Marina is Amazing!! Today was my first visit with her and I will continue to go to only her!! Her 1on 1 conciliation with me was exactly what I have needed for years! She walked me through every thing I need and need to do to get my hair healthy again!! Thank you so much Marina I will always come back to you!!

Went for a haircut and left happy. Marina was working on someone else when I arrived. She greeted me and let me know she’d be right with me. I just wanted about an inch trimmed off my long hair and she obliged. My hair looks nice and it was a quick interaction. The place was very clean and she cleaned her station in between customers.

First stop was Supercuts in Concord, not a good vibe whatsoever. Second stop was this one and my daughter and I were so happy with the results. My daughter got a haircut, she showed the stylist what she wanted and she matched it to the T. She was so happy with her hair she kept looking at herself in the mirror. I got a haircut and dye. I never ever ever dyed my hair in my life and I was nervous that the dye wasnt going to show. But Gina the stylist was/is amazing and confident in what she does, she made me feel relaxed. The color showed very well and my haircut is amazing. I love love love my new look. (Oh, and she even suggested that I donated my hair, something a stylist never ever suggested before and I usually wait till my hair is really long before I cut it again.) both stylist were so friendly and happy, they make you feel at home. I would definitely recommend this salon and I will definitely be going back for a touch up or maybe even a new color.

Worst place! I went there looking to clean the edges of my hair only. But the lady who helped me cut a lot of my hair, which I don’t understand because I told her where I want it before she started it.Since that day my hair is falling like crazy, is not growing, I can’t recognize it!!!It was long, beautiful and healthy, but now is short, less and without life.It could be that this please is affordable and easy but I will never go back or suggest someone to go there.

Ive been going here for the last 5 years every month and a half. The hairstylist are professional, super awesome, and skilled in their craft. My hair is a bit technical and they have never given me a bad haircut. Just understand that every stylist has their own style, of which I have adjusted to expect. Just make sure to express what you want when you first sit down. I usually tip $5-10 because they are so consistent. Probably the best Supercuts in the Bay.

Sorry for a bad review, but I had a very bad experience here. The person cutting my hair (male) seemed to have zero experience cutting hair. He also seemed not really resonate as a stylist. I know a lot of men tend to go here so maybe he just doesnt have experience cutting womens cuts, but my cut is pretty basic and I consider to be a haircut 101. Maybe the other stylists here are more experienced and knowledgeable.

THEY SAVED MY KIDS HAIRCUT! Went to Great Clips where they butchered my kids hair. Then dashed across the street to SuperCuts for a much needed (and well done) repair job.

Ive been all over the SF and bay area looking for that perfect hair cut and color. Spent thousands of dollars trying to achieve it. Found it here, last place I thought I would try. They had the perfect idea for both the color and cut that I wouldnt have thought of and it was amazing. Cant believe I spent so little on such a good cut!

Friendly skilled hair stylists. Call ahead and avoid the wait time. Parking available in the Lot in back or find a 1 hour spot free in front. There is also a free garage by the theater down the street towards Boyd.

The worst experience of haircut in my whole life was this supercut. The guy totally didnt knew how to cut the hair he made some mess I asked him to fix those. Then it looked like he don’t know how to do that I asked him to SHAVE IT all coz I don’t want to waste my time anymore.

The 5 stars of 5 stars on haircuts, expensive though as expected from the brand but top tier quality for those seeking to make a image for themselves.

Super unsatisfied. Hair cut was awful, my hair wasnt even cut evenly. The service was atrocious. Got threatened that if i i were to move my head she would shave my head bald. never coming back here and strongly discouraging anyone from cutting their hair here.
