My guy Corey is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. He knows his stuff. I love that he’s able to come out and work in my home. Which I feel comfortable with.
James the technician was very knowledgeable and super helpful. We haven’t seen any ants since his initial treatment. He even identified some dry wood termites and scheduled a free termite inspection for us. Really helpful gentleman.
Terminex tented my house over 15 years ago. They now come for annual inspection to make sure termites didnt return. They are very prompt and professional and I feel they adequately inspect my house.
Terminix is always timely. They keep customers apprised of their arrival. I’ve always found them to be very responsive to any concerns I may have. Our technician is friendly and does a great job at keeping ants and spiders away.
My technician Leo Aiello is great he always takes his time and does a great job but on Thursday he went above and beyond! He was kind enough to move packages that were delivered earlier in the day behind the pillar out of sight then placed the invoice with my packages. I was so happy because we were all at work and I was afraid my packages would be stolen if left out in the open.Thank you Leo we need more thoughtful people like you in the world!!!
What a joke. My first appointment was canceled and rescheduled without notifying me. On appointment day no one showed up, so I had to call, leave a message and wait for a call back to find out they had rescheduled for a day the following week that didn’t work for us. We then rescheduled for today, 10-12, and it is now 1:30 and no one has even called. Again, I have left a request for a callback and nothing. Don’t waste your time.
Service is easy to administer and technician does a great job.
I signed up for the annual contract and the first 6 months they were great; however, the past 6 months has been absolutely horrible. They missed 3 appointments already. Never once did they call to let me know they cant make it and that we need to reschedule. Called the phone number and nobody ever picks up. Always have to wait for someone to call back. When they do call back, they said they only thing they can do is write an e-mail to the branch director and regional director and that they will call me back within 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they never call back within those time frame or even a call back at all. Today will be the 4th time that they cancelled on me and did not call to let me know. The representative said she did the protocol by sending an e-mail and thats all she can do and hung up on me. No call back from her either. Maybe the other surrounding service is better; however, the Pleasanton surrounding area is the absolute worse! I want to cancel their service, but they said only the regional manager can do that but at the same time the manager is not calling me back and they wont let me get his e-mail. It seems like they are quick to get my money but is not providing any service.
Daryl was careful and patient. He addressed our concerns about safety and was thorough. He also worked in coordination with my landscapers who happened to be here at the same time to keep everyone safe.
James has been great. He always reaches out before our monthly service to discuss anything to focus on. After the service he does an outstanding job communicating what was done and anything to be aware of. I appreciate the amazing customer service.
Our technician Thomas M. was beyond helpful in getting our pest under control . We have had no problems since his visit .
This is my first time using a pest removal service. Service has been professional and the representative helpful in educating me about the issue. Unfortunately, I still have a roach infestation and wonder if I need a service like this. Regular service visits, which are not inexpensive, do not by default include inside treatment and I have to contunually buy and apply over-the-counter solutions. But I am hopeful Terminix can resolve the issue.
The technician Daryl, called ahead of time and informed me of an estimate time he would arrive. He showed up on time and addressed each of the concerns I had discussed with him in the call I received from him a few days prior to the service. After he finished he contacted me and provided additional follow up information about when my dog could go out and when I would be able to turn on my sprinklers. I would absolutely recommend Terminex and the technician that serviced my home.
They have provided me with amazing service the last couple years. My technician is a great communicator and always lets me know when she is coming a few days prior to my service and she always E-mails me a detailed report of the services provided. Over all I’m very happy with the service Terminex provides.
Terminix provided prompt, thorough and courteous service with my property manager who met them on the site. There was clear communication via cellphone between Derek, the technician, myself and my property manager. I have been using Terminix for 15yrs and I’ve been satisfied.
Professionalism of the technicians is consistent, high value of service for the cost and customer service at all levels of the organization has been excellent in my experience. I have not had any infestation problems for the past 18 years since I hired Terminix for an indoor ant problem back in 2003!
Our technician Darryl always does an excellent job of extermination that is much needed in Brentwood. The city is infested with Oriental Cockroaches, as is with various parts of CC County, even in clean suburbs.

