Thanks to pleasantville labcorp I was able to make smaller payments on a bill I owed. And still get my bloodwork. I eventually payed off the bill. Fast and excellent service.

This office is closed. They take reservations only to have you arrive with a sign on the door that tells you to go to another office. Labcorp should fix the website

I don’t think anyone likes getting bloodwork, but Lab Corp made it easy. Definitely recommend making an appointment online first. It’s really easy and can save you a lot of time. Staff was great!

Used to go here a few years ago, was awful, the phlebotomist ( I dont know if he was a student, they used to have practicing students on site at the time, I do not know now ) but he was rough, couldnt move my arm properly for almost a week, due to the phlebotomist digging the needle in me. Corporate office never wanted to return my calls . The building is very small and old how come they dont acquire/build a new building for the area ? It is as if though it never was cleaned, always smelled like urine, front staff were always rude and not pleasant.The LabCorp in other areas do not have these issues, They are clean and efficient, with newer buildings with enough space for patients, my guess is because it is a predominantly diverse area that they let it be the way it is. Which is a shame, all LabCorps should be up to the same standard regardless of location. I have not and will not come back to this location anytime soon.

Smooth check-in, perfectly pain less and fast blood drawl. Noticed some other reviews stating rude staff, but my experience was nothing but pleasant and fast. Great team here in Pville.

Exceedingly curt staff. The young woman doing my lab work made it very clear that she did not care about peoples questions and had zero personality. They are supposed to be medical professionals. Yes, they got the job done but its clear they want you in and OUT OF THERE as soon as humanly possible. I get that, I really do but it can be done with a professional and caring demeanor. You need to check in electronically now. I would not know that unless other patients waiting there told me that as there was no one at the front desk. To me, its another excuse to replace a person with a machine to place profits above all. Fine. I respect that too. Then, another patient was trying to explain to the employee that did show up to the front desk that she needed to update her address. She was told she would have to contact Labcorps billing department. Sorry, but thats ridiculous. Ive yet to see a 2.9 rating of any place on Google and now I know why. Well, they get one star from me because my appointment time was kept. Thanks for making me feel like an inconvenience to your staff Labcorp--youre too kind...really. Maybe you guys can take my blood sample from my middle finger next time :-) However, on a subsequent visit, I had a friendly and very skilled phlebotomist. I suppose it depends on the staff for the day.

Workers Dont change gloves after getting other people blood work done and come outside to call others touching door knob with same glove and then do blood draw with same gloves on its disgusting. Employees like that should be fired on the spot. If management doesnt take action against this then management should be replaced also. Some workers there doesnt know how to take blood out they randomly poke around hoping to get it right. Workers there need to be trained.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are all grumpy, unpleasant and rude most of the time.

Girl cant say lady or young woman at front desk was so rude and disrespectful I cant put into words!!!! She had the worst attitude, if she does not like her job then quit. Please get a job where you dont work with people or animals. I will never go back there again,

The staff is extremely rude, and work incredibly slow. I asked for assistance at the window to be treated like a crazy person for doing so. I’ve been waiting to take a pee test now for an hour. Other people have came and went.

I visit here often and I have never had a long wait nor were the employees rude. Excellent service!

I went to Lab corp in Pville this morning and my experience was very good. The employees were pleasant and efficient. I was in and out of their without having to spend the entire day. They were quick and got the job done.

Horrible ! I had an appointment and still waited a hour for my child to be seen. Yet a woman who came in after me was seen right away because she had an appt. else where . The front desk staff was rude, when I asked her why my child was still waiting she broke HIPPA LAW by showing me a full list of peoples names and information that had appointments too . Never again will I come here

Receptionist was extremely rude! Why do they act so rude? If you dont want to work, quit! I will never ever go there again! Management.. plz retrain your staff! Wish I had a number to report this young lady!

Staff is extremely rude not just once every time I go to this lab .they are all miserable all the time . I missed heard my last name so I confirmed my name with her but she did not like that .and that’s her job to confirmed patient name if patient misheard name . Very arrogant and very very rude stuff working In Plesantville lab .

There is no excuse for rudeness. I left without having blood work done. Went to Atlanticare, they were polite and I didnt have to wait 15 minutes at the desk for someone to come out. Staff was busy talking about personal matters loudly in the other room, they acted like I was disturbing them.

Very fast, efficient, and professional. I was there when a woman had a meltdown because the receptionists wouldnt watch her infant child while she was having tests done, and they remained calm and reasonable throughout.

The receptionist was very rude. Moreover she didn’t know what she was doing! I will never go this Pleasantville location again.

I like the self check in tablets and the guy that drew my blood was so good. Did not even feel a pinch.

Worst customer service ever. Front desk rep is very unprofessional. Wasted a lot of my time, and tried to turn me away when he assumed the reason for my visit instead of just asking me, or reading what was written on the Rx. He then had the audacity to raise his voice at me when he realized he was wrong. I will never come back to this location.
