Stacy Rogers is the best agent! She has been so patient with us on our journey to find our perfect house. She really cares about her clients not only as clients but also as people. She has told us her honest opinions about pricing and other details of the houses we have looked at. We have never once felt pressured by her to offer or counter-offer higher than we were comfortable with, nor has she ever shown any frustration that our journey took so long. We finally decided to build a house and shes been so helpful and supportive in that process and genuinely happy for us. I would recommend her to anyone and will only ever use her for any future real estate transactions.

It took my husband and I nearly a month to get into our condo because we were going through USDA and these guys stayed on top of things and did whatever we needed to get us through the process. They treat you like family and make sure you are really happy with your decision before making a commitment. Made the home buying process less stressful (and it was crazy stressful because of USDA) and we are super happy with our new home. I will never go anywhere else when looking for help buying a home!

Our agent was: Phyllis Poynter--When I tell you what an awesome person Phyllis is, I should first mention that I know from where I speak. In the past, I had realtors that did nothing but collect their commission. We had to print our own flyers and stage our own home, but I digress. When Phyllis came on board and started bringing in flyers and décor and added her own touch, I could not believe a realtor did all this. But wait, there’s more: we moved out of state and Phyllis and her husband made sure our house was always “show ready”, I mean, they even cleared the snow and cleaned the house! I have to say, I have no words to describe the feelings I have for this woman and the way she conducts business, honestly, never had anyone do so much for me. Of course, our house sold and I can honestly say, that Phyllis deserves more than whatever commission she made, she worked her tail off!

I worked with Sam Willis as my selling agent, we were referred to him by our buying agent. He guided us through every step of the way, and answered the myriad questions I had for him. This was our first time selling, and he helped alleviate much of the stress, and both listened to our concerns and made suggestions. He helped us prepare our house for showings, and sent a team of cleaning ladies and a painter to do some touch-up. I strongly recommend Sam to anyone who wants to sell their home.