The gentleman who came to do our inspection was unable to get into our crawl space. He was a big man. He did not indicate this in his report. He did say that our ductwork was in dire need of repair and gave us an estimate of near $10,000.00. We had much of our ductwork re done, about 2 years ago, in metal so the critters could not chew through it. All of this in light of the fact that he never got under the house!!!I was 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 disappointed. I’ve used Terminix many years and I’ve always had excellent service.

We are always 100% satisfied with our Terminix service. The agents call before they arrive, they are on time, and take the time to de-web for spiders, black widows, etc. The agents are kind, friendly yet professional and explain what processes they are taking to rid of insects. We noticed gophers and within 3 days our Terminix serviceman Robert Beaman, arrived to set trips under our lawn. He educated us on the gophers pattern of digging under the dirt. We always feel valued as customers.

I have their annual service to provide an insect spray around the perimeter of my house. The technician I currently have does a meticulous job of cleaning webs, and reaching wasp nests in the 2nd story eaves. He is always punctual, communicates when he is in route, when he arrives, and what service he has provided.Daniel Morris is the reason I am currently a customer of Terminix. Ive had other technicians that have left the gates open, (I have dogs) Ive had technicians that come and go in less than 10 min. Daniel is thorough, courteous, and professional. I would recommend him anytime without hesitation.
James Stinson is as good as it gets! He is extremely personable with a great attitude. I first had him inspect my home during the height of the COVID pandemic and he went out of his way to make sure myself and my family felt comfortable with him and the work he was doing. He arrived in the proper PPE and followed all CDC/OSHA guidelines.What was even more impressive was his attention to details and thoughtful considerations for my family. An example of this, which I have never seen done before, was upon his first arrival he saw children toys, chalk etc. outside my front door so instead of walking past it and ringing my doorbell, he walked back out to the driveway and called me to notify us of his arrival. He did this because he did not want to possibly wake up a sleeping child. This blew my mind! I was absolutely impressed and thankful because I did have sleeping children at the time.I was so impressed by how he handled himself through out the entire initial interaction that I have asked for him to return each month. We have the best Terminix Technician Daniel Morris. He is the only reason we stay with Terminix. Terminix keeps raising our annual fee. I know their cost of doing business is not going up 6% per year and Daniel is not getting a 6% raise each year. But Daniel is very professional and provides great service. So we will stay with Terminix as long as he is our Tech.

Terminix has been inspecting our bait station on our church property for several years. Luckily we haven’t had a problem with termites, however just knowing that is a great relief. The service technician is always friendly and very professional.

My husband and I have been using Terminex for many years now ! We have Always been more than happy with their Service ! There was one time that I had to contact their main office regarding one of their representatives and the matter was taken care of immediately !! Apparently I was not the only one who called ! We have them taking care of our exterior pest control and also previous Rodents in our attic ! All taken care of and no ‘pests’ seen again ! The rep I have now is great ! He always sends me a text message to let me know what day and time he will be arriving ! Exterior service so no problems ! He follows up with a report on anything he might have found ! I highly recommend Terminex !

Bad service. Faked on appointments. Destroyed plumbing and ducts on my property. When they did show up did very little work and are quick to bill. Dont trust them
Overall, I am satisfied - the feedback could have been 10 out of 10. The only thing I would like to point out is the notification/follow-up for the service. I think I get service once every 3-4 months, and I have been getting at least a week notification prior to schedule. However, I have been getting notified a day before (sometimes it wasnt even 24 hours), saying that Your technician will be there tomorrow at xx time. I am not sure if that is due to COVID-19 but that shouldnt be the way of making an appointment for the service. Customers need at least a few days of heads-up/notification. In terms of the quality of service, two thumbs up! Thank youUPDATED REVIEWWhen I discovered that a Terminix technician has entered my property WITHOUT sending me a notification and WITHOUT scheduling/confirming the visit, I was on the verge of considering the termination of the service contract with Terminix. Knowing that the technician was just following the work order coming down from the manager, I spoke to the technician and ask to forward the message to his manager that I will FOR SURE cancel the service if this happens again. Nyziq, the technician assigned to our house, was very friendly and professional. He called us before he arrived and explained to us everything he was going to do during the visit. We told him weve been having problems with ants and he made sure he sprayed around their colonies. We werent able to greet him at the door, but we appreciate him getting right to work when he arrived. And so far, we havent seen any more ant trails inside or outside of our house. Were very pleased with Terminix.

