Specialty Inspections is one of the best contractors I have worked with. They do more than inspections. For us they repaired dry rot and rainwater damage to our exterior wall.Javier and his crew were always on time, worked hard, and did professional work. They kept me informed all the time. Their price is reasonable. I have no problem referring them to my friends and I plan to use them in the future for other projects.

I am an investor who has purchased 4 properties in 4 years. I have used Specialty 2x They failed me on both occasions. They missed poor electrical issues (potential fire danger), Dry rot, other do it yourself issues... On a good will effort, I contacted the Owner Mark Kearns. - No help was offered- They only care about the Money. They charged me over 1200 for an Inspection!!!! Search Yelp. you will see what I mean. Others have had similar experiences with this company. Beware!
