Brets team is really great to work with. For us, our experience was a hit and miss though. Bret was great in getting our builder to answer our questions when they (contractors) didnt respond directly to us. However, we felt pressured to sell $10,000 lower than what he said our house was worth, just to sell quickly. A neighbor with a similar floor plan and size sold their home within a month of ours for $15k higher. He also a no-show when it came to closing. Although his team was great to work with, we dont recommend their services.

If I was buying another house in Utah, I would definitely go with Brett again, but he did such a good job finding us a great house that meets our needs, I dont think were going to be moving again for a long time.

She really knows her stuff and was extremely responsive. We always had an answer to our questions within 30 min. We never felt like they were pushing a sale on us, and got the vibe they would work with us no matter how long it took to find our house. While we haven’t yet had the opportunity to test out the Buy Confident side of their slogan, we can confirm the Sell Confident side. Brett’s team helped us sell our home in Pleasant Grove recently. We received a full price offer within a day of listing. Part of this may have been a hot seller’s market, but it’s hard to ignore the benefits that came from detailed guidance about what projects to complete before listing, fantastic photographs including drone photos, and a strong marketing plan that included two open houses on the listing weekend. This isn’t to say that the process was easy. Brett is likely to ask you to do things that you don’t want to do in order to get the property fully ready to sell. And it may be that his opinions don’t always align with yours. But the results speak for themselves. I would strongly recommend Brett and his team to anyone selling their home.

However, because of Brett’s knowledge and warmth with people, the sellers accepted our first offer that was thousands less than the asking price. When the appraisal came in $30,000 more than the sales price I was ecstatic!He was also able to skillfully negotiate though multiple problems that arose. Brett was successful in extending the home inspection period while we waited for the mold and Radon test results. When the reports came back positive for mold and Radon, Brett was able to negotiate with the sellers to pay an additional $1,800 of our closing costs so we could install a Radon Pump in the home after closing.I was further amazed when after the sale, Brett drove an hour to my home with boxes and his very large 24’ trailer to our old home. He kept it there for us to slowly fill it up that week. Then came back to drive another hour to our new home! Brett is great! He’s fast, knowledgeable, and professional in answering all of my questions and in getting the additional information I needed to make timely and informed decisions. No respect for privacy.I bought a home with Bretts help about 5 years ago. Since that time I have continued to receive email solicitations from him, and have used the unsubscribe link numerous times - to no avail. The spam keeps coming. Today I received an email telling me he signed me up for a new service that will send me even more spam from now on. If you are among the minority of us who still value our privacy, avoid this clown.

Working with Brett and his team was a great experience. We had tried to sell our home without success earlier in the year with another agency. After that did not work out we came across Bretts team and decided to try listing again. He had our home sold in four days.When we staged the house Bret came over with a box trailer and helped us load up a few items. He then went with us to the storage unit and helped us unload. Throughout the entire process details like that really helped.He also helped when it came to the home inspection. He was able to provide some direction on how to handle the odds and ends that needed to be taken care of prior to closing. When we had to move Bret helped yet again with both a box truck and trailer.
