I’ve always had the best of care atbLabCorp. I’ve always arrived early for my blood draws because I usually need to fast, so want to get this done so I can have my coffee. The folks taking blood have been great. Never a bad experience.

The worst experience ever!!!..... the ladies at the front counter dont even said hello to us...I took my little ones for a blood test and they didnt even care to give them a support word or be kind to them...while trying to get my daughters blood they were talking about something else and giggling and not even paying attention. After trying both arms in both of my kids, they didnt succeed because THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!...and instead of apologizing and tried to comfort my kids, they tried to blame it on me saying that they didnt drink enough water. (Which is not true because I gave them plenty of water the night before and as soon as they woke up, this isnt my first blood test) When I started complaining to them about their treatment and lack of professionalism they walked away ignoring me....worst service ever!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAB!!!

Lab tech didnt even follow basic instructions on inverting tubes. Unless you want your health handled like a dollar menu mcdonalds burger, find another lab.Called multiple times on my way over, found receptionist on her phone. The look she gave me when she realized she would actually have to do her job didnt hurt nearly as much as the 1/4 inch of skin she went through to get my vein.Furthermore, never inverted the vial 8 times as instructed.Find another lab

It takes a long time for them to process one person. Expect to wait. It has been over 30 minutes and they have only called one name. The people ahead of me have been waiting longer.

The Pleasant Hill site seems to have a lot of unhappy employees. Staff appeared to be going through the motions... no smiles, no greetings, zippo. Its not that they were rude, they just appeared unhappy & hating their jobs

Today, September 1st, 2020, my mom Bella N., went to get her blood drawn at a labcorp in Pleasant Hill on Gregory Ln. The lady that helped my mom was INCREDIBLE! She was super fast, very professional and just amazing. Mom didnt even feel the stick and the draw was over before she comprehended anything. And she has very tough veins. Very happy with the office today, as everyone was also very courteous and nice. Thank you!!!

Very rude receptionist. Wanted to ask a simple question and was snapped at to leave and wait in a line I was already in. They had more people inside than was supposed to and I felt unsafe. Do not visit this place if you care about your health.

Waited 45 minutes and finally left. Fron desk explained they only had 2 people on site

Went in for blood work just before 9am. Staff were professional and very friendly! Waiting room is small but comfortable, and I only got to sit for about 10 seconds before my name was called. Total time from walk in to walk out was 10 mins. Great experience.

IF YOU LIKE WAITING AND WAITING AT MOST ANY DAY OR TIME, IN A VERY SMALL ANDCROWDED WAITING ROOM, ONE KIND LAB TECH, A VERY VERY BUSY RECEPTIONIST WHOSOMETIMES FILLS IN FOR THE OTHER LAB TECH, 6 OLD MAGAZINES, A BOSS WHO SAYSWHEN YOU CALL HIM, CALL ME AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, ILL GET YOU IN, then this isthe place for you to go!!For someone who gets blood drawn once in a while, this system would probably work. There areothers who have blood drawn frequently. It takes about 2 minutes to get it done. By the time Icall, arrange another appointment, cancel because it doesnt work out that week, etc.,etc.,Ive wastedeven more of my time. My life isnt about getting my blood drawn at Lab Corp. Very rude staff and unfriendly, I agree with all people who gave them bad ratings. If not convenient to me, I will never go back, very unhappy doing them job. They need to be replaced soon specially those two young women, they have no experience how to treat patients.
