Very friendly and efficient staff. They really went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. The doctor recommended I get an implant to replace a missing tooth. The doctor referred me to an excellent oral surgeon. Once I was ready for the actual implant, the doctor made the actual implant in his office. I was thoroughly impressed and I highly Dr Bautista and his friendly staff.

I picked Pleasant Hill Dentistry when I needed a dentist that used my dental plan. A friend raved about this office. It is on my block, so the commute is easy! I totally agree with my friend. The office is clean - and they are being very careful during the pandemic. I have a strong gag reflex, a very small mouth, positional vertigo, and a strong tongue with a mind of its own. They dont seem to be bothered and work very well with me. They explain everything well. They just want you to have a healthy mouth - not pad their wallets with unnecessary procedures. I wanted to write the review after being there for a couple of years. Im very happy with their work and highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bautista is very professional the staff very personable. I have always depended on their input to make my treatment decisions. They have always allowed me to make my own decisions. I was scheduled for tooth extraction for an implant. I was so nervous! Dr. Bautista explained the procedure step by step. He was very patient and attentive to my nervousness. Well it was so quick and I didn’t feel a thing! I didn’t even have to take Tylenol because I really had no discomfort in the days following the extraction. His staff was also very kind and caring. This office is top notch. Highly recommend!

Dr. Batista is very informational with the procedures I needed and performed so gently! I thought Id be In pain/discomfort after my visit (two back molars=drilling) today and I feel like normal! I have had a couple dentists who wanted to just pull my teeth rather than fix them, and others who didnt quite make me feel comfortable. When I moved here several years ago, I wanted to find a family dentist to go to for years. I looked at Dr. Bautistas good reviews and he was close to where I live, so I tried going there. My whole family has been going there since. The staff is like family to me now. Dr. Bautista is very knowledgeable, and doesnt recommend unnecessary work. He identified that my son was tongue tied and helped him get the necessary surgery to improve his speech. Ive been worried about certain aspects of my and my familys dental health, he assured me and he was right. So through all my different dentist experiences, I have found the one for my family.

I made first appointment because it was close to work, and I was wowed with practice. Dr. Bautista was really knowledgeable gentle on my self since I wasnt flossing and showed me some tips keeping my teeth healthy. I did my follow up 6 months later and Im doing much better great people definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Bautista and his staff members are nice people but Im sad to say that I have a problem with my teeth now that I never had before I went to him. While filling my teeth, he was chatting with his aid the whole time and didnt realize he was drilling so deep in my teeth. My teeth has been hurting since then and even feels like its going to fall out especially when Im flossing.I expressed this concern to the office and they called me in to take care of the problem. He said the problem is my teeth are so close together and slid something in between and sanded them to create a room in between. He said this should fix the problem but here I am 8 months later dealing with the same thing. Im trying to find another dentist but Im so anxious that they may do the same thing to me :(

Its hard to write a 5 star review for a dentist. However, Dr. Bautista and his staff makes it easy. Friendly and understanding. Excellent service. Dr. Bautista explains what he recommends should be completed and walks you through the process. No high pressure tactics. The staff is always friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Bautista.
