This is where I ran out of hours and needed to take care of a 34 hour reset. I parked at the Pilot Truck Stop. I was absolutely desperate for a hair cut and decided to Uber to the Walmart about 6 or 7 miles away. Well, Plymouth is a pretty small city and a little too far away from South Bend. So, no Ubers were available. Luckily there was a taxi service! A friendly lady answered the phone and arrived at the Pilot in about 15 minutes. It only cost $10 each way. For me, it was more than worth it! I got my haircut and grabbed a few groceries for my truck!

Called they were there within mins. Very professional at their job.

Had an employee picked up by this company. Unfortunately the employee did not get a receipt from them. When I called for it I was told that I had to wait till the owner was in the car before I could get a receipt. Driver wasn’t allowed to get the phone number of the owner to the customer so I can wait 3 days for the owner to respond. Will remove this company from our list of vendors we use. Ps don’t respond to me looking for sympathy for being a small family owned business. No excuses necessary

If you need a cab this is the place to call oh, but the prices arent too great there are other alternatives but you have to search

Ive never had a bad experience with this company. They provide an awesome service to this community for those who cant get around on their own. But my best experience was with Chris timely manner great conversation..... 6 to 6 best ride ever keep up the good work my dude!

Most of time they cant pick you up on time or at all. One driver in particular is very rude and unprofessional. The other 3 drivers Ive met seem to be polite professional and try their best. The drivers Ive spoken to about the management of the company express that they fell as though there should more than 1 driver during a shift and how much pressure is put on them due to the fact they are the only driver at the time. There truly isnt enough drivers during each shift. You have to call extremely in advance to get on a list and even then you will probably not get a ride or you will be late arriving to your destination. This has been my personal experience with Taxi Express.

Awesome service! I called this company and explained how I was trapped in North Indiana and needed to get to a flight in Indianapolis the same day and these guys showed nothing but sympathy and got me there on time. A tiny bit pricy but understandable. Would totally ride with them again.

Worst service i have ever expirienced most of the drivers say they are booked when live in plymouth indiana i could understand if wr lived in chicago i mean come on smh!! Then the guy that gave us a ride to krogers dropped us off and said he was going to a christmas party and didnt know when he could pick us up we waited for 20 mins!!!

New ownership and it shows. Hours are now 24/7. They actually lowered the rates and also offer pick up and delivery service.

We called 2 weeks ahead to schedule transportation for both drop off and pick up. They picked us up from out hotel and dropped us off. I asked the driver if there was a designated spot for them to pick us up later and she said no. You just call and they will come get you. Called when we were done and they said we only scheduled transportation one way and they wouldn’t come pick us up. We were stuck 40 miles from our hotel with no way back. The guy on the phone was rude and did not care. I will never use this company again. Horrible service.

They were ok. But be prepared to pay $$$. $10 to go 2.7 miles.
