ok price.then i noticed they didnt do an oil change. they just forgot to do itthen they told e they couldnt do the alignment properly because they did not have certain bolts to do it ( never heard of needing bolts to do a front end alignment???) BUT THYE STILL CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR ITMy son took his Truck to the Chevy dealer ( and we all know you never have service done at a dealer $$$$$$$$$$$)truck oil changes are much more expensive than a car$168 Alignment, balance all tires, rotation & oil ChangeWilson Tire is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
