I have used Galaxy Appliances several times at a rental unit and my home and they are responsive and arrive on time, They assess the issue and order the necessary materials and call you back when they are to install. Great service and very professional .
Very happy with the service. Used these guys twice - for washer and dryer. Good service, not cheap, but I learned that you get what you pay for and their work is worth it. Both times I diagnosed the problem myself, got the parts and had them do the repair. They charged labor only. If I did not have parts, they would come to out to diagnose, and since they dont stock parts, they would order the parts and come back to do repair once they receive the part. So being ready with the parts works out the best.Again, service is prompt, very professional and superb.

I belong to HMS warranty (also known as CINCH) my unit broke down on 6/19 initially they called SEARS REPAIR HOME SERVICES and they said my compressor unit was out. That was a lie and in the midst of a heatwave we had NO AC WHATSOEVER. And Sears said I had to wait for 2 weeks for the part (air compressor) and for them to reschedule and it required 2 men to do the job. I called CINCH and requested another firm being fed up with Sears. They called GALAXY and they saved my life it WAS NOT AN AIR COMPRESSOR PROBLEM BUT SIMPLY THE CONTACT BURNED OUT IT WAS REPAIRED QUICKLY efficiently and with such honesty from GALAXY that I called CINCH and told them I no longer want SEARS in my home to fix absolutely nothing, that I want GALAXY EXCLUSIVELY THEY ARE THAT GOOD!!!

This company is awesome! We moved and our garage refrigerator was most likely damaged during the process and wasn’t cooling. I called Galaxy Appliance Repair, scheduling was easy and our technician Robert was on time, personable and professional. He took the time to find the problem, was thorough in explaining the process to solve the problem and gave me a great price on the repair! I’ll definitely use this company for Appliance repairs in the future.
My dishwasher can’t drain and the door drops open without resistance. The technician came to diagnose the problem and clean part of the kitchen drainage. He used the parts I purchased online per my request to fix the spring door, however, the part broke again right after he left. I called the office and the technician came back immediately to check. A few days later he brought a new part and successfully fixed the door. My dishwasher is working properly again. The customer service is great.
On time, good service, explained things. I thought it would be cheaper to have them come to fix two appliances at once, but the way their billing works it didnt make a difference.
Very poor service. The technician showed up in time,, but was not able diagnosed the problem correctly with my wine fridge. He looked at the fridge and ran some diagnostics and said there are some loose connections and I have fixed it and it should work fine now. Apparently not, it stopped working after an hour. When I called Galaxy the next day they gave me some other reason and said I should just replace the fridge with a new one. Not sure why I was even charged whole amount when they were not able to detect the issue.. I am very dissatisfied with their service,

My water dispenser in my Samsung refrigerator was flowing very slow, I had called different places but the others didn’t work with Samsung appliances. Once again in my google search I have found Galaxy HVAC & Appliance Repair, I called to make a appointment, picked a day to come inspect, tech came out to troubleshoot the refrigerator issue, told us they will order the part and we had to pay for it, made another appointment to install, came out to install unfortunately that was not the issue. I called again and they once again came out to trouble shoot and found the actual problem, since the part they changed was the wrong the new part and the labor was free of charge. I will definitely be using them again in the future

Galaxy sent us updates by text when our repair person was on his way. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem accurately. They had to order a part, which took a week, but once it arrived we scheduled the fix and it went smoothly. We will use them again.
Sam from Galaxy quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaky washer to be due to years of hard water buildup in an internal valve. After the replacement part came, we rescheduled for his return, and Sam replaced the valve in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Galaxy and would call them again for help with my other appliances if they start having issues.

