Boris, the owner was very professional. He responded promptly to our request for an estimation in installing 4 vents for our new renovation. He arrives on time to the appointment which is something thats very difficult for contractors to abide by. For that I give +5 brownie points because it shows reliability and professionalism. The quote he gave us was very reasonable.

I cant say enough good things about Boris. My heater suddenly stopped working. Panic! Boris came when he said he would, called 15 mins beforehand too to confirm. He quickly figured out the problem -- old batteries. Silly me!! So rather than charge me the full $80, he only charged $20, and he provided me with new batteries. Then on his way out, he thought to check my filter. It was gross!! He replaced it for me and wouldnt take more money.I love supporting small businesses wherever possible. Call Boris!!!
