I had a deep cleaning, and cavities filled. Dr. Gupta was great, she patient & knows what she’s doing. Her assistants, are extremely helpful & gives you the best information available, to have & keep a perfect smile.

I am very impressed with this office! Staff is friendly and professional. I had a lot of work done on one day, and while I should have been nervous, I felt like I was in good hands. Dr Gupta is excellent at numbing, my teeth look amazing, and she even called me that evening to check in on me. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Gupta did an amazing job. I am normally very scared of going to the dentist but Dr. Gupta was very caring and walked me through all of the recommended treatments. I am so glad I switched to her office and look forward to my next appointment.

Very upset by this. Been told I have multiple new cavities… every time I do get them fixed, she jabbed me four times with the needle, still felt everything she did in my mouth and NEVER wanted to even numb me at all. Never tried to find the root of the problem. Went to a new dentist who found the root of my problem, helped me PREVENT new cavities - not just fill them, AND only took one shot for me not to feel ANYTHING and fixed it way faster. World of difference. So glad I switched from here.

Dr. Gupta and her team are excellent! Every visit felt like I was in good hands. I am beyond happy and satisfied with all the work that was done on my teeth and there was no upselling or gimmicks. Dr. Gupta advises you on what you need and if you have additional ideas in mind she listens to you. I finally found a dental team that I can trust! I am so very grateful I found this place. I found this dental office on accident after thinking I was calling a different dental office. I had been bounced around several dental offices trying to get some work done at a realistic price and felt like I kept getting taken advantage of time after time. I kept getting treated like a dollar sign with no concern or care to help me. Just a pay this price or try somewhere else mentality. As I was trying to find a place I had been referred to and called here on accident, Dr. Gupta was the one who answered my phone call and was so friendly and professional. I opted to give her office a try because of the great phone experience. I had my X-rays emailed over to her and was contacted by awesome Jovi to set up my appointment. She was very funny and personable on the phone, even more so in person. I just finished my office visit there and got the work i needed done. The office had other customers coming in and out which is a good sign. Jovi met me with a warm smile and has a great personality!! She made me laugh and feel comfortable. Dr. Gupta and her assistant Sandra answered all my questions, understood my financial hardships with the dental work i needed, what is recommended vs. What I could realistically afford, and came up with solutions for me that fit my budget and could potentially help save a tooth that I could only afford to pull. She could have easily pulled it and not care, I even told her I wanted it pulled because I couldnt afford the root canal. She didnt have to care or think of me, but she did and this left a great impression on me.They made sure i was comfortable and ok during my procedure, talked about pets and family. With the solutions we came up with, I got both painful teeth addressed today for under $500. Other places hit me with a $3k-$8k bill with no options and just saw me as a number on their board. But not this place. I didnt leave here today crying feeling hopeless and stressed on money with my teeth hurting and a feeling of nowhere to turn like my past 3 recent visits at other offices. I left here today with my teeth fixed and Im nearly in tears writing this review from their parking lot because of how grateful I am to have met them. These folks are the real deal, real people, good hearts and they truly care about their customers. I will be bringing my husband and 2 kids here and sing this place from the roof tops. My hats off to wonderful Jovi, Sandra and Dr. Gupta.... You made a big difference for my life today. Thank you ❤

The best dental office in Northern CA - bar none. I had a horrible tooth ache over the 4th of July weekend and Dr Gupta was able to see me immediately. After viewing my x-rays, Dr G gave me a clear prognosis, with options, re my remedy. I opted for the immediate extraction of such and before i knew it, the pain was gone, the tooth was out and Dr G & staff were smiling telling me “it’s done- you did great!”Jovie, the office manager found my insurance information, when i wasnt even sure where to look. And Dr Gs assistant was maybe the coolest, funniest lady i have ever met. I went from walking in with the worst toothache of my life to leaving with relief, a smile and new friends. Dr. Gupta treated my dad recently and is an exceptional dentist. My dad was in considerable pain/discomfort and understanding his urgent need, she was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Her office staff is very professional, courteous and we found the office itself is very clean/following all COVID protocols which was a top consideration for us given my dad is in a high risk group given his age. Her treatment was very effective and it fixed my dad’s tooth. She was very patient with him, explained all the steps and very generous with her time. She followed up on his recovery as well which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Nupur Gupta and her team- she is great!