My father got a termite inspection last year and I wanted a copy, as we would like to sell their house. Well, my Dad has Dementia and cant tell me anything about the report; so I called Terminix. The first time I called, the woman was pleasant and explained that she could not access that info, but would have someone call me. I never heard from anyone. I called FOUR different times and explained that I would like a copy of the report they made. I never heard from anyone.I wont be using them ever again.

Our local Rep, Brian, is extremely professional, polite, and best of all, punctual. He calls and/or texts ahead of his service time to confirm it works for us. And then he shows up on time. Im not used to that with services that give you a 3 hour service window. As for the pest control product itself, it seems to work as well as any other Ive seen.
Good service plus good results (dead bugs!) equals a satisfied customer. Not to mention a reasonable price.

Technician Daniel Morris #58450 is the utmost professional! He always arrives on time, does great work, and is extremely knowledgeable about all the latest products Terminix has to offer. He asked me if I had specific concerns, and addressed them all for me. If I could rate him 11 out of 10 I would!!!!
My original appointment was on a Wednesday from 1-5pm, the exterminator calls me at 445pm to ask if I had removed everything from cabinets and etc I told him the lady to who I originally spoke did not inform me to do that. So he said we had to reschedule for Friday 7am-9am which he said I will for sure be there at 8am I said okay. At 9:05 I called and he forwarded my call. So I call the main office and she couldn’t reach their own employee. They are unprofessional, rude, untimely, and inconsiderate to there clients. I do not recommend them at all. I would have gave them 0 stars if possible
Mr. Jackson, the service manager for my area in Livermore, is very helpful and polite. I am able to contact him directly and he always does what he says he will do. Our technician, Daniel Morris, is fantastic as well. Daniel is attentive and thorough and always communicates with us.

Stood up twice! My first appointment they never showed. When I called, they admitted I had an appointment, but that it had been arbitrarily moved back 2 days. I was never notified and I wasted a whole day waiting. I got a commitment for the next afternoon and they didn’t show again. Another wasted afternoon. When I said they were losing my business if they didn’t show up the next day, they promised to leave an urgent message with my technician. No call, no show, I’m done. I called no less than 6 times, and waited on hold at least 10 minutes per call. There are plenty of similar businesses in the area. Don’t waste your time with this one.
The company is very unorganized, they cant keep appointments straight. So far I had one technician that was courteous and good. The company itself not so much.
Over the winter, a large group of mice sought shelter under our pool deck. Trevor, Tom and Jeanine’s team worked tirelessly to fix the problem. I am so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend!!!
Had them initially and didnt like the service so got a new one. love the new one! Terminix bought them out. Service again was terrible. couldnt even tell anyone had been out. Had to call out the tech after the treatment. He got mad and said there was nothing he could do about the spiders and ants. its that time of year. (I didnt have the pest problem with the previous company.) So I canceled my contract, Why bother if there is nothing they can do about the pests right! Got a new company, again, I loved them. no pest, no cobwebs around the doors. Nice! Terminix bought them out! ugh!!!! Now Im again with the same problem, they come out and its like they never came. Called 3 times, manager supposed to call me back each time..No call. Last scheduled service they didnt even show up. Crapy service.
Good quality pest control, but their servicing costs have been much higher then the Home Front pest control company that they bought. We had Home Front for our house pest control, before Terminix bought them. Terminix is charging too much in my opinion.
Appointments not kept. No calls to reschedule or to explain. Can not get a direct call into the local office. All calls go to a service center in the Philippines. They won’t/can’t connect you with the office or a person or give any specific information. This experience is extremely frustrating; trying to get a service that has been paid for.

My consultant is always close to the time scheduled, if not early, and keeps in touch on day of. He knows I have dogs and tells me when to put them in the garage so they arent penned up any longer than necessary. He explains what he finds, what hes done about it or what needs to be done about it, and makes suggestions. If we have questions, he usually knows the answers. We have used the company for several years now. They do a really good job, and we are happy with their service.
So thoughtful when it came to our pets and consulting on what he was going to do that day.
