Was having a really bad day dealing with the dmv. Called stephanie up for insurance on my motorcycle, let me just say it took about 5 minutes total. They were so fast and so freaking nice it cheered me up. That is some absolutely fantastic customer service. Been with them for over 2 decades. Wouldnt even think about switching. I have been with Stephanie and American Family Insurance for over 13 years. I currently have 3 autos, with full coverage, and renters insurance. I have received very professional and excellent service! Stephanie, and her staff are very knowledgeable and willing to assist in finding the best coverage and rate for me. Stephanie is great, she helped my wife and I get a great policy to cover for our car and has been there when we needed them. She has gone above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and in good hands. Not sure the whole deal with everyone else putting negative reviews. I believe its good to confront before writing a bad review unless this is the last resort. I understand people have lives and things happen. Stephanie, keep it up :)

Stephanie has been so helpful in helping our family get life insurance. She took the time to explain the different types of policies they offer and which ones would be best long term for each of my girls. I appreciate all here help she was amazing and really knows her stuff.

I cringe that I have to even give one star. I have never received such poor service from an insurance agency. I rarely received replies to my phone calls, message, and emails. This agency made so many mistakes on a number of our policies that it ended up costing us an additional $1,000 to fix. In addition, after canceling all our policies, I received a notice of remaining balance of $60. I emailed Ms. Tanner telling her we would pay it if we truly owed it, but I asked for an explanation of the balance. Less than 60 days from the date of the Notice, we received a Collection Notice for the $60. Rather than replying to my email or even sending another notice, she sent a $60 account to collections. It was vindictive and in poor taste. Do not, under any circumstances, deal with this agency. I am paying literally $1,000/month less for all our policies with our new agency.

Stephanie and her staff are amazing. They work so hard to provide great customer service. You will always get fast response time and get your problems solved quickly.

The only reason I gave them even one star was because American Family itself is a decent insurance company. Just please find your policy from someone else! Stephanie is impossible to reach and her assistants have one skill- answering the phone and telling you she will call you back... which she doesnt. I was with them for four years after my original agent left and she replaced him. When I received a birthday card this year addressed to Jim instead of Jill I was so done. That just went to how little care she has for her clients. Over the years, Tanner was constantly trying to sneak in rate increases and i would have to call in several times to get it adjusted. Biggest pain ever. I finally switched and now pay less.

I have been with American Family for some years now Stephanie and her team know how to take care of my family when accidents happen, Stephanie herself has been nothing but an amazing Agent, her staff is so caring and so sweet when I go in and I am always welcomed. If I could give zero starts I would. None of the employees know what they are doing, and Stephanie is NEVER there. I was with them for years and it was nothing but problems. Our rate would go up every year for no reason. I finally switched and now Im paying less than half for the exact same coverage. Seriously, go ANYWHERE but here!!!

Something was stolen out of my car. First they said they would honor my personal property claim then they took it back causing me to be victimized even more. I dont like the way Ive been treated. If thats how they value their customers they no longer deserve my business.

Stephanie is a very good agent and fun to work with. She really cares abut others.