Probably the best dental experience Ive ever had! I have fears about getting cavities filled and hate numb but this was a surprisingly easy and calming experience. And only numb where I needed it! Plus their office manager is SOoo helpful. Seriously, this is the best dental office!

At Perfect Smiles Dental I received 1) cavity fillings, 2) a deep cleaning, and 3) a crown put in.Dr. Nupur Gupta and her staff are friendly, patient, and detail oriented. Ive had no issues with my cavity fillings. Im able to floss between my teeth without trouble. My gums are healthier than they have been in years and my crown fits perfectly.I received a temporary crown and was instructed to avoid chewing on the crown-side of my mouth as much as possible until my permanent crown came in. It took under two weeks to receive my crown. Dr. Gupta made the proper adjustments to the crown to ensure it fit comfortably before permanently placing it. It looks and feels like a real tooth. I have no problem chewing food and flossing.I would highly recommend Dr. Nupur Gupta and her team. Exceptional work and a friendly staff. Overall great experience.

The new Dental Office opened in Pleasant Hill by Dr Nupur Gupta including the staff, a collection of pleasantness, congeniality, professionalism & expertise.A COVID19 safety compliant clean well organized spaces.I was tested with Digital thermometer before proceeding.Because of sabbatical of couple of years and pandemic, I have been quite laxed about my dental hygiene, and because a visible cavity, I called for this appointment couple of days back. After preliminary form filling,a 20 second swish & I was directed to the dentist operatory. Where the dental technician Sandra took the x-rays.The diagnosis was not a surprise, but a thorough checkup and finding more than one cavities and other requirements, we defined the plan of action, which would take few more visits.But today’s work Dr. Nupur Gupta together with Sandra, included filling up all cavities and removing a broken tooth, quite efficiently. I was skeptical about the pain during extraction and later on, but after 5 hours now when I am writing this review, no pain. During the whole procedures including cleaning, I did not feel any pain & botheration physically.I would summarize the experience smooth like kayak floating in a stream. The confident & experienced handiwork of Dr. Nupur Gupta & expertise support of Sandra.Need few crowns & partial denture, so few more seating in timely manner & cleaning twice a year thereafter.Myself, a senior citizen with quarter century left to complete the century, would like to have GEM of the Service Providers at this stage and I have found one - The PERFECT SMILES DENTAL OF PLEASANT HILL.Go for the experience I had today ... Dr. Gupta is very professional, but what sets her apart is her connection with her patients. She explains the procedure and takes the time to get your feedback and answer your questions. I feel confident in her dental expertise and appreciate her care for each patient. The staff also stands out in the way they connect with patients and provide friendly and competent service.

People here are very caring and nice. I just wish they had nitrous since Im one of those folks with high dentist visit anxiety. But they always make sure Im doing ok, or at least as well as I can. :)

I just returned from Perfect Smiles Dental to have my four tooth bridge installed permanently. Wow what a surprise, the new bridge fit like a glove and they installed it and the feel is like I never had a bridge installed, it felt so natural that by the time I left the office, I couldnt even say Id had been to the Dentist. Dr. Kararia is the best, she was so very gentle and very informative with all of the procedures. Id like to say I cant wait to return but Id rather just visit and say hi, get my drift. Anyway, want some great service care in dental work, look no future.

Wonderful friendly and kind staff! Ive had anxiety going to the dentist my whole life and while its not gone the staff has helped to ease some of that anxiety and stress.

Dr. Naderi is an excellent Dentist. I have an infection and she made time to see me the same day I called. She cleaned my teeth while she was doing her assessment. She listened to me.She discussed her treatment plan which involved eliminating the infection first then identifying the source (the gum, last molar or the tooth next to it).

Great staff enjoyable experience welrecommend.