Horrible since the start. Im surprised to see such great reviews because our experience with them from the start has been horrible. My home warranty contracted them, it took close to two weeks from the date I filed the claim to me having to call them and ask what the status was on them coming out. Then, we schedule a date, they come out, tell my husband theyre are going to request to have the microwave replaced (due to popping with sparks and making loud noise), but, they tell my warranty company that the microwave just needs a part replaced - which is fine, but, dont tell the homeowner one thing then change your mind. A month goes by with no word from Galaxy for setting up the repairs, I again have to call to be provided with a repair date. Finally repairs are made. Microwave worked - great news - thank you! But, I noticed something off with the microwave, I just couldnt put my finger on it, than I finally realize a few weeks after the repair what is wrong, the panel on the side of the microwave is bent, not flush with the door. I call them on October 26th, explain the situation and the following day, the tech comes out, he attempts to fix the panel, unable to do so and tells my husband that he will order the part, call when it arrives to schedule a repair. Again a couple of weeks go by, my husband continuously calls the repair guy has to leave messages, with no response. Today is December 1st, I call to find out what the hold up is, only to be told, they are declining the repair because they did not cause the damage. All of our appliances in the house are brand new, installed by professionals, Galaxy is the first and only company to touch my microwave for repair and now are denying responsibility - now they say I have to start from scratch and put in another claim - conveniently after the the 30-day warranty is up and my home warranty company has paid them for services. All of this horrible ordeal began on August 16, 2020, repairs completed October 1st, warranty valid through 10/31/20, I call them 10/26/20 to advise them of the damage, they come out on 10/27/20 to examine, tell us they will be back to fix, 10/28 - 11/30/20 = NO RESPONSE, NO Contact from them, Messages not returned. 12/01/20 I call them, to be told theyre not responsible. If they were truly not responsible, wouldnt they have called immediately to advise of their findings? Why would their tech take responsibility then go back to work and tell the owner it was already like that? I requested the so called before and after pictures they say they have in addition to the report of repairs they made (b/c I was told they only repaired a part and did not touch the panels, yet, they had to remove the microwave to repair and then re-install) - why didnt they show the so called already damaged panel to my husband prior to working on the microwave.I do not recommend this company to any one for repairs. I wonder what has changed from the past (such good reviews) to the present. Beware!
New compressor needed, thought $930 was high, the company rep was rude telling me that’s a typical charge plus 6 month warranty. I asked to send the warranty and never heard back

We got an estimate from the certified repair company for our Samsung refrigerator that was outrageous. I called Swift Appliance Repair Service for a second opinion, they had experience with the brand and offered a much more reasonable quote. Technician is came, showed up on time and figured out the issue quickly. The repair turned out to be far less involved than the initial quote. He was very professional, finished the repair quickly and explained everything along the way.Thank you

My freezer is fixed thanks to Mike! I called Swift Appliance Repair Service because my ice maker wasnt working. He discovered that my freezers fan was the source of the problem and fixed it. I now have a freezer that is the proper temperature and an ice maker that works!Mike was thoughtful and thorough in all of his interactions with me. He explained my options and associated costs at each step of the process. They scheduled appointments in the early morning to accommodate my busy schedule. I cant say enough great things! If youre looking for help with your HVAC or any other appliance look no more. These guys are amazing! Extremely quick response and even quicker service. Swift Appliance Repair Service walked me through everything that was going on and educated me on what everything should function like when working properly. They responded so quickly and came out and fixed everything without any problems. A few days later I had an unrelated issue with my dryer and they came out and diagnosed the problem and are going to get everything working again.Very happy we found them after contacting so many companies.
My air conditioner broke down and the temperature inside the house rose to a balmy 89 degrees. It was one of those days in California. My two kids and wife werent pleased. I called Greg who made time for me the very next day. Saw the problem immediately and diagnosed a malfunctioning converter motor. Greg checked the entire system and gave tips on how best to maintain a properly working AC system. He repaired and replaced the motor efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He is a very nice guy as well on top of the fact that he knows what hes doing. Thank you, Greg. My wife is talking to me again!

My 9+ year old KitchenAid oven stopped heating and, after attempting a self-fix by replacing both igniters and it still wasnt working, we finally called in the professionals. I called Swift appliance repair service late on a week night with an issue with my furnace and they send a technician. Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did not try to upsell me anything or tell me I needed more work on my furnace than I really needed. He also showed me how to fix a few potential issues on my own versus calling him back and spending more money. Lastly, hes a pretty funny guy. Prompt, honest service will make me a repeat customer if I should ever have any HVAC issues in the future.
Great service! I was able to make an appointment easily & Greg came within the slotted time frame, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed my Samsung freezer leak promptly (I had some time constraints & all was done well within these). I would recommend them & Greg again.
The technicians fixed mySamsung dishwasher within 35 minutes. They explained how the problem occurred and what to do next time to avoid a service call. I was pushing multiple buttons on the settings, I.e. heavy, quick cycle, and the unit’s computer got stuck. Also, I needed to push and hold for a few seconds to make the unit drain. Oops, I was just punching it briefly, frustrated that nothing worked.Both men were quietly friendly, very professional. I not only would use them again, but I recommended them to the approved contractor’s list for Appliance Repair. We have only Handymen on the Rossmoor GoldenRain Foundation list.
